Four Points by Sheraton Seattle Airport South

The overall experience was excellent except service in Olympic Restaurant. The waiter and waitress had tried to ignore us a few times. I understood that they were busy but shouldn’t be an excuse. We had waited for ordering for 15 minutes.

The staff were nice and they did accommodate our airport transfer even at 3AM.

Parking is limited if you arrive later in the day.

I didn't do breakfast but i'm really disappointed because I booked a hotel for Saturday May 16-May 17 but when I went to hotels.com it showed me something else. It was the wrong dates, so I try to change it. I contacted Hotel.com but they said they will figure it but they didn't help me so I had to canceled it and lose my money and reorder for much big a price difference really disappointed.

The rooms at this hotel are excellent-- sound proofing is good, and the beds are great. Also the Indian restaurant in the hotel is phenomenal-- one of the best I've eaten at outside of India. Staff is kind and helpful. The only reason I give it 4 stars rather than 5 is that it's somewhat far from the airport (~15 minutes), and has only one shuttle, which runs on demand in the evenings rather than on a continuous loop. This means a minimum 15 minute wait for pick up from the airport. In my case it was closer to half an hour. Meanwhile some other hotels clearly had multiple shuttles or are located much closer to the airport, as their shuttles arrived 2 or even 3 times while I waited
