It is a beautiful hotel overlooking the port and Sea. Staff was incredibly friendly. Nice indoor swimming pool and bar/restaurant. Decor was modern. Only problem is hotel is difficult to get to with luggage. Parking is far and not easy to wheel suitcases to hotel.

Das Hotel hat zwar ein gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis aber es entspricht nicht einem 4-Sterne Standard. Der Spa ist kein Spa, Hammam und Saune kaputt, wohl schon seit langer Zeit! Sollte man auf der Website auch so schreiben! Frühstück überteuert, sowohl Frühstück als auch Diner werden in der Lobby an Tischen serviert, was gar nicht geht, da ständig die Gäste rein und raus laufen. Zimmergröße ok, auch das Bad. Aber sehr hellhörig!

The staff were so kind and accommodating to us arriving late. They went out of their way to provide a meal and provide good conversation as well. The views from the rooms with a balcony are beautiful as well and the hotel is close to the lift down to the harbor. Parking is a public lot a short walk away. I highly recommend a stay here.

The hotel itself was very nice. Great location, bed was very comfortable, great view. However. Parking is stated as available within roughly 500-600 feet. This may be the case, but there are a number of stairs and the hotel is difficult to reach with baggage. You cannot reach the location directly by car to drop bags off as it is a pedestrian only area. Additionally, we arrived late and there are no open parking garages in the aera after 10 pm! The attendant politely apologized but offered no solutions. We ended up having to make multiple trips with luggage from several blocks away, up multiple sets of stairs. Then we had to park around 1 mile away at the train station. Great hotel, beautiful location, very problematic if you have heavy baggage and or driving - especially if arriving late.

Hôtel génial, super grand lit, espace bien être au top et petite piscine très agréable. Superbe vue de la chambre. Salle de bain très belle et spacieuse. Seul petit point noir la Clim qui soufflait du chaud même réglé à 20 dégrées toute la nuit alors qu’il faisait déjà très chaud dans la chambre.

Cet hôtel est idéalement situé dans la vieille ville. Nous avions une superbe chambre dont la terrasse surplombe le vieux port. Il faut moins de 10 mn à pied pour l'atteindre à pied. Très bon accueil, à l'écoute des clients. Pour se garer, le parking des gouverneurs est à environ 200 m de l'hôtel.

Very nice Hotel cosy with good service. The view are super cool. Breakfast and bar provides a great service with good quality. The pool and spa are clean and convenient. (The sauna was not accessible) Note that you don't have direct access by car, you need to park around or in the public parking next door (price are low) but need to walk with your luggage for 10 min in little (but cute) streets .

Je dois dire que j’ai été un peu déçu au niveau de la déco. J’ai choisi cet hôtel car j’adore la déco et j’ai vu que c’était affilié à Roche Bobois. Comparer à l’accueil et le bar où c’est très chaleureux. Je m’attendais à ce que les chambres soient pareilles. La moquette était tachée les meubles abîmés . La suite familiale n’est pas du tout chaleureuse. Après le service et la propreté était impeccable.

Fantastiskt fint hotell med utsikt över havet. Rymligt rum med stor skön säng. Även badrummet är rymligt. Ligger väldigt bra till med många bra restauranger i närheten. Det enda minuset är att det var svårt att hitta dit, speciellt med bil. Man måste parkera i garaget vid citadellet och sen gå en liten bit.

Hotel is a classy European hotel. Our room was spacious, nicely appointed, comfy bed and quality linens and pillows. Beautiful view of harbor. Breakfast had a quality assortment of homemade breads, eggs, juices and coffee set in a beautiful space overlooking harbor. Wished we had stayed longer.

We had a large room with a beautiful terrasse overlooking the ocean. The king size bed was super comfortable ! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a nice dinner at the hotel restaurant, again with a superb view overlooking the ocean! Everything we ordered was excellent. The portions are huge. We should have followed our instinct and order an appetizer and just one main plate to share. The only drawback is the difficult access to the main entrance of the hotel. After turning around in circles with the car, we finally came to a dead-end road where we took out the luggage, walked to the hotel and went back parking at the Citadelle main public parking above. We did not find any mention of this difficult access from the hotel check-in instructions or in past reviews, so I thought i’d mention it for other travellers.

Nous avons apprécié cet hôtel. Plusieurs points positifs, dont la situation de l’hôtel. (à l’intérieur de la citadelle de Bastia) C’était magnifique. Notre chambre était parfaite pour nous et répondait à nos besoins. Nous avions un balcon qui donnait sur la marina et la mer. Nous avons apprécié le calme qui régnait dans l’établissement et tout autour de l’hôtel. Le personnel était toujours prêt à répondre à nos besoins et nous guider durant notre séjour. Nous avons aussi soupé sur la terrasse et la vue était à couper le souffle.

