Great hotel located on the hilltop a few kilometers away from the busy roads of Patong. Hotel was overall clean and pretty. Our room had a good size and nice view over the sea. The pool of the hotel was very enjoyable also with beautiful views of the surroundings. The hotel offers many great facilities and activities, both for adults and kids. Staff were always helpful and friendly. Some minor inconveniences is that the pool closes early, so you can’t enjoy the pool when the sun has settled down after a long day out of the hotel. That is despite the pretty lightning around the pool area at night. The isolation of the room could have been better, as it was often easy to hear noice and voices outside the hotel room. The location of the hotel is nice if you prefer being in a more quiet area still near Patong, however it is practically impossible to walk to any attractions nearby because of the steep hill that the hotel is located on. The hotel does offer free shuttle busses from and till Patong, which is nice

It was my first time to stay in a villa hotel. All the staff are very nice and helpful. Since I booked from Expedia, they offered me a discount for the spa and F&B. The spa was great with nice decoration and a view. I love the huge, infinite pool the most; the gym is decent. The villa, although it looks a little bit aged, is huge enough. Finally, the restaurant food is very delightful.

It was a nice property, close to Freedom Beach a great beach to goto with clear waters. A little far from Bangla Road and a long steep driveway certain taxis can’t drive up. Keep that in mind, but other than that it was a nice experience.

My sister and I took a girls’ trip to Phuket and decided to stay at Crest due to the location and amenities. The views were incredible from the property. I personally loved the fact that there were free Pilates classes at the fitness center. My sister’s first time in a sauna was at this fitness center and she was quite impressed. The best parts of the stay were the pool and the breakfast buffet. We’ll definitely be back!

The property was nice and very affordable the workers was nice and anytime I needed anything they provided with no issues. If I ever returned I will for sure stay here. One thing I wished the pools where opened a little later.

Disgusting dirty stain furniture, paid for a villa with private pool but pool was dirty/algae and was not able to use the pool. Room feels unclean, in room robes and slippers are old, used, dingy and stained . Bath towels were old and stained. There was a geico and flying bugs in my room. This was a total disappointment.

My room was very clean. Comfortable bed. Great view from my balcony. Staff was very attentive and kind aside from one or two which may have been read wrong and not intentional. Room service food is really good. Breakfast buffet is decent and was included in my room package.

Does not worth the money spent on it. The staff is really nice! But the hotel is really dirty, the windows have birds poop all over (for the entire time we’ve been in the hotel it was an indication that no one is cleaning it) the floors were filled with dust, hairs, bugs and dirt. The menus in the restaurant were sticky and oily. Our room (we took the premium villa) was dirty as well, the windows and pool were not clean, the wooden floor and wall are peeled and old. Breakfast wasn’t great either, there were a lot of empty trays, and no one filled it even after we asked the employees if they can do it (we usually came to eat at 8:30 so it wasn’t even close to the end time of breakfast). The dinning room was obviously dirty as well, the food had bugs and mosquitoes all over it and the plates were not clean at all. The hotel is really far from everything, the free shuttles are only a few times a day (and they never leave on time), which is never really enough. You can’t walk anywhere yourself so it’s either waiting for the shuttles or for a taxi. The rooms are also a bit far from the lobby and it’s not that convenient to go by foot. There are shuttles to the room as well, but you sometimes need wait. So in conclusion, besides the view (that’s really nice) the hotel is disappointing, and I’m not recommending to stay there.

My review is for the room only. The shower didn't drain so there was literally a huge puddle of bath water sitting on in the shower. There was complimentary instant coffee but the room was not provided mugs. Other than that, we honestly didn't explore the hotel since we were always on an excursion or in town.

