There are a lot of steps going up to the hotel. If you have suitcases besides a carry on you’ll have to pay to check them at the desk because they don’t let you take them in the pod. I had an overnight layover. Didn’t know they’d make me take my suitcases and not check them through. So it was very awkward taking them up the stairs and storing them.

The room, staff, common area, and bathrooms seemed very welcoming and convenient. The only drawback we encountered was that to get to the capsule, it was necessary to climb some stairs while carrying two suitcases. This proved very difficult for my 70-year-old father, as there were no elevators or even escalators.

事前に口コミで覚悟してましたが、入口が2階なのでスーツケースをもって上がるのがしんどかったです。 チェックインはパスポート提示、同意書（アラームはならさない、荷物はカプセルに持ち込まないとかだったと思います。カプセル内でうるさくしないでね的な内容です）にサインをしてカードキーをもらいます。 ロッカーに入らない大きいスーツケースはフロントで預かってくれました。 シャワーは3室で、お湯はタンク式のようで満室だったり長く使っていると水しかでません。 水圧も弱めです。シャワージェルとシャンプーとコンディショナーが一緒になったやつがあったと思います。 タオルはバスタオル1枚のみ、ロッカーにはいっています。 宿泊と帰りのフライト前にシャワーのみ利用で（シャワー利用は2000円ぐらい、250ペソだったかな？）2回使いましたが、どちらも途中から水になりました。 まぁでもシャワー浴びれるだけいいかなと思います。 ドライヤーは洗面台に2台ありました。 カプセルは写真の通りで、鍵もかけれるので安心です。 鍵がかけられる以外はほとんど日本のカプセルと同じです。 人の出入りの音は聞こえますし、隣の方のいびきもきこえます。 チェックインのときに耳栓をくれましたので、それで私は寝れました。 カプセル内には小さいお水も用意してくれています。 布団は薄く、シーツは不織布、枕は低反発っぽいやつですが、清潔感は全く問題なく疲れていたのもありしっかり寝れました。カプセルなので十分です。 アラーム禁止なので、チェックインのときに時間を伝えておくと手動でノックして起こしてくれます。 施設は全体的に適宜清掃してくれて清潔に保たれていて、カプセルホテルであることを理解していればものすごく快適に過ごせます。 清掃のおじさんが終始親切にしてくださり、施設の使い方を教えてくれたり、チェックアウト時はスーツケースを1階まで運んでくれました。（チップもはずみました） フロントの方々は、愛想がいい！という感じはないですが、テキパキと仕事してくれるし、質問も優しく答えてくれたのでありがたかったです。 何より空港アクセスは抜群（アエロメヒコチェックインカウンターまで徒歩5分ぐらい）なので、シャワーと寝るだけで十分な方には、すごくおすすめです。

Poorly designed. On 2nd floor but no way to get heavy bags up to there. The fan in my pod barely worked. Luggage had to be kept in lockers, but no table space to remove essentials from luggage.

IzZzleep is very convenient for a long layover in Mexico City. It was extremely clean and slept like a baby. It is very quiet in your pod. Just FYI you go outside of terminal 2. Its on the bottom floor past the wing restaurant and make a right. You then have to check back in to your gate after your stay. Bathrooms clean. Highly recommend a cheap, safe, and restful layover stay in these pods. Stay comes with headphones, earplugs, and socks!

My first time booking an overnight hotel for a layover flight and it was a good first experience! Staff was very welcoming and helpful, the facilities were clean. It gave you everything you need for amenities to get freshened up, locker towels and showers with shampoo and body wash. And a bottle of water in your capsule. Made it easy to rest and wake up and go. If you are a light sleeper you will hear people coming and going but they do provide you ear plugs to help. The capsule itself was more spacious than I expected it to be and I slept well. Would do it again next time I have a layover here.

Easy for an early morning flight. Just make sure you know which terminal and how to find the place (ground level, outside of the actual airport, near the bus terminal). The staff were friendly and the pods were comfortable. They give ear plugs and socks to use. Just be prepared it’s not a traditional hotel, it’s a sleep pod with a shared bathroom.

