Stayed 14 nights

Not as advertised. Facilities not available as per booking. Attempted to charge double the price of two bottles of beer back to hotel room, as roof top bar not available throughout the day. Forced to consume on street as wouldn't pay surcharge. Advertised buffet breakfast, later told only provide buffet breakfast, depending on guest numbers. Offered, soup rice and boiled eggs as breakfast choice. Two boiled eggs for breakfast, not worth the cost. Also displayed beside elevator. Back up generator out of service. Pretty poor considering potential for power failure dut to approaching storm season, air con etc could easily be unavailable. Sacastic staff, mimicking and laughing when airing complaint. Stricter rules of do's and don't. Even a hostel would likely be a better alternative to this hotel.. Booked for two weeks left after one night. Supervisor helpful and they did refund my money, but an experience never to be repeated.
