Check in was great. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Pool looked nice but didn’t use. Gym was small and had very limited dumbbells. Paper note on wall said AC available but didn’t try turning it on. Hallways do not have aircon. Our room AC was not effective at night even with it maxed out. The room was “only ok” for the price and we only stayed 1 night. I would not book here again because of the AC and our neighbours were so loud and kept opening closing their room doors. Terrible sound proofing. It was not a restful night for us.

Nice enough place to stay, we had a swim out room, nice extra. The pool was coooold! Not sure how they kept it so cold when it was so hot out lol. Not too cold to get in, but it took a bit. Refreshing to say the least. Lovely staff, breakfast was nice, central location, able to walk most places in town with no trouble.

Loved everything: super clean and comfy room, breakfast was so delicious, pool and loungers perfect for our non beach days, great walkable location! Loved all the staff, although I don’t recall their names, the lady who checked us in for breakfast and the one making our omelets were both so pleasant and happy. But especially loved Pa! Pa always greeted us with a warm smile and Thai bow at breakfast, at the pool, or where ever we saw him. You are very fortunate to have someone as kind and genuine as Pa at your establishment!

Everything was perfect! The rooms were so clean and comfy, the balcony a perfect place to relax, the pool clean, and the loungers great for sunning or enjoying a book under an a umbrella. We lived the breakfast each morning, tasty omelets and great selections. Perfect location for walking to the beach or 7 11. Great 2 for 1 HH, great pub out front. But on top of all that we met the nicest staff, especially the greeters at breakfast. My favorite friendliest warm smiling guy though was Pa. I loved seeing him at breakfast and around the pool each afternoon. We loved this hotel so much, we skipped pur flt to go to Bangkok and stayed an extra 2 nights (dang though, I forgot to book the breakfadt option). .

Good location, a short walk to the beach, 7eleven next door. Bar was good with live music every night and showed the premier league football on the weekend. The room was clean and had everything you needed just a bit rough around the edges with holes in the curtain, stains on the ceiling, in need a of a bit of tlc, the housekeeping and breakfast team were lovely, always friendly when we saw them, the front of house team were a bit less so and it was a challenge to get information when needed. The hotel has towels for the pool and beach (these ones need a deposit 100tbh per towel) but worked well and was useful. The hotel was busy so no option of late check out and with a evening flight this was a little annoying, there are showers (cold) and towels available but no hair dryer or real space to get ready, also there’s no fixed luggage scale in reception and the ones they did have went missing so we weren’t able to check our luggage weight before leaving for the airport! The pool area was clean but mostly in the shade from early afternoon, a good amount of sun beds we were always able to get one, happy hours at the pool bar too with good deals. All in all, a good hotel, there’s no reason not to stay here just a couple of things which stop it from being excellent!

Overrated hotel. Dirty , housekeeping people do basics. Never cleaned my room properly. Huge noise all day long from air con units . Very loud extractor fans outside restaurant wakes you up every morning. Poor breakfast and staff never happy.

Our room was lovely & clean with all amenities needed. The restaurant/breakfast was great and food was varied. The hotel staff were all so lovely & polite & always smiling. The pool & pool bar were a great addition although a little chilly in the mornings!! All round a great trip & we would stay again if we wanted a central location in Ao Nang Beach, Thanks!!

Check in experience was okay. Room was spacious but cleanliness was seriously lacking. Wallpaper was falling off and there was mold in the room. Breakfast was decent and appreciated as was the free water daily. Did not receive free upgrade or late check out with VIP access. Some of the staff weren’t super friendly at the check in desk when asking questions. You get what you pay for. Definitely not a 4 star hotel though - 3 at most.

The rooms smelt of mould and sewers. The air con smelt funny. The toilets under the rim were dirty. Breakfast wasn’t great and had a lot of flies on the fruit. We had to book a different hotel because of the smell and we weren’t even offered a refund. The kids club was just a big soft play which smelt of mould and not staffed. Avoid at all cost!

