The pool alway was very cold never turn the heat on. We went as a family with kid that loves go to the pool 🏊 they tried to use it, but was cold we let the front desk know about it but they didn’t nothing to resolve the problem with the water.. 3 day we stayed without use the pool.

My family enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn & Suites. Overall it was a clean hotel, comfortable beds, large rooms, and friendly staff. Breakfast was decent but I prefer a waffle over a pancake. Also minor issue I did not care for... we took our kids to the indoor pool and I wish I had my bathing suit because it was way too hot and unbearable sitting in there. They claimed they could not turn the heat down. If those 2 things were different then 5 stars all the way. I would stay again but please please turn the heat down in the pool area.

Clean and quiet. We had a great stay. The breakfast was good and the attendants were very good. The only drawback was the fact that the pool temperature was cold. Our grandson loves to swim but only stayed in the pool area for about 15 minutes due to the cold water.

Overall, the Strasburg Holiday Inn was very good. The bathroom was nice but could have it a bit cleaner, especially the walls and behind the door. The mattress was a bit concave on one side.

Room not clean when we got there. Dust and finger prints on mirror. Dust behind tv and other places. No extra toilet tissue or kleenex in bathroom. Toilet don't flush properly. Dirty ring in bathtub. Had to clean it before we could take a shower. I have stayed in Holiday Inn before. But never one that was nit up to oar like this one.

Extremely noisy. Could hear every foot step from room above. Also every conversation from the hallway. Not a place if u want to catch a nap during the day or not get woke up at 6am by kids jumping and running from the floor above you.

The hotel was nice, quiet and clean. The pullout couch was my only complaint. The couch cushions were stained and the matress was dirty. The sheets were clean though. But, the matress vas wert flat, flimsy and uncomfortable. Felt like you were laying on the springs itself. And it creaked everytime you moved. The beds were comfy. We had 4 adults so we spread out and I slept on the pullout couch. The breakfast was fine and a great complimentary.

The tv was not working properly in our room. It took a rocket scientist to figure out how to get it to come on. Then we couldn’t get it to turn off and ended up having to unplug it. Maybe the remote just needed batteries. Not sure what the problem was as we were able to switch channels. Also, the pool water was very cloudy. It looked “oily” on the surface. The staff were all friendly and very accommodating.

I travel extensively for business. The hotel is very quiet, up to date and clean. Breakfast was normal hotel fare with many offerings. Parking was adequate. I made my reservation through Hotels Com. My option online was King bed with walk in shower or King bed /hearing accessable which shows a tub/shower image. Since I have MS, I chose the 2nd option to be able to soak in a tub. When I arrived at the hotel, I learned ALL king rooms have walk in showers. The only rooms with bathtubs are the rooms with 2 queen beds. I was willing to pay extra to switch to a room with 2 queen beds. Even though the hotel was far from full (14 cars in the parking lot), they would not accommodate my request. So for an extra $20 that I was willing to pay for a tub, you've lost a customer. Might not seem like a big deal but when you battle MS and like to soak to help alleviate tingling, it's a big deal. Btw. Don't tell me changes would need to be done through the 3rd party booking. YOU manage the motel, YOU make customer decisions regarding your property.

Was disappointed with housekeeping staff. I called down for a blanket for pull out couch and had to go down to get it. Also got back to room at 3pm and room wasn’t cleaned. Had to ask for toilet paper and coffee cups. Never did clean room properly only changed garbage bins and toilet Have stayed at many holiday inn so I know this isn’t common practice. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Everything about stay, cleanliness, comfortability are all to the max. The only thing I wanted to say here is the availability of front desk personnel. This is a 24/7 hotel and I suggest that someone should be at the front desk at all time. Yesterday, I came at the hotel to sleep at around 11:35pm, the doors are wide open and nobody at the front desk. It’s like walking in and out of any place. Anybody can come at the hotel.

easy to get to and ample parking ,close to sight and sound. The breakfast they serve in the morning was terrible.The turkey sauage was dried out and they only had omlets premade which didn't even taste like eggs. The bacon was dried out also like left over from day before. the only good thing about the breakfast was the hot cinnamin buns they kept warm. otherwise nice stay but skip the breakfast.

For the most part fairly clean. The continental breakfast was ok, whoever cooked and prepared the bacon did not know what they were doing. It was like whoever prepared it basically crushed the bacon up into bacon bits and the turkey sausage was tough and dried out. All the other food wasn’t too bad

Room was clean and nice. Breakfast was OK. They had no biscuits nor gravy. The orange juice tasted like it was watered down and the only milk they had was in a gallon jug, no individual cartons like other Holiday Inn express.
