Room was nice and clean. Bathroom was nice with glass shower. Big nice comfy bed. Microwave and mini fridge. Nice pool. Nice smoking area and areas to sit at and relax. Hot breakfast for additional cost. Not that great. Sausage was very dry. French toast and fresh fruit was good. Inside lounge. Staff was professional and courteous. Price was good.

This property was well priced for the room for the night. The breakfast is extra and they require a $50 deposit at check-in. The room itself was clean and nicely updated. New tv with direct tv, Netflix (not included but you can sign in to your own account), a standing shower only so no tub if you are traveling with kids. There is a fitness center and some areas to lounge in. They have a bar as well if you want to partake in that. Everything was clean and well taken care of. I would stay again.

It was adequate. They were renovating when I stayed. Only one elevator was working, not enough towels, toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc.) were not replenished, and did not get house cleaning services during my stay.

They very obviously do not clean the rooms. The coffee maker looks like it has NEVER been cleaned. There was debris on the floor from the wall chipping, and when I looked down at it, I noticed a beer cap! Room was obviously not vacuumed at all. The pool was closed in mid July, no ice machines worked, and the mini fridge didn't work. I checked out 3 hours after checking in, Hotel denied my refund, told by the front desk lady that "well it's not like I clean the rooms", and we checked into the Resident Inn down the road. They were MUCH better.

Upon arrival, I had to wait in lobby for over 45 minutes to check in due to no staff being at the front. The room itself was covered in dog hair, the bath room was dirty, and the blankets had stains on them. The pool was closed the entire time and all the ice machines were broken. The elevators and hallways had a funky smell the entire time. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

The room was filthy. I could not walk on the floor without having to rewash my feet every time. When i addressed it, it was not addressed. I found other hairs in my room, others pubic hairs in bed and others hair in the bathroom. I canceled the second reservation that was scheduled due to this and they refuse to give any refund. Minimal selection.

The property was not clean and smelled like wet dog in many areas. The floor boards in our room were broken and hurt if you walked over it/tripped over it. The water was also shut off for several hours so we couldn’t use the sink, shower or toilets. Then on our last night from about 7:30-9:45, they had workers in the back with sledge hammers breaking down cabinets and loading them into a truck and it was very loud and we couldn’t get sleep. We called the front desk to complain twice and she didn’t have any info on when it would be done or why they were doing it at night. We requested a manager and she said the manager would be there in the morning which was not true.

Stayed 2 nights, flew in from Seattle, the room was decent but unfortunately there were roaches in room 328. Kind of disappointed that breakfast wasn’t included given that the room prices were up there as well.

I usually stay at this exact location 3-4x year and, unfortunately, I've noticed a steady decline. Staff is wonderful but facilities are usually "grimey". Meaning: the past few times I've stayed, the bathrooms haven't been that clean, the rooms smelled musty, carpet felt sticky, and you could tell the surfaces had not been wiped very well. Phones have been unplugged and, on this last stay, wasn't even connected. TV wasn't updated so, even though it was an offered selection, YouTube wasn't able to be accessed. Front desk staff is/was amazing like usual but the facilities need to REALLY be looked at.

Very nice place to stay. Room was clean and in good condition. Bed was very comfortable. Spacious updated walk in shower (no tub) was very nice. Very close to everything in the area, easy to get to with plenty of parking.

check in was a nightmare! We were there for a team event and each person took 20-25 min to get checked in. Only one person working and she didn't smile, barely made eye contact. Bar was limited on drinks and poor bartender had to keep track of everything on a piece of paper. Wifi didn't work. Rooms were very clean but low on towels. Sunday am we went down to breakfast (which was mediocre, btw - not worth 12?) and someone came in the room and took all of our towels. Had to use a hand towel to dry off after my shower. Hope they can get their act together! Bed and pillows were very comfortable

Check in amd out was easy and Fast. Service was amazing (Becca) checked us in. She was the sweetest!!! And was there in the morning. When we asked, she said she went home for a few hours and came back. She obviously loves her job and it shows. Becca needs a raise!!!!! The hotel was clean and nice.Room was nice. Breakfast was really good.we will definitely stay here again.10/10 for us.

The hotel was fantastic. I travel 4 days a week, and stay in several hotels per night. Don’t expect to get your deposit back they just keep it. So if staying there just tax on $50 to your room stay.

I worked in the front desk to check in and I was told that a $50 fee must be hold on my card. There payment system will not accept my card and as a result I was told that I will not be able to get my room keys as a result. At this point I already booked my hotel through Hotels.Com. Called my bank and they confirmed that there’s enough money on the card to covered the $50 hold fee. Called Hotel.Com and I was told by the agent that I have to wait until Monday to resolve the issue. I have no where to go to spend the night. An hour goes by sitting there thinking what to do next. I was ready to leave and then Bailee, the Front Desk Agent asked me to try and insert the card again to see if it would work this time. I guess she configured the computer. Suddenly, the payment when through after an hour plus. It was all out a very bad service and experience.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are updated and spacious. Also, the A/C in the room worked amazing. This is a must for us at a hotel stay. The bar in the evenings & breakfast in the mornings were both great. We will be staying here again in the future. This hotel is very close to everything.

Very nice hotel. Rooms are updated and spacious. Also, the A/C in the room worked amazing. This is a must for us at a hotel stay. The bar in the evenings & breakfast in the mornings were both great. We will be staying here again in the future. This hotel is very close to everything.

The fact that hotel was in close proximity to the Grandscapes where we had plans at was great for us. The hotel was clean and the accomaded my whole crew and had us all on the same floor. The only thing was that I didnt pay attention the breakfast was available for a fee. Which was onay for my crew because we went out for breakfast.

breakfast buffet was a waste of money. I was there at 8AM and the eggs,sausage, gravy were all cold. Biscuits hard as pucks! Definately not worth the price.

Didn't like that they process a $50 deposit and then you have to wait 3-5 days to get it put back in your bank. Many places use the card with a hold only and don't process it. They charge it and they also charge $13/person if you want to buy the breakfast they advertise as" hot breakfast available. " They should include price info if they are charging you.

Disappointing that breakfast isn’t included with your stay. Also not sure why there’s 2 different prices for breakfast. If you purchase breakfast at check-in it’s $7, but if you wait till the following morning and decide you do want to eat, then it’s $14, why???

It’s nice a clean. Friendly staff. Skip the breakfast buffet. It’s sparse and overpriced. They said they had bacon but only served poor quality pork sausage. When I asked them where the bacon was they told me it wasn’t served everyday. The location is perfect for everything at Gradscape . Great price

I feel tricked. Motels have more amenities then this hotel. Now I understand that this hotel is under a full renovation but it should just be closed till it's functional. No breakfast, no sitting area, no lounge, no access to the pool or outside, no ice or even vending machines, no sign on the building (I thought it was closed when I pulled up). Couldn't get checked in because of an issue with the credit card machine set up on a folding table (no joke). Mattresses and furniture lining the doorways in and out Dust, Noise, nothing set up. Checkout was a joke could not find anyone anywhere a hand written note said with a guest will be back shortly waited at least 15min. After knocking on employee only door and hollering then calling and hearing the phone ring 20+ times I wrote my own checkout note and left. (running now later for my flight) I did get one of the new rooms and it will be nice but it wasnt even finished, room numbers taped to the doors, no refrigerator in the room but a spot for one.

This property is going to be amazing, but they are now in the remodeling phase. My room was excellent, but there was no lobby or check-in or amenities, only because they are being remodeled. As I said, my room was absolutely amazing.
