For a Hilton hotel the rooms were just average. The rooms were not well decorated with anything special. The room was clean and breakfast is good and staff is very friendly. If you’re a light sleeper, fair warning that you can hear everything on the streets as well as from every room down the hall. Pool is very small and gym was so hot and full of condensation that the door was wet with dripping water and I thought I was gonna fall from slipping on the floor.

Check in was easy and good. Parking was a nightmare. In room fridge was not cooling much. Tub wouldn't drain correctly so it would fill some while showering. Breakfast was not the best and expensive. While there for a convention, some of our people were told they couldn't have outside food or drink. The in house restaurant didn't open until noon when we had kids up since 5 or 6am dancing all morning and having hundreds of people they wanted to order from in house. There was no way that little kitchen could handle their request in a timely manner if everyone ordered from them.

Check in was quick and easy. The young lady who checked me in was extremely pleasant. The Bartender, I believe her name was Tomi?, was amazing. All the staff I had contact with were all very helpful and friendly.

I like the customer service that was given to us upon arrival from front desk it was excellent. What I dis like is I hold Hilton to a higher standard and the rooms could be cleaned and dusted better. The towel rack was dusty, mole started growing in the shower in little black specks, rust was in the shower door, the room smelled stale, the walls were not wiped the floor could have been vaccumed. The bed could have been fully cleaned under the bed protector was crumbs. This hotel could offer free breakfast for regular hilton honors members but they dont we were told you have to be a diamond or higher to eat free breakfast.

The bathroom had traces of mold in the ceiling. Also the bedroom has a fire alarm that blinks throughout the night that makes it really hard to sleep

Just average. Night staff was not welcoming at all. I was traveling alone and assigned to an adjoining room with kids running and making noise late into the night. In the other side it sounded like someone was running as well but much louder, like an adult working out or practicing sprints. Was not told about any amenities, cleaning schedule, WiFi, or anything. DID NOT FEEL LIKE A HILTON stay.

I was given a room on the first floor, and it was very noisy with people going back-and-forth to the conference room / front desk and other areas. Also, I can’t understand how a bathroom shower doesn’t have a vent fan. Not sure if some of the spots on the wall were paint markings are mold growing in the bathroom

the staff was wonderful, helpful, kind, friendly. I thought the accommodations were very comfortable. the only problem was the large crack in the ceiling above the window. I was told there was a work order to fix it. room 302. Thank you.

The room had signs on the ceiling of water damage across from one wall to the other at the window. on the right side of the wall near the window was a crack running down the wall. Also the border around the wall at the floor needed glued it was pulled away from the wall. We were scheduled to stay wednesday to saturday. We had decided to leave friday and was told that they would submit request that we not be charged for the third nite, looking at my receipt i was charged for the third nite, I would like a refund for that nite.

Hotel Room Review We had an excellent stay in a 2-queen room. The beds were incredibly comfortable—hard to beat! The room itself was spacious, very clean, and quiet, providing a perfect environment to relax. The AC worked flawlessly, keeping the room cool, and the shower had great water pressure, which was a nice bonus. Overall, a fantastic experience. Would stay again.

Staff: The amazing front desk manager, Luckey, greeted us upon arrival with her big friendly smile. She was very helpful answering our questions with kindness throughout our stay including our morning checkout! Please tell her supervisor that we were totally impressed with her.

My room was not serviced and on the third day I asked two housekeepers on each side of my room please do my room asked in Spanish to speak in an app. Then looked on some list and said no . Downstairs at the front desk I said my concern and she said I will take care of it. Came back 4 hours later a still no service so my 4 night stay so far as services sucked !!! I have stayed at this property many times. Very disappointed

The room was dirty. Torn carpet, ripped desk chair, and the furnishings looked like they came from the Salvation Army. I have stayed in many a Hilton Garden Inn and have always been pleased. The staff was extremely abrupt and rude. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Lucky was the very best!!! She was so kind, personable and made you feel right at home. She made the stay very enjoyable. Many thanks to her and her love for our dog Luca as well. I hope she is greatly appreciated at Hilton she knows customer service!

I was okay with no free complimentary breakfast but there was a dog next door and it was barking for 15 min straight at 10pm while I was winding down to go to bed. And the. Starts barking again at 11pm. And then it starts howling. I gave noticed to gabby who had initially texted me to ask how my room is looking when I checked in. I immediately asked her to please tell the people next door to contain their dog since I had to get up very early in the morning for something important but there was no reply. Not too happy about the loss of sleep for $160

This is a clean and safe place to stay. The staff was great and the room was clean, updated and comfortable. There are several convenient businesses nearby (Starbucks, Dunkin, grocery, Home Depot) that made it a great base of operations for some business in the area. It's a little loud due to being near busy roads, but not terribly so. The convenience factor makes up for it. I will definitely stay here next time I have to be in San Antonio. It's also not too far from the airport.

Quick visit to one of “our favorite” city, since we no longer live in San Antonio TX. The location was perfect for visiting downtown and easy access to JBSA Randolph & JBSA Ft Sam.

I was surprised that we had to pay for our buffet breakfast, which normally such hotels are complementary. Having to pay $13.99, for what I would normally receive as complementary with similar buffets at other similar type hotels. I don't know if this was a time occurrence at this particular hotel are other Hilton Garden Hotels like this one, if so I won't be making reservations at these hotels in future. My room was fine, the overall service was fine. There were other restuarants near by which were reasonably priced, so I went there for my meals. Thank you,

Best stay ever while visiting San Antonio. The hotel is immaculate, the staff was friendly and accomodatimgnfrom check in to check out. I had all the ammenities I could care to want or need at my disposal. The room was very homey and I rested well each night. The location is close to the airport and is surrounded by plenty of shopping, restautants and activities to satisfy your interests. The breakfast is very good and there is something for all tastes. I will definitely book this location on my next stay.
