This hotel is such a great stay with easy accessible to everything!! The skytree mall, train station, & restaurants. The hotel itself is very clean. We stayed in room 607 and the room is about 400+ sq feet. Separate bathroom and shower/tub. The tv channels have a neflix, prime, youtube that you can link your account. They also provided the flat iron inside the room. The room has centralized A/C and heater which is efficient. There are a lot of space to put your luggage. The only downside is there is not much space to hook or hang your items besides the small closet. They also provided a pajama/slipper and amenities kit for kids. The breakfast opens at 6:30am and it will be the same food everyday which we dont mind and still yummy and fulfilling. The staff are so nice and helpful. We were able to shipped our amazon boxes to this hotel too which is very convenient. There are tons of parking on the 3rd/4th floor. Washer/dryer combo is about 700 yen and has 12 unit on the 6th floor. The tv also has an information if the laundry is being used or not. We will definitely going back to this hotel moving forward.

This place is amazing. I don't think I have ever stayed at a hotel with rooms that include a sauna and an "onsen" style hot tub. Great customer service and super friendly. Their share lounge was an added plus to the whole experience. 100% recommend.

車での宿泊でしたので、事前に金額等問い合わせましたが、丁寧な回答で分かりやすかったです。朝食がたいへん美味しかったです。エコ活動の一環でアメニティをロビーにて必要な分だけ選ぶシステムでいいと思いました。 お世話になりました。

great location near Oshiage train station, accross Tokyo Skytree tower, near shopping, restaurants, supermarket, the hotel room is sound proof so no noise, staff are accomodating, easy check in and check out, clean and tidy, lots of books to read, downside is no gym, but other than that we enjoyed staying here.

I booked the Superior Quadruple Room, Non Smoking for my family of 4. I was pleasantly surprised this room format was more spacious than I expected (Tip: look at room sq footage when selecting a room). It was very clean, friendly staff, coin laundry including soap on 6th floor if needed, extremely convenient being at Oshiage Skytree subway station (takes ~20 mins ride to Tokyo), 7-11 nearby, Life food market right downstairs, restaurants, bakeries, entire mall, SkyTree observatory tower, aquarium etc. It’s a little quieter than staying in the heart of Tokyo but there are lots of attractions a short train ride away (Sensō-ji 浅草寺 temple 2 stops away at Asakusa Stn. Only drawback would be reception desk is actually on 5th floor which can be a bit confusing. Also, it’s about a 40-60 min ride from Haneda closest airport using the quicker toll highway depending on time of day and traffic congestion. Can be reached by airport bus or train as well (harder to drag luggage in tunnels and up stairs so you need to research/plan and know which station has an elevator) and these modes of transport will likely take longer.

The Hotel is in a very convenient location. Sky tree, subways, and bus station are right front of it. A big super market is down stair. A convenient store just behind it. However, the hotel itself has not much facilities. An American cafe is in the lobby level, but it's not owned by the hotel. Hotel itself has a big share lounge on the same level, but you need to pay for usage. Check in area is quite small, always crowded with guests. Check in is very confusing, you don't know which desks for what purpose. You need to ask them where to queue for check-in. Double room is quite spacious but the corner for hanging clothes is very narrow. They provided 2 skytree shaped bottle water which are very good for souvenir. The worst is their bathtud is quite deep but the drain plug remover is linked to the middle of the tube not at the end. It turned out I kicked on it when I step over and hurt my leg. I wonder if it's a good design for bath room safety :( Lastly, I wonder if it's a premium hotel since they didn't do their basic service for room cleaning. I left my room at about 09:30, before I went out, I stick the room makeup sign on the door. When I came back at 13:45, the room was still the same. No one came to do room makeup ! Is it worth for the cost? Even worse was I felt sick and want to take a short sleep, and it turned out I needed to go out again and wait for their cleaning. That's so tired and waist time!

住過幾次非常滿意，酒店現在轉做環保概念，以往每日會提供兩支水，現在不只沒有refill水，咖啡茶包都沒有refill，用過嘅水杯都唔會幫你清潔換新嘅，廁紙亦都冇refill，要自己落Front Desk 問staff 攞，亦都冇清潔吸塵，只係refill咗啲浴巾面巾，你唔喺TV度request都唔會幫你換，明白環保係重要，但係咪有啲矯枉過正呢？住貴價酒店都係想享受吓服務，依家變咗好似乜嘢都冇要自己去問嚟攞，下次唔會再住。

The room was very small for a 4 star hotel, but it was ok considering the average hotel room size in Japan. Cleaning was not up to a 4 star standard. Every 3 or 4 days is definitely not enough.

ホテルの清掃が通常とエコ清掃があるが、通時清掃をお願いしたのに、エコ清掃になっていた。タオルも新しいものか分からないものが畳んであった。ホテル側に伝えると部屋の交換も伝えてきてくれたが、ランクの低い部屋になるので断った。タオルを持ってくるのに1時間以上。部屋にあったタオルは写真を撮りたいからとそのまま。何も出来ず、お風呂も入れず。対応が悪いのと遅すぎました。もう、利用しません。

連泊の場合部屋の清掃レベルを選ぶ必要があり、毎日指示しないと非常に簡単な掃除しかしてくれない。コップも洗わず洗面所に置きっぱなし‥泊まりだけで３万以上も擦るホテルなのだから、言わなくても毎日きっちりと掃除すべきかと‥ 環境に配慮してと言う言葉を使っているけれど、それを客に押し付けるのはおかしいと思う。客が配慮したらその分安くするくらいの事があっても良いのでは？環境に対する配慮はホテル側が気をつける事なのでは？

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the past decade, and it has been very well maintained, and staffed by professional and courteous staff. The room is very clean and you can tell that the housekeeping staff do a meticulous job ensuring the cleanliness in the room. Interactions with the front desk staff have also been a pleasant experience, making me want to come back to stay time and again.

