For the value, it wasn’t so bad. Not many hotels in Memphis offer a spacious room that includes a walk-in shower and a whirlpool. That’s was a plus. My only concern not necessarily a complaint is that depending on where you stay on the 3rd floor, the walk to the room may be a little distance. I wish there were more elevators like midways, although we saw one but that takes you to the restaurant. I love the privacy and the balcony.

The $20+ for parking is a bit much since you just park in there parking lot not in a secure lot.

This hotel is a hidden gem in Memphis. We love staying here, especially when we have a big suite and a balcony. The front desk staff is always great and the lady at the 3rd floor bar is just awesome. One drawback: very late in the night a couple of hotel staffers came banging on the door with 3 Memphis Police Officers and threatened to kick us out because they had had 3 noise complaints. There were 4 of us sitting around the dining table talking, and no one had apprised us of a noise complaint. Elon Musk was having a party on the same floor with 400 guests, open bar, a DJ, etc. I was able to talk them into letting us stay, but I thought it was outlandish that they bring storm troopers to our room while there's a party with hundreds of drunk people just down the hall. We'll still be back. We love it here.