This property is under rated. I loved my entire stay. You are welcomed with a welcome drink upon arrival. Everything is relatively new, and extremely clean. There are buses that transport guest free of charge to Patong beach every couple of hours. Nothing but good things to say. I’ll definitely return. 10/10

Layout just looked good on TikTok. All the food was served cold every single day. It was terrible. They never give you towels. They’re stingy with exchanging towels. Pineapples and other fruit floating in the pool drains. This hotel needs to be deeply cleaned like - OMG

My husband and I stayed at the Crest Resort for our honeymoon. Overall, we loved this property. The staff was very nice, the rooms and property were well taken care of. We also liked the free shuttle rides that are offered about 5 times per day to take you to and from Patong Beach. The food was excellent- especially the spinach gnocci and pizza. The only downsides we had were that there is little privacy in the rooms (as newly weds on our honeymoon, we didn’t like that our patio and pool were right next to someone else). Also, we asked two times for taxi rides and paid in advance with the front desk, but the taxis were not called until we arrived at the front desk. Our ride to the airport was 20 minutes late when we asked the day before for them to be there at a specific time. Overall, we would recommend this resort and would definitely return.

not a great location - a steep trek up the hill with nothing around it. Half the pool was under construction. They do offer a free beach shuttle but it doesn’t run very often. I paid for a sea view but it was definitely a partial view. I didn’t like the bathroom - there is no door. You can see the shower and toilet from your bed and therefore hear it very clearly. Room size was good. AC didn’t work well - room was still very warm. We requested an iron and ironing board which never came. Not worth the money.

The views from this property are gorgeous!! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They will go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. We started on the Deluxe Villa with the private pool and the room was amazing and very comfortable. The pool doesn't get much sunlight but if privacy is what you want it perfect! The hotel is up a steep hill and some taxis complained about bringing us there but it's not far from the nightlife and definitely worth it!! The complimentary breakfast was also good with several options.

Stayed at the Crest for 2 nights. We upgraded our room and it was worth it. The room had a direct pool and the view was priceless. The only negative thing I can say is the property needs maintaines. The Hotel needs love. Overall it was a great experience.

The rooms are dated Our personal pool was connected to two other rooms & wasn't heated They broke my luggage No elevators Breakfast buffet wasn't good at all Maid left my room door open while my luggage was still inside. Staff was friendly but I wouldn't return to this hotel.

Misleading “free money” program. They do not make it clear that you need to purchase this up front when you check in. I was forced to pay 10,000 baht when I would have spend around 6,000 with the program. I give them feedback to update their program flyer and they ignored my feedback so I believe they do this on purpose.

From the front desk staff, were all helpful especially mooch & thanks to the housekeeper Anna always making sure our villa was stocked with towels, tissue and changing the linen daily. This resort is overall 100000/10. Highly recommended.

My stay was excellent from check in to check out, the only issue I had was that at check out when I was paying my bill for the beverages and food that I took from room service, the hotel worker who bought the food to our room decided to write a tip for 100THB on the tip section of the bill after we signed the receipt that was bought to us without our concent.

Beautiful hotel away from the noise of Patong. Its up on big hill, so offers a free shuttle to the beach and main road, during certain hours. I would come stay here again, but not for more then 2-3nights, as too far away from the good beaches and food in Phuket.

For the price I paid I consider that more can transportation should be available to go to pa tong beach as it is really far and you can’t walk all the way down. The hotel pick up was fine but we had to wait 20 minutes for the bus to pick up us back in Pa tong beach it was supposed to arrive at 7:15 and it picked up us at 7:35pm. About the location there is nothing you can do about it but the hotel is far from the beach and it’s very sad. We stayed in a VIP room and they are not fully private.

Hi... We stayed in pool villa & overall was pretty good... We have stayed in afew 5 star villas in phuket over the years & this pretty good... Staff very nice... breakfast good... Villa room was good but out dated pool... Biggest let down was the in room dining which we got twice, Narchos was shocking!! Some chips & bowl of corn pretty much!! No good at all in 5 star resort!! The other meal not much better!! Also in room booklet says free ice when required which they changed us!!! Once again poor in 5 star resort & money you pay per night!! Overall over priced for villa
