The Verve had everything needed for a short break. Close to a wide range of takeaway, clubs, and restaurant’s. It is a short walk to the beach. The rooms were fantastic. Very clean and comfortable. Security was paramount with locked car parking and fob entry to building.

Beautiful accommodation. We stayed in a 2 bedroom with great views. Great communication with reception on the facilities. Close to food and other services. Walking distance to a number of different beaches and walkways. Great for kids. Spa was well used by lots of people, pool cold.

Close to beach and it was easy to get here from Brisbane with public transport. There is a shopping center Sunshine Plaza about 1.5 km walking distance from the apartment. The apartment was lovely and clean. You could find everything you needed from the kitchen. The staff was also great and friendly. I highly recommend to stay in this apartment hotel. Worth of money.

I was impressed with the accommodation. Very well situated with great food available within easy walking distance and the view from our room was fantastic. The room itself was spacious, modern and clean. If I had one gripe it would be the lounge which wasn't the most comfortable. All in all I wouldn't hesitate staying there again. Loved it.

Fantastic modern apartments with everything you could want, well equipped kitchen, great shower, washing machine & dryer, smart TV, & ocean views! Stayed in apartment 703. Lots of dining options in walking distance & great area to walk off any guilty carbs! Very helpful staff & friendly permanent residents. Would recommend & stay again.

最寄りのバス停まで徒歩１分以内、ビーチまで３分ほどの好立地ながら超大型ショッピングセンターがあるマルチドールの中心街からバスで７−８分と少し離れているため静かで落ち着いた雰囲気。観光客も少なく近くにいい感じのカフェが点在していてリラックスできる。客室は広々としていて明るく清潔。家具や家電類もシンプルですっきりとしているが、洗練され過ぎた気取った感じもなく居心地が良い。広めのバルコニーで朝食を楽しめた。食器や調理道具なども過不足なく揃っている。アメニティは置いていない。インスタントコーヒーやシュガー類、ミルクは置いてあった。アパートメントタイプなので毎日ルームキーピングが入るわけではなく５泊に１回らしい。今回は４泊なのでタオル類などは部屋に備え付けの洗濯乾燥機を使用してセルフで行った。食材が出しっぱなしだったり、水着を干していたり、セキュリティボックスもなかったので毎日、スタッフに入られるよりも気楽でよかった。高級ホテルのような手厚いホスピタリティを望む人には不向きだが、暮らすように旅したい人には超オススメ。レセプションのスタッフがいる時間帯が比較的短く曜日によっても違うのでチェックインアウトの時間によっては要確認。フレンドリーでテキパキしいている。シーズンにもよると思うが、これで１泊２万円前後とは驚きのコスパだと感動した。