The hotel is 300 meters from the closest parking, over cobble stones. The parking garage was full on the day we arrived and we had to try and find alternative parking. We are in France for a month and this was the first hotel where we were not warmly welcomed.

Zero responsiveness from the front desk staff. We called and left a message to ask where to park our car and never received a call back. When I asked the staff, the woman became defensive and said that I never called. Another front desk clerk said she will look for a nearby restaurant for dinner and called back after an hour and a half, close to dinner time. Everyone from the staff seemed completely checked out.

Lovely hotel but most of the staff was young and somewhat inexperienced probably because it’s just the beginning of the season. The manager promptly took care of the issue with staff we had. Would suggest more extensive training for the staff

The hotel itself was very nice. Great location, bed was very comfortable, great view. However. Parking is stated as available within roughly 500-600 feet. This may be the case, but there are a number of stairs and the hotel is difficult to reach with baggage. You cannot reach the location directly by car to drop bags off as it is a pedestrian only area. Additionally, we arrived late and there are no open parking garages in the aera after 10 pm! The attendant politely apologized but offered no solutions. We ended up having to make multiple trips with luggage from several blocks away, up multiple sets of stairs. Then we had to park around 1 mile away at the train station. Great hotel, beautiful location, very problematic if you have heavy baggage and or driving - especially if arriving late.

Cet hôtel est idéalement situé dans la vieille ville. Nous avions une superbe chambre dont la terrasse surplombe le vieux port. Il faut moins de 10 mn à pied pour l'atteindre à pied. Très bon accueil, à l'écoute des clients. Pour se garer, le parking des gouverneurs est à environ 200 m de l'hôtel.

Nous avons apprécié cet hôtel. Plusieurs points positifs, dont la situation de l’hôtel. (à l’intérieur de la citadelle de Bastia) C’était magnifique. Notre chambre était parfaite pour nous et répondait à nos besoins. Nous avions un balcon qui donnait sur la marina et la mer. Nous avons apprécié le calme qui régnait dans l’établissement et tout autour de l’hôtel. Le personnel était toujours prêt à répondre à nos besoins et nous guider durant notre séjour. Nous avons aussi soupé sur la terrasse et la vue était à couper le souffle.

Le service au petit déjeuner était une exception: gentil! Nous avons changé une suite junior avec l’atmosphère d’un garage. Mais on a insisté que nous payons le même prix comme pour une chambre normale.

Hotel is a classy European hotel. Our room was spacious, nicely appointed, comfy bed and quality linens and pillows. Beautiful view of harbor. Breakfast had a quality assortment of homemade breads, eggs, juices and coffee set in a beautiful space overlooking harbor. Wished we had stayed longer.

Lovely hotel in the old part of the city Extremely helpful staff - we arrived late and were still able to get some great room service. The breakfast terrace (including the menu) was fantastic too. Very comfortable bed.

Rigtig godt hotel i gågaderne i den gamle bydel med flot udsigt over byen og havnen. Værelser store og gode, maden - ikke mindst morgenmaden - helt i top og personalet er noget af det bedste vi har oplevet. Kan kun anbefales.

We had a large room with a beautiful terrasse overlooking the ocean. The king size bed was super comfortable ! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a nice dinner at the hotel restaurant, again with a superb view overlooking the ocean! Everything we ordered was excellent. The portions are huge. We should have followed our instinct and order an appetizer and just one main plate to share. The only drawback is the difficult access to the main entrance of the hotel. After turning around in circles with the car, we finally came to a dead-end road where we took out the luggage, walked to the hotel and went back parking at the Citadelle main public parking above. We did not find any mention of this difficult access from the hotel check-in instructions or in past reviews, so I thought i’d mention it for other travellers.

Manque une salade de fruits frais qui n'est pas servie hors saison ( Ce que nous comprenons pour éviter les fruits du bout du monde). Buffet donc pas de personnel pour servir mais accueil très symapthique. Charcuteries et fromages Corse de haute qualité.

Very nice Hotel cosy with good service. The view are super cool. Breakfast and bar provides a great service with good quality. The pool and spa are clean and convenient. (The sauna was not accessible) Note that you don't have direct access by car, you need to park around or in the public parking next door (price are low) but need to walk with your luggage for 10 min in little (but cute) streets .
