This property is right next door to Elvis' Graceland mansion home - which is excellent. However if you wish to explore downtown Memphis it is about 9 miles away - so uber both ways ( total cost about 30 dollars inclusive of tips). The guest house has large rooms, cinema (with Elvis movies nightly at 7pm), live Elvis band in bar from 8 pm. Free airport and Graceland shuttle. Great for Elvis fans and just anyone visiting Graceland.

Clean room, awesome shower, comfortable beds, and just an overall great experience! Loved the 7 o'clock movies at night and the pb&j sandwiches and chocolate milk! Very easy access to Graceland with the provided shuttle!

Best place to stay to see Graceland! The hotel is in perfect condition and maintained well with several amenities not you don't see typically in US hotels: Elvis movies every night, live music in the lobby, and late night sandwiches. There are 3 food options onsite for variety and the shuttle to Graceland is a nice bonus.

Movies every night, except the night the power went out. Things happen. They had live music those guys were great. Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. I had such a great time i will be back to visit.

Very clean hotel in the room, in common areas and the sparkling pool! Would absolutely stay here again. Gated property with valet and self parking (both with a cost per night). Located on a four lane Main Street, but no shops or restaurants in walking distance besides those related to Graceland and the Guest House. Worth it for relaxing at the pool (no pool bar or restaurant) and visiting Graceland and Christmas shop with a shuttle to and from both every 1/2 hour.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great shuttle service except it starts a little late for airport. The headboard in our room was dirty and was not cleaned the 4 days we were there. Other than that it is a great hotel.

Room conditions were not what was expected. For what people are paying the general up keep of the rooms was lacking. Wall paper peeling, furniture wear and tear, shower stall caulking was moldy and missing etc.. They need to invest in updating rooms and do better at overall cleanliness and maintaining.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service but starting to show some wear on some of the carpets and furnishings Loved the beautiful tiled shower with Two rain heads Sweet girl Amanda loaded our cart and delivered us to the room, very patient and answered all our questions We take road trips often but this is the first place that we’ve stayed that charges for Wi-Fi Convenient shuttle to the mansion down the street and the exhibition area across the street This is definitely the best way to see Graceland and not worry about Memphis traffic

There was a terrible insect problem in our rooms, roaches and ants. We had to change rooms twice! We did receive a small refund, but was quite inconvenient with our child's graduation celebration.

The activities, dining options, parking and security made all the difference. The area outside the facility could make a person worry but we stayed on the premises and enjoyed being there. We’ve toured Graceland on a previous trip so this time we stayed at the Guesthouse. The patrons were pleasant as well. The rooms did need some cleaning. There’s mildew in the shower and at the vanity. The carpet had crumbs and the bathroom has dirt along the floor. I would recommend this resort.

The room was a well-appointed king with a coutyard view on the 3rd floor. I checked in just before 3 and my room was ready! It was clean, looked fairly new, but I did notice some minor discolorations around the bathroom fixture and a spot of peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling. The shower was walk-in, with plenty of hot water, thick glass enclosures, and an additional rain showerhead. This was a pleasant surprise! The TV was plenty big for the room, which included a closet, a dresser, a mini-fridge, and a built in desk. There was also an oversized sitting chair with an ottoman. The pillows, sheets, and bed were all comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. I didn't need much from them, but when I did, they were nice.

Rooms are not very functional, small shelves, no microwave, mini-frig didn't work. I was told that none of the mini-frigs work in any of the rooms...so if someone complains, they bring them a better mini-frig on a hand cart and plug it in. They keep telling the guest that it is not a real mini-frig. The only reason to stay here is to be close to Graceland - in a high crime city. They charge for parking, they charge for Internet. Service is not very friendly. The towels are all under the bathroom sink instead of up on a rack for easy access. The lighting in the bathroom is poor & dim. There is no exhaust fan in the bath so humidity is an issue when taking a shower. The shower head is not easy to adjust, if at all. This place is designed for a 1 or 2 night stay at the most. All the area hotels have shuttles to Graceland so there is really no reason to stay here. This hotel is not particularly Elvis specific. Not even a simple 'Thanks for staying with us' when I checked out.

