Although the location is not convenient (walk around 15mins to arrive), they provide with excellent and high-quality service in terms of catering, facilities and cleaning. Also the staff are friendly to customers, It is suggested to enhance there quality borrowable, such as Nail scissors

Love the scent & xmas deco of hotel.. room is ok cleanliness ok as well. Only thing that needs to be improved is the staff. This is the only hotel throughout my taiwan stay that i find under par. Breakfast isnt a full crowd but service is slow on topping up food and hot water. Unfriendly staff with nonchalant attitude.