We stayed in room 607 and the room is about 400+ sq feet. Separate bathroom and shower/tub. The tv channels have a neflix, prime, youtube that you can link your account. They also provided the flat iron inside the room. The room has centralized A/C and heater which is efficient. There are a lot of space to put your luggage. Unusual sink/shower arrangement as you must draw a curtain for "privacy", which is minimal. Breakfast buffet was average and below average for western options.

This was a really good hotel. Probably the best out of my entire Japan trip (and we stayed at 6 different locations). Staff was attentive and so very polite. The rooms were very big and spacious. It is located right across the street from the Skytree and connected to Life (supermarket). 7-11 is a 5 minute walk away, Asakusa is a very easy 20 minute walk. I really can't say enough good things about this hotel.

Loved the hotel, especially the location. Quick proximity to the train station, and literally right next to the Tokyo Skytree and the solamachi. A quieter area of Tokyo, compared to shinjuku and shibuya- and a great place to stay with kids and family. Beds were firm but very comfy, view from our 12th floor room was wonderful to fall asleep and wake up to.

TL:DR An excellent place to stay that's clean, comfortable, and literally just across Exit B3 or A1 of Oshiage station. Downside is that there are no fitness facilities if that's important to you. I stayed here for work and chose it due to it's location near a train station that has direct access to Haneda Airport and where I needed to be for work. The 2 nearby exits both have lift access so luggage is not an issue. There's Life supermarket (2.storeys) just below and Nitori if you're into home furnishings, with Tokyo Solamanci with a full range of shopping options including Uniqlo and Loft which are my trip essentials. The room itself is well designed, efficient and comfortable. It was generally well cleaned but I noticed some stains that remained there throughout the week I was there. Perhaps my only complaint is that all your bathroom essentials have to be obtained from the lobby which is troublesome when you realise you've run out of something. Another bug bear is that they don't replenish your coffee in the room and I had to constantly request for these. Once when I asked, I was told to get it myself from the lobby. Last, they have a rigid cleaning policy to clean every 3rd day, which may not make sense if you have had the room cleaned the day before. Otherwise, this is a great hotel that has many positives and I would highly recommend it!

Their fire alarm triggered in the night on the 12th floor. No staff was seen on the floor to instruct the guests like us. Left us guessing and in chaos. We had to call the reception, they simply said that they are investigating. Still no one up to clam the nerves of the guests of the 12th floor. Moreover, they knew that we are on a wheelchair. Only selected guests whom called earlier like me were given a "courtesy" call to inform that its false alarm. Tokyo is prone to natural disasters, imagine this hotel emergency readiness. Their breakfast for my 5 nights stay was the same everyday. We gave up eating there. only thing good is that its near to skytree but there are other good properties nearby and well connected via subways. Room 1212 & Room 1214

The staff was welcoming and explained how all the amenities worked. They provided the way the cleaning crew worked during the number of days of our stay. They spoke good english which made the experience so much nicer. The hotel is located almost next to Tokyo Skytree and the train station, bus station is located right at the front of the hotel.

This property is fantastic. Right next to Oshiage station (use exit B3), next to Skytree mall with plenty of shops, the hotel is very nice, staff are amazing, and the breakfast is definitely worth it. Water pressure is super strong (you can adjust the pressure), made me wish we could get pressure like this in the States!

You'll find plenty of shopping options at Skytree (Tokyo Solamachi). Oshiage Station is conveniently located just outside Skytree, with access to the Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line, Keisei Line, and Toei Asakusa Line. There's also the Tokyo Skytree Station (Tobu Skytree Line) nearby. Enjoy your stay!

Veldig sentralt og fint hotell, så veldig fint utgangspunkt for en Tokyo-tur. 1 min til metro og to stopp fra Asakusa. Supermarked i samme bygg. Ellers er hotellet helt ordinært. Restauranten hadde ingen allergivennlige alternativer (absolutt alt inneholdt soya) så den fikk vi ikke prøvd.

I want to leave a review so others know what to expect at this property. The good: great location, clean rooms, convenient to subway, lots of shopping at Skytree, neighborhood flavor nearby. Rooms are of course small but it’s Tokyo. They were very comfortable and a good value at this price. However please beware of the breakfast. This is the worst breakfast buffet I’ve experienced in Asia. Selection was very odd, just seemed like a random assortment of salads, soup, soft serve ice cream (?) but so light on any Western breakfast staples. And on top of it, there was also a wait for a table on many occasions. We used the buffet for one day only and after that got food nearby. Stay for the room but skip the breakfast.

Our favorite hotel during our two week Japan trip! The hotel and surrounding area were extremely clean. Easy access to all of Tokyo because it was right across from Skytree station. Subways, busses (even straight to Disney), and taxis are all available within a minute’s walk of the hotel. Staff was so helpful and helped us find a good Coco Ichibanya location just a short, beautiful walk from the hotel. A wonderful hotel all around! We will be staying here next time!

The breakfast spread at the Sizzler was excellent. The staff were very friendly. The room appeared more spacious than other hotel rooms we have stayed in (we are a family of five).