Teniendo claustrofobia, no me llamaba mucho la atención este lugar. Pero la realidad es que es un buen espacio para descansar, estirarte y tomar una ducha mientras esperar un vuelo o tienes un vuelo temprano en la mañana. El staff es amable, el lugar muy limpio y MUY seguro. Ellos se aseguran de que tus pertenencias estén bien cuidadas. Sentí que podía dormir tranquila en este lugar. Me volvería a quedar aquí sin duda.

Really great place to stay! I had 7hr layover at MEX and just didn’t want to go to city for sleep. This place provided excellent alternative. Airport stuff kindly explained where to go. And check in was very smooth. Property is super clean and didn’t have any concerns about sleeping there. Highly recommend.

Perfect for an 11hr layover. I arrived at 3am and the staff were very helpful getting me settled. The pod had a ledge for my glasses and a bottle of water was provided. Took me a minute ot two to figure out the lighting controls and how to open the pod door from the inside but it worked great. It was a little noisy with people leaving not long after I settled in but I was provided with earplugs and eyemask at check in. My backpack and carry on fit in the locker. I enjoyed a shower before heading out for my connection. Perfect.

Overall very convenient place to rest. But was difficult for me to sleep a bit because there’s this bright blue light on the side that I struggled to turn off, as well as you can hear every sound that people make around you so it feels a little uncomfortable to move around or open a wrapper in there haha.

Very clean, staff is nice, but the pods are not sound proof at all. I was hoping I’d be able to sleep for a bit but there was someone entering or leaving their pods, or staff waking someone up for their flight. Beds and pillow are not super comfortable either. Lights and temperature are good.

The facilities (toilets and showers) are quite nice. Pod itself was secure and the space fine. Temperature was decent. Main drawback was how firm the mattress is, I typically sleep on a plush mattress so did not sleep well at all on this. Pillow also was quite thin and tiny. Slight noises from other pods but with the ear plugs they provide it’s not an issue. The location is super convenient though.

Very uncomfortable. Capsule’s wall are as this as paper. You can hear everything! Coughs, sneezes, snoring and everything else! Hard to sleep in peace. Duvet is big and warm but pillow is extremely uncomfortable. Very thin piece of foam.

Really great place to stay! I had 7hr layover at MEX and just didn’t want to go to city for sleep. This place provided excellent alternative. Airport stuff kindly explained where to go. And check in was very smooth. Property is super clean and didn’t have any concerns about sleeping there. Highly recommend.

For a quick one night layover, this location was absolutely perfect and extremely convenient. Didn’t have to leave the airport premisas. Its location within Terminal 2. Note: Upon customs exit doors, hang a right about 75-100m. It’s located near the bus depot. Tip: Recommend you take a top bunk.

IzZzleep is very convenient for a long layover in Mexico City. It was extremely clean and slept like a baby. It is very quiet in your pod. Just FYI you go outside of terminal 2. Its on the bottom floor past the wing restaurant and make a right. You then have to check back in to your gate after your stay. Bathrooms clean. Highly recommend a cheap, safe, and restful layover stay in these pods. Stay comes with headphones, earplugs, and socks!

Easy for an early morning flight. Just make sure you know which terminal and how to find the place (ground level, outside of the actual airport, near the bus terminal). The staff were friendly and the pods were comfortable. They give ear plugs and socks to use. Just be prepared it’s not a traditional hotel, it’s a sleep pod with a shared bathroom.

I stayed here in late June during a layover while travelling from Canada to Monterrey. To be precise, it is not actually inside Terminal 2. After exiting the terminal, turn right and walk a short distance. The hotel is located on the second floor, across from the bus depot. At check-in, guests are given a key that is required to access the common area, sleeping area, and separate men’s and women’s shower areas, so security is very good. Complimentary coffee and tea are available in the common area. The sleeping pods have a futuristic design and are kept clean, making for a comfortable stay. I also appreciated being able to lock my pod when going out, which gave me peace of mind. My only complaint was that the ladder to the upper pod was positioned to the side, making it somewhat difficult to climb up and down. Getting down, in particular, required a bit of technique. That said, I found this capsule hotel more than satisfactory for a solo traveller during a layover. I would gladly stay here again and would recommend it to others.