Helt greit hotell, med bra lokasjon. Renholdet kunne vært bedre, vi hadde mye sand på terassen som aldri ble fjernet/rengjort. Badet er det mye sopp i fugene og bærer preg av fukt og generelt dårlig vedlikehold. Ute på basseng området og terassene til halve hotellet er det en avtrekksvifte fra ett kjøkken eller noe som bråker enormt store deler av dagen, høres ut som en dårlig viftereim som hyler og skrangler.

Place is pretty nice, but it’s partner property Smart Hotel is superior in quality and amenities. We paid a lot for a pool facing room and the patio was facing the pool but was also right next to the main passageway so every person entering was walking past about five feet from our patio so had no sense of privacy. If you got a better room it may be s different experience.

Breakfast experience was terrible, very busy and a long queue for the egg station. Poor selection and not enough space to get your food. Corridors were very noisey in the morning with housekeeping slamming doors. Sound proofing is not great. Air con didn’t seem to turn down and got very cold or very hot in the room.

Fantastic staff, helpful in any way and super friendly. Room was spacious and clean with a balcony and pool view. I was happy to be on the top floor, then i even got a nice seaview and could see the sun set in the evening. Thanks to all the staff in the hotell who made me feel welcome and comfortable. Highly recommended by me.

Not bad but not great. Rooms were nice but could do with a bit of a touch up. Breakfast was good. Well located on the road. However if you are a sun seeker, beware the sunbed area around the pool gets very limited sun. Unless you are willing to put your towels down early before breakfast to get the corner spot (but hopefully you aren’t one of those people) you won’t find one that gets sun for more than a couple of hours. We had a pool access room (2106) and was in full shade all day, looking straight at the pool bar and it’s weird as you cannot swim through to the main pool as there is a path in the way. Staff generally friendly however upon checking out we were hoping to get some help with getting a taxi to our next place (only 20 min drive away) but were only offered their own ridiculously priced taxi (800 baht, grab suggested 250) so when I questioned the price vs grab I just got the comment “ok you can sort yourself out” so not really very helpful.

Rooms were fine, Breakfast area was good. Reception staff let down the hotel - really suprising for Thailand that the staff were not couteous or friendly. Was also charged 500 baht for a misplaced room key. - only given 1 key per room for 2 people.

Worst check in process EVER…. l have stayed here MANY times before and always have a great stay. But NOT this time. The check in staff just wasnt any good, efficient, smiling, helpfull, flexible, and kind of rude 🤔 And that kind of sat the tone for my whole stay this time. I will stay somewhere else next time !!

Location was fine for Ao Nang with regard to walking to the ocean, access to bars and restaurants as well as dive outfits. Hotel staff were not proficient in English and need more service oriented training programs. Over my 5 nights, house cleaning had not reached my room until after 3 pm when I was back for a rest so I declined service. Breakfast buffet was good and staff there were good too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at BlueSotel. The staff were super friendly and caring and the hotel is surrounded by great food options and is only a few minutes walk from the beach. We were especially impressed with Pa, an employee in the restaurant, who was kind and considerate and went the extra effort to make sure our stay was exceptional. We would happily return to this hotel. .

Our aircon spoilt in the middle of the night, but the staff helped us to quickly arrange for another room to sleep in and by the time we were back from our tour the next day, the air con was repaired already. Shower water was hot enough. Very convenient to shops, food and massages.

I stay at the BlueSotel often. It is a nice place and always enjoy my stay. I just wish they would upgrade a few things at the breakfast buffet. The house coffee they have is quite bad, although you can order & pay for latte or cappuccino if you like. Also the juices are basically flavored sugar water.

Amazing location.easy walk to the beach to grab long tail boats to Railay. Very clean and nice rooms. Convenient cheap laundry that charges by Kg right in front of the hotel. Friendly staff and very nice breakfast.
