Lovely and clean. Molton brown toiletries in the room. Spa area. Great view from rooftop and at breakfast. Pool area turns into a bar in the evening. Would definitely stay again. Bed was massive. TV had English channels (BBC and ITV plus kids channels) which was good as a solo traveller. No apps on the TV- it did have screen sharing for Apple and android but some of my apps like prime etc wouldn’t cast as it could tell the software was not in the UK. Only things to improve: rooftop needs some umbrellas for shade as there is no shade at all up there. No one explained breakfast to me- I think you could order some things off a menu alongside the buffet (different types of egg etc) but not sure.

Fantastic hotel, staff, very helpful, and very accommodating. We had to leave early in the morning, and they are kind enough to setup an early breakfast for you and your guests if requested. The rooftop pool is incredible, and I wish we would have stayed more than just 1 night here. All staff from the front desk to the restaurant were exceptional & top notch. We look forward to coming back soon. Highly suggest not to come here with a car. Parking a personal vehicle or rental car around hotel is difficult because of the busy location. If you fly into Palma I would just taxi/Uber from airport to hotel. It's a very walkable city with lots of good restaurants, shops, history, and much more.

Mkt bra hotell med bra läge, nära till allt och hjälpsam trevlig personal. Rummet var mkt fint och stort då vi bodde i svit med stort jacuzzi. Poolen på taket samt baren på kvällen är en riktig pärla

Had to pay extra to use pool.and it didnt mention this on the hotels.com site, disappointing. pool too shallow,couldnt swim in it had to kneel. breakfast was good, friendly service.good position to get about.

The room we stayed in was very spacious, comfortable and had amazing large bath tube, as well as all the amenities one may need. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with any request. Breakfast was nice, excellent fresh bread. Friendly staff in the roof bar too. The swimming pool had beautiful views of Palma and was most enjoyable to spend time there too. I will happily return to Nakar on my next visit. Merci!

Absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish. Excellent location, super attentive lovely staff, nice design & spa with sauna and heated pool. Great breakfast with a sea view. Everything truly 10/10 all across a board. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant.

We have just come home from a lovely stay at Nakar hotel for our 10 year wedding anniversary. The hotel is spotless, the staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent and the room top pool is fabulous with beautiful views over the city. We even got a suprise bottle of champagne in our room to congratulate us on our anniversary. Couldn't fault it and would highly recommend. Thankyou.

Nakar ligger omtrent perfekt til i Gamlebyen med kort vei til alt. Delikat basseng- og loungeområde med enestående utsikt på takterrassen. Godt rom, men noe slitasje her og der som trekker litt ned fra toppkarakteren. Restauranten hvor også frokosten serveres i åttende etasje, byr på samme utsikt som takterrassen. Hyggelig og behjelpelig betjening med et smil på lur. Her kan vi gjerne bo igjen!

Vi fikk alltid rene håndkler selv om vi ikke la de på gulvet. Badet og vaskene var alltid rent. Det så rent ut ellers også. God frokost og flott utsikt fra frokostsalen. Ofte kø ved kaffemaskinen. Kunne hatt tevann for seg selv. Takterrassen har for få solsenger, men den er superfin. Kult med DJ på kvelden :-) Alltid god sevice fra personalet. Vi fikk oppbevare sykler i eget rom selv om det var trangt.

Thank you so much Naka for the most amazing stay, my partner took me there for a long birthday weekend in which he also proposed! I cannot fault our stay, the breakfast was the best we’ve ever had at a hotel with everything being so fresh, the hotel was immaculate and everyone was so friendly. They made both my birthday and my engagement so special with room decorations and being in constant contact with my fiance to sort timings etc! It’s the only hotel we’ve been to that we cannot wait to return - thank you for the life-changing memories Nakar!

Just spent an amazing long weekend at this hotel. Travelled from Ireland and stayed for 3 nights. Access from airport couldnt be easier. A1 bus from airport stops 50m away from hotel door. A short walk to all the main attractions of Palma, along either the busy shopping streets or the quiet pedestrian friendly back streets. Room was amazing. Very clean, very comfortable. Great bed. Great shower. Air conditioning perfect. Molton brown bathroom products were fabulous. Very well soundproofed, no noise at night. No problem checking in or out. Staff were so efficient and friendly and spoke perfect english (even trying to translate our irish accents), a great first impression to the hotel. Restaurant was great. We got the tasting menu and it is a feast of flavour, the highlight of our trip. Our waiter recommended it and he was so involved explaining all the different courses and what flavours we should expect. Breakfast every morning was perfect, plenty of all food and no rush. Setting is fab too with view of ocean and city panorama. Rooftop terrace with loungers and infinity pool were an oasis of calm for us. I would love to return to this hotel, we had a fantastic time and thank you to all the staff for making our stay so welcoming and perfect.

