If you have no problem with steps, it's a good place at a reasonable price.

Property was amazing. The microwave was slightly outdated and make a lot of freaky noises but other than that it was beautiful

Room size was great. Clean. Good value. Could do with bit more cutlery.

Booked for 5 but only had bedding for 4. Full kitchen with 1 fork and no teaspoons. Loud traffic all night. Poor manager was only filling in.

The only issue in regards to my stay at the property was that the fridge in my room (room 14) was not working properly and this caused the drinks I had in there to freeze within hours of putting them in the fridge

This is the second time we have stayed motel is good only thing was the stairs I think they need a second rail onlong the brick to help with stability. The bed was soft and pillows were great

Room was ok, very limited kitchenware provided (no cutlery) staff were friendly though and it was the cheapest option around. You get what you pay for I guess.

The motel has a house next door which has been converted into 5 rooms, self contained with a small kitchenette, very neat and tidy, close to a small shopping centre and some takeaway shops across the road

The room was very clean and fresh, and the cleaners were so friendly. A great location close to the shopping mall.

The windows did not lock, one was blocked open with a butter knife. One bed had clean sheets however had dirt throuout the bed. There was a old, large tv unit left sitting in front of the loungeroom window and had a dirty tissue behind it. The kitchen cupboards had some food residue on them, a dried piece of cheese on the pantry floor and grease still on the baking tray. The smoke detector was missing, there were a number of cigarette burns on the lounge, food crumbs still on the lounge and dining table. The cup holders on the lounge were filthy and had rubbish in it. The unit had a very strong smell of curry, I like curry but this was old, stale smell. It was an upstairs unit with an internal staircase, this was sticky and black with built up dirt. This had not been cleaned in a long time. We were offered a cleaner however i did decline as we were trying to get a very tired 2 year old to sleep so we changed the bed ourselves. Having a stranger cleaning the unit was not ideal. The gentleman at reception was polite . No refund was offered as they said we used all the beds. Two beds had the corners turned back to check for dirt. The other was remade, with clean sheets, by us and this single bed did have the two year old lay in it for 10 mins. We were there less than 3 hours and left as we did not feel comfortable. Very dissapointed.

Was close to where we had to go and shops were close. No fly screen in bathroom window, bathroom smells like sewerage, bed was broken, power points were loose from the wall, carpet was dirty and behind beds and bedside tables was rubbish, everything needed dusting, no face washers.

I wasn’t happy with my stay and won’t be coming back. Bathroom smelled really bad, only two towels in room even though I booked x3 kids and myself in for the room, toilet buttons broken, fridge wasn’t clean, beds were uncomfortable, power point wasn’t fixed to wall properly and come away from wall a little when I went to plug my phone into it which isn’t safe for kids. Don’t recommend this property at all

Bed was terrible to sleep on Floors were dirty there was a sticky greasy film on the floor. Was in a good area there were restaurants accross the road. And shopping centre not far from motel.

The staff were lovely, however, the apartment was really dirty. The walls were dirty, there were greasy finger marks on the kitchen cupboards, thick dust and grime on skirting boards and cupboard tracks, pencil drawings on the bedroom door. Bathtub was not functional. No air-conditioning in the second bedroom which gets super hot from the morning sun. The fan in the second bedroom is not fully functional. The curtains were old and dirty. The apartment in general needs a deep clean and a re-vamp. Absolutely NOT worth $280AUD per night. I was quite disappointed, but as it was a short stay, we chose to stick it out.

Amazing stay, the rooms were so clean and the mattress was extremely comfortable. Only down fall is the location of the hotel because logan can be a bit iffy but that absolutely isnt their fault. Beautiful stay, my partner and i left very happy.

The place was run down definitely nothing like the photo on your website. Extremely disappointing. I asked for an invoice/ receipt and as at this time I haven’t received it. The room was small and the lounge chair was extremely well used, should be thrown out. Like I said don’t believe the photo on your sight because it is false advertising. 😩

The staff at check in were friendly enough. The room was basic - we found a pillow without pillow protector and a large old blood stain on it. The windows didn’t have locks and could be easily opened, the door had a very simple lock that if you pulled the handle down when locked from the inside it unlocked! I was travelling by myself ( mum) with my 3 young daughters- Late into the night we had someone knock at our door which made us all feel very unsettled, there was so much noise with people stomping up the stairs and doors slamming all through the night ( after finally falling asleep- I was woken with my heart racing after a massive bang which I think was a door slamming). Needless to say I didn’t sleep for the rest of the night as I didn’t feel safe. We were supposed to stay 2 nights and had paid for 2 nights - I booked alternative accommodation for the following night and got out of there as fast as we could. We didn’t get refunded 😡

The room was spacious, but the place was run down and it wasnt a nice area.

Food outlets in the area, so convenient. My room was away from the street so it was quiet. However don’t rely on the check in time published on the internet. I arrived on time to find reception was closed. However reception left instructions in a sms. This was an average place to stay for an overnight stay. Room needed to be cleaned of crumbs.

Office staff was very helpful with early check-in. Due to arriving early i physically seen the cleaner scrubbing etc and she didn’t cut corners. Room was definitely cleaned and smelt good! From the office to the cleaners all staff were accommodating and friendly.

You get what you pay for and this was the cheapest family room in LOGAN on a Saturday. Clean and tidy but needs some maintenance. Staff were very nice and helpful.
