Super conveniently located but if booking thru a third party would advise to call ahead and get info. Pool was closed and that was the main reason we stayed but once checked in was told pool was closed. But we are able to use a neighbor hotels pool which is in walking distance.

The pool was down. It wasn’t specific that this was an issue when I booked the room. We specifically booed this cause of the double room and the pool for a family overnight. When I learned the pool was down for renovation, they resolved it quickly by shuttling us to their sister property down the road. Not as convenient, but my grandson and kids were able to swim.

We have stayed here several times when we have appointments at Children's Hospital. Great location in proximity to the hospital with a free shuttle service, pool, free breakfast, parking is easy and reliable and the staff is super friendly.

Property is fine. Charging 42$/day for guest parking is nuts. Pool is TINY if that's what you're looking for. Good gym. Staff is lackluster at best but the bartender is awesome. He deserves more stars!

Not really perfect for 600 per night. One side of the property facing pretty busy street. View from window to the auto shop. Other side of property facing train tracks. The pool in hotel is....how to describe it,...really small. Like square maybe 12×12 feet or 15x15max. Kind of have impression it is size of jacuzzi. Same for the fitness center(three treadmills only). Breakfast was included but with very pure selection. Room was clean, well prepared. Had some small issues with showers curtains (all water had intention end up on the bathroom floor) Honestly, don't see why it is 600 per night. May be busy season or general situation overall and management trying to compensate their expenses.

Great place for a family of 5. Room was huge with 2 bedrooms. T station is a quick walk around the corner. Some nice restaurants nearby as well. Parking garage has a 7' height restriction so our SUV wasn't going to fit with its rooftop box mounted. The staff was nice enough to allow us to store the box in a locked room near the parking garage...thank you!

Everything was clean and the parking felt safe. The fitness center had a few treadmills, ellipticals, a Peloton, a cable set up, and a decent variety of dumbbells. Great stay!

Great location and friendly staff who go the extra mile. Rooms have air purifiers which are appreciated. One concern is that the dishwasher was filthy and broken and there was no dishwashing liquid in the rooms. Front Desk said "you have to request liquid soap"! Dish soap for clean dishes MUST be in each room!

My 4 day stay here was just not that good. Toilet in the room was used upon check in which was disturbing. Bed was ok but room felt dirty. Housekeeping never cleaned anything. I had to ask for clean towels every night. Dirty dishes were left unwashed in the sink. No amenities. Not even a shower cap in the room. Breakfast was terrible. It would be a decent stay if they kept it to a Hilton standard . Won’t be coming back here.

My only complaint was that the room was a bit chilly, never getting above 66 degrees despite the heat being set higher. Other than that, it was fine. And Pauline at the check-in desk was terrific. Extremely nice, friendly, and very helpful.

The room was a nice size. Living room area with a pullout and another chair. Then 2 chairs at the dinette table. The kitchenette provided the necessities to get by. Having a full sized fridge was fantastic. Two full queen beds and then the sink area was outside from the enclosed shower/toilet. The 2 elevators were always moving. The gym was decent. The pool was smallish but was not an issue as we never crossed paths with anyone. There are 2 gas grills and then plenty of outdoor chairs/tables. The breakfast is fantastic. Althought it is essentially the same everyday (we were there for 5 days). It was always well stocked and the servers were all very kind. Quick walk to the Brookline Village train on the Riverside D line. For visitors use the kiosk to buy your pass with a credit card. The train is just 2 stops from Fenway. A round trip ticket is $4.80. To park at Fenway is $50!...so take the train.

The property has a central air conditioning system. As such, it was impossible to regulate the temperature of my room. I struggled to sleep because my room was extremely cold. Moreover, a male staff was unprofessional and grossly disrespectful to me when I couldn't find the right ticket number to claim my luggage. When I finally found the ticket in my purse, he was still rude to me.

Everything associated with our stay was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Check in was fast. Hotel had garage parking as well. We had an issue with the tv in the room and the response to fix it was very fast. I would definitely recommend as a place to stay!!

The hotel itself is conveniently located near the hospitals. I needed a room last minute for a family emergency. I was able to order one that day, (although expensive) it's where my family was staying, which was a perk. Check in was fine. The parking garage is scary. It's kinda hidden and don't drive a low vehicle if you don't want to scrape your front bumper The room was nice although didn't smell clean. It kinda had a weird musky smell. I noticed my bed was much lower than the bed in our other room. It was just a mattress on a metal frame. Due to the family emergency, I didn't get back to my room until 5am. We got the call before 8 am that we were needed back at the hospital. My attempt at sleep was met with the horrible bed and a metal closet that had horrible noises coming from it the whole time. Was convenient, but but sure the rooms are worth what they charge.

I believe, it is a good hotel, clean and close to the T train. Hot breakfast is very helpful due to limited dining options around the hotel. Area is pretty far from all attractions and the street is noisy and dirty. It was highly overpriced. It can be a good place to stay if the price is more reasonable

Situated a couple of miles from central Boston by handy Green line trolly/subway. Brookline village has plenty of dining options close by. The hotel is a modern spacious hotel with each suite having a fully equipped kitchen. For those arriving by their car, you have to park temporarily outside on the kerbside and check-in to get access to the parking garage.

We were really impressed by this hotel. The lobby is beautiful and contemporary. Check-in was easy and the staff was very friendly. The room was clean, large, and comfortable. The furnishings were modern and inviting. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered a variety of freshly prepared foods. Would definitely stay here again.