The pool is absolutely the best part of this hotel. The staff was very friendly and there are lots of great dining options. We were there for lunch on a Monday during our stay and it took 30 minutes to get our food, even though we were the only ones in the dining room. The room itself was lacking, but it was comfortable.

As we go to check in, the lobby is full of guest who cannot check in. The systems were down for several hours. Unable to get in a room or anything. Which in turn made us late for our scheduled show. Hotel manager basically said “there’s nothing I can do for you”

The staff were inattentive upon check in. Had to wait but 4 people sitting there. People were complaining and there we pushed off to a manager that was busy interviewing. We ate at Delta restaurant and daughter got violently ill. Clearly food poisoning but when we called the restaurant manager and chef, the cared more about deflecting than addressing. They directed me to on site vending machine for medicine that was not there. There was a power outage / blackout, security took 45 min to take an incident statement that should have took 5 min....Nobody from management called or offered concern for an ill child.

The place is nice but the house keeping woke us up at 8am and tried to get into our room to clean it, as they couldn’t get in the texted me that we needed to get out even though check out is at 11am. At 9:45 they came back while my son got into the shower I answered the door and she spoke perfect English but when I said we’re not checking out right now she said she doesn’t speak English and I told her the same thing in Spanish she just walked away. I told the front desk and the Manager was supposed to call me and never did.

I scored it at 4 stars because, 1) we didn't like that we had to pay to park here on top of the higher cost of our stay, and 2) the selection of foods in the restaurant (EP's) was limited and we had a little bit of an "altercation" there. As we were waiting for our meal to come, a lady (who was not our host, waitress or server) asked us to pay our bill then (before we had our food), as her shift was ending, and she wanted to cash us out (i.e., she wanted her tip). But, as I said, SHE didnt seat/serve us, nor did she take our order. That had us quite perturbed. When we questioned her, she said that she was swamped (only one other table was filled) and she was short-handed, and she had to get someone to help her. Even so, we made sure to tip the person who took care of us the entire time we were in the restaurant.

We arrived late evening. Easy to locate, easy to check in, easy to find parking and easy to get to our room. This was by far one of the most perfect stays we have had. We ate at both restaurants and they were fabulous. Walkable to Graceland which was a plus. The room was spotless. This entire hotel smells like The Bellagio in Las Vegas. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Great stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was immaculate and two small issues were handled in a very timely manner. Graceland was right next door and there is an amazing Department 56 store right across the street. The only negative was that we were unable to find any decent restaurants in the area besides the hotel.

I was shocked by the depressed area of Memphis and Graceland. The Guesthouse is probably the safest place to stay in Graceland. You have secure parking and a shuttle runs every 30 minutes to view the Graceland mansion. The hotel is good but overrated. No microwave in room, the refrigerator didn’t work well it was barely cool, and you have to pay for WiFi hookup. Overall it is safe. Your room key lets you in and out of parking lot which is guarded. The hotel lobby has a nice bar and they have entertainment (we saw an Elvis impersonator) - he was very good. We were warned not to stay in downtown Memphis when street lights come on be back at hotel for safety. I would recommend get out of Memphis no later than 3pm. Lots of crazies wondering around. Don’t carry a purse and park in an open area.

Great location for Graceland- designed for the hardcore fan. 24/7 Elvis. The area around the property is not so great. Look to eat in germantown or the downtown area. Hotel food was good but search for authentic in other areas . Staff was charming and attentive all around

We enjoyed our stay and especially loved the live music every evening in the lobby lounge. We ate at EP’s one evening and were disappointed to learn the fryer was not working so the menu was limited and service was not great. Otherwise, a good experience!
