On the surface, the place looks great. The more you look, the more you notice. Room was good. Decent size, had everything you could need. Shower was good, the water pressure was perfect, Bed was stiff. Noise was an issue. You could hear everything from the room Nextdoor. Pool area was hot. Felt like a sauna. The gym was good but also had temperature issues and was way too hot. Breakfast was standard and did the job. The one really off putting thing was the amount of bugs. There was a baffling amount of dead bugs throughout the property. There also were potato chip crumbs and hairs throughout the room. Overall, it was a good stay, but just a little more effort toward clean would go a long way.

The front desk staff and breakfast staff were friendly. The pillows were very lumpy and made sleeping difficult. The bed was very firm, my husband appreciated that. There were only 2 bath towels in our room and a bath mat. No washcloth or hand towel. The ice machine on the first floor was empty.

We showed up around midnight, and the guy at the desk was great. However, the room we were assigned had not been turned over with new bedding, and there were three full trash bags on the floor. We were quickly assigned another room that was manageable. However, the bathroom fan didn't work and the shower curtain was moldy. This is definitely the lowest quality La Quinta I have ever booked.

Our first room was very dirty, looked like they just made the bed. There was tons of hair in the bed. We reported it and they did give us an upgraded room. However the next room was not much better. The entire hotel just lacks cleanliness. The garbage outside was overflowing the entire time it’s just very dirty everywhere. Unfortunately this was our third strike here.
