The room was small but had everything I needed. The linens were clean, as was everything else. I’m quite sporty, so I had no problem climbing up to the fourth floor, but anyone with mobility issues should keep this in mind. The staff were truly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful! I even got sick during my stay, and they assisted me with such kindness. Many thanks from the heart!

Giriş-çıkış işlemlerinde herhangi bir sorun yaşamadım. Otel bence özellikle iş için gidenler ve konfordan ziyade cidden uygun fiyatlı barınma arayışında olanlar için ideal. İşletme olarak resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar danıştığınız şeyler için (gidilebilecek yerler, nasıl gidilir vb.) yardımcı oldular. Havlular, yatak, oda temizdi. Soğuk bir şehir ama kaloriferler gayet yeterli sıcaklıktaydı gece hiç üşümeden rahatlıkla yatabilirsiniz. Sıcak su konusunda hiç sorun yaşamadım. Sadece lavabo kapısının kulpunda küçük bir sorun vardı, işletme sahibine şahsi tavsiyem bu bahaneyle bütün donanımları kontrol ettirebilirler. Ulaşım açısından tam şehür merkezinde olduğu için çok rahat, kaleye yürümeyle 15-20 dk, Peynir Müzesi'ne yine 20 dk civarı, Kars Müzesi'ne 30 dk. Ve 400 TL'ye turlar var Ani Harabaleri-Çıldır Gölü ve Sarıkamış olmak üzere ayrı, otel sizin için kayıt yaptırabiliyor. Kısaca temiz bir işletme, hoşgörülü ve saygılı hizmet var, fiyat/performans olarak yeterli bir hizmet, konfor arayışında olanlar için çok uygun olmayabilir ama orta ölçekli ve uygun bir otel arıyorsanız gayet güzel.

Skrækkelig oplevelse, forfærdelig mand ved disken, der var uhøflig, uforstående og slet ikke serviceminded. Der var en misforståelse vedrørende betaling, og han håndterede det så dårligt og ufølsomt uden forståelse for at man lige havde været undervejs til Kars i 28 timer med tog. Forfærdelig modtagelse. Værelset var ulækkert, badeværelset var beskidt og dysfunktionelt. Sengetøjet virkede så beskidt at vi sov i vores egne soveposer.

Hotelito en pleno centro con un baño que limpian bastante poco, con mampara rota, tubos de champú de los anteriores clientes, taza de váter es muy mal estado

Good value for the price. Check in was easy, room was clean, beds were comfortable. Wifi was intermittent. Worst thing about the room was that it stank of cigarette smoke. Also no kettle.

Öncelikle savaş hocama çok teşekkür ederim, bir gece kalmış olsakta kendisiyle güzel bir sohbetimiz oldu. Hem Savaş Bey hem resepsiyondaki arkadaş çok kibardı. Yemek yiyeceğimiz, alışveriş yapacağımız yerler konusunda yardımcı oldular. Oda temizdi. Yatak örtüsü, battaniye vs. bunlarda temizdi. Banyoya koyulan havlularda temizdi. Sıcak su akıyordu. Şampuan ve sabun vardı. Oda dışarısı yağmurlu olmasına rağmen sıcaktı. Ayrıyetten petekte yanıyordu. Lobide çay vardı. Güvenlik konusunda da herhangi bir problem yaşamadık. Biz Doğu Ekspresi için geldik ve bir gece kaldık. Fiyat olarak hepsinden uygundu. Hizmet olarakta fiyatının karşılığını fazlasıyla veriyordu. Otel konum olarak tam merkezin ortasında kalıyor. Her şey yürüme mesafesinde. Ben memnun kaldım sizlere de tavsiye ederim.

Karşılamadan uğurlamaya kadar çok candan, nezaket sahibi, yardımcı olan bir ekip tarafından işletiliyor. Otel genel olarak ve odamız son derece temizdi. Yeterli büyüklükte ancak banyosu biraz dardı. Bizim için sorun olmadı.Son derece memnun kaldık ve herkese teşekkür ederiz.

As for the hotel and our room: An all-around excellent value and centrally located on the corners of two main commercial streets in Kars. Our room [#305] was clean, bright and quiet. It featured a window facing the main street but it was still peaceful and quiet. The window blind worked good to shade any direct sunlight. Beds were clean and comfortable with a bedside table between them. The Wi-Fi connection was strong and the upload and download speeds were excellent. Plenty of hot water throughout the day and night. The bathroom featured a cubicle shower, which isn't always a given at this price range in Turkey. All four of the staff members we met at the front desk were professional and friendly from check-in to check-out. I paid in cash and therefore asked for a receipt of payment. There may have been a minor misunderstanding regarding this, but the staff members went above and beyond to fulfill my need for a receipt of payment. I'm not sure if there was a slight language barrier with my request for proof of payment in cash, or if getting a receipt for this type of payment is not typical in Turkey. Indeed, I was given a proof of payment in cash, but I got the impression the staff actually had to go out of their way to provide me with the printed-up document they gave us. They did this in a very, very kind and professional manner and we simply cannot thank them enough for their customer service.

Hotel très simple avec une salle de bains ridiculement petite. Mais l'hôtel n'étant pas cher, on en a pour le prix que l'on paye.

The hotel is well-situated, about a 15 min walk from the station. Our room was spacious and well sound proofed, so we slept well. The room is what you'd probably expect for such a cheap price, with the decor not in the best condition. The shower was good but the toilet is situated such that anyone with long legs can't shut the door in the seated position! The staff were attentive and informative, which was appreciated in our efforts to get to Ani.

Fiyatı uygun. Malesef yatak konforsuz demirleri batıyordu. Kendileri güler yüzlü bir işletme sahibi 3 yıldızı bunun için verdim. En kötü olumsuz durum puanı kurmamım sebebi. Aşırı derecede sesli aile yapısına uygun olmayan müşteri mevcuttu. Resmen uyuyamadım.

The hotel is good for the price, though some things require fixing (yet they function anyways). The staff was nice, they gave us advice and information about marshrutkas etc.

Otel ve Çalışanlar Mükemmeldi. Çocuklu aile olarak 2 gece konakladık. Beklentimi fazlasıyla karşıladı. Kısa süreliğine sadece konaklamak için konum itibariyle de çok çok iyiydi tam merkezde. Kötü yorumlar okumuştum ama sanırım 5 yıldızlı otel konforunu bu fiyata arayanların yorumlarıydı.

Otel konum olarak gercekten cok guzel bir yerde. Temizlik gayet iyi ve guzeldi. Fakat yabanci turistlere gosterdikleri ilginin onda birini kendi vatandaslarina gosterseler dhaa farkli bir deneyim olabilirdi. Odalar cok eski ve bakimsizdi. Resepsiyon iletisim sifir ve hizmet kalitesi yetersiz. Personele iletisim ile alakali egitim verilmesi sart

Hotel is easily accessible, clean room and very kind receptionist, all this at an affordable price, I recommand this hotel to people visiting Kars.

Konumu gayet iyi, şehrin merkezi bir caddesi üzerinde, mütevazi, bütçe dostu bir hotel. Ocak ayında heryer kar iken bile oda sıcaklığı gayet iyiydi üşümedik.

Très bon rapport qualifié-prix, proche du centre historique et de la gare. L'équipe est très aimable et avenante. Je recommande vivement.
