Bathroom door fell off in my hand

One overhead light in room, shower ? black stains corners. Bathroom door would not open because of bed. Awful steps, looked like they were working on renovations. Bed was ok. Heat and hot water worked. Nice people

They wait until your check in time is passed so they can charge the entire stay before trying to fix problems. You are better off sleeping in your car because it's so cold. They use AI so the pictures look updated.

The rooms do not reflect the pictures. The sheets had urine and blood stains, the room was dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. The pathways and parking lots were a sheet of ice, the places that had been shoveled at least. The lights were out leaving you to be walking in the dark around the property which is not only dangerous with the ice, but dangerous for personal safety. I asked management when I booked the room to please make sure my room was on the 1st floor near the office in a well lit area. They put my 70 year old mother in the back of the building. It was a nightmare. Needless to say my mother left immediately and went to another hotel nearby. We’ve used motel 6 plenty of times over the last 40 years and I’ve never seen anything like this.

The staff was very kind and helpful but the bathroom was riddled with bugs that kept coming from the sink. It was kinda inconvenient to drive around the property to get to the lobby as well.
