Hotel Katerina Sarayi

Gorgeous and friendly staff welcomed us on arrival, the rooms are a very comfortable size, super clean, easily worked for 3 adults. The whole place is beautifully furnished and presented so it's such an enjoyable place to stay. The hotel is an easy walk along the river into the busy part of town with pkenty of food options and shopping. Outside is a beautiful seating area on the river bank with tea, coffee, drinks, even some wines. The only negative is out of the control of the hotel, but there was a strong waste smell from the river. There are obviously some major civic works underway to fix the leaks and treat the water.

Katerina sarayı definitely exceeds expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the beautiful city of Kars. An iconic hotel thoughtfully decorated A perfect balance of comfort and hospitality! All of the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and at home. I don’t remember the name of each one of them but they were all professional and nice always ready to help and assist. Miss Melisa, Ebru and Mr Erhan were extremely helpful with everything! Oh not to forget the breakfast was so delicious! What truly sets Katerina Sarayi apart for me is Niko (the cat) and the outstanding service! I may have repeatedly emphasized on the service and hospitality but having stayed in many different hotels around the world I’ve never came across such a beautiful team! Looking forward to go back! Mükemmel bir otel. Servis, personel, kahvaltı, oda hepsi çok güzel. This hotel is the best services and clean room, wonderful breakfast and view, near city side.