Great location near the cathedralthe waterfront and shopping. My room smelled like a lovely spa from the products they supply. It did have a quirky layout not not in a way that was a problem, just different. Good water free and minibar. This is my 5th visit to Palma and third hotel and I will choose it again. I dont know where people with cars park but that was not an issue for me.

Everything was excellent and service was great and so was the location and was very quiet at night. Felt a little hot in room so not sure if AC was working effectively. But that was a very very minor point.

Fantastic hotel, staff, very helpful, and very accommodating. We had to leave early in the morning, and they are kind enough to setup an early breakfast for you and your guests if requested. The rooftop pool is incredible, and I wish we would have stayed more than just 1 night here. All staff from the front desk to the restaurant were exceptional & top notch. We look forward to coming back soon. Highly suggest not to come here with a car. Parking a personal vehicle or rental car around hotel is difficult because of the busy location. If you fly into Palma I would just taxi/Uber from airport to hotel. It's a very walkable city with lots of good restaurants, shops, history, and much more.

Think Ibis hotel at a train station. Clean and accommodating but that\'s about it. Anything above 150$ would be vastly overpriced. They have a strange thing of letting you book without paying but then they constantly send emails with request for payment and threats that you are risking a "no show". Either charge at booking time on Expedia or at the hotel.

Thank you so much Naka for the most amazing stay, my partner took me there for a long birthday weekend in which he also proposed! I cannot fault our stay, the breakfast was the best we’ve ever had at a hotel with everything being so fresh, the hotel was immaculate and everyone was so friendly. They made both my birthday and my engagement so special with room decorations and being in constant contact with my fiance to sort timings etc! It’s the only hotel we’ve been to that we cannot wait to return - thank you for the life-changing memories Nakar!

Der Checkin war leider nicht sehr freundlich, obwohl ich uns per Mail früher angekündigt hatte, war das Zimmer angeblich erst um Punkt 15:00 bezugsfertig. Ich war mit meiner 82 jährigen Mutter dort und wir hätten uns gerne wenigstens mal die Hände gewaschen oder uns die Dachterasse angeschaut. Aber wir durften wieder gehen und haben anschließend noch 20 min das Privatgespräch der Dame am Empfang lauschen dürfen bis sie uns um Punkt 15:00 den Schlüssel übergeben hat. Das war sehr schade aber vielleicht hatte sie einen schlechten Tag. Ansonsten ist das Hotel nur zu empfehlen und wir würden es wieder buchen. Der Service im Restaurant und an der Bar war super freundlich. Die Dachterrasse ist der Knaller und im Februar nicht überfüllt. Alles fußläufig zu erreichen und Bus,Taxi und Autovermietung vor der Tür.

Excellent location,everything is pretty much within walking distance of this hotel. Very clean with amazing staff,very friendly and never awkward. Nothing is to much for them. Only issue we had was the fabulous rooftop pool had no shade for comfort,especially on our last day,we ended up having to leave the pool area. This is definitely not a spoiler for this hotel and we had the most amazing stay for our anniversary. Front desk,cleaning team are all very friendly and welcoming. Restuarant and pool bar team are fantastic. Whatever you need they are on hand allday. I would definitely look at staying at Nakar again.

Just spent an amazing long weekend at this hotel. Travelled from Ireland and stayed for 3 nights. Access from airport couldnt be easier. A1 bus from airport stops 50m away from hotel door. A short walk to all the main attractions of Palma, along either the busy shopping streets or the quiet pedestrian friendly back streets. Room was amazing. Very clean, very comfortable. Great bed. Great shower. Air conditioning perfect. Molton brown bathroom products were fabulous. Very well soundproofed, no noise at night. No problem checking in or out. Staff were so efficient and friendly and spoke perfect english (even trying to translate our irish accents), a great first impression to the hotel. Restaurant was great. We got the tasting menu and it is a feast of flavour, the highlight of our trip. Our waiter recommended it and he was so involved explaining all the different courses and what flavours we should expect. Breakfast every morning was perfect, plenty of all food and no rush. Setting is fab too with view of ocean and city panorama. Rooftop terrace with loungers and infinity pool were an oasis of calm for us. I would love to return to this hotel, we had a fantastic time and thank you to all the staff for making our stay so welcoming and perfect.

The property is conveniently positioned on Av, de Jaume 111 with a very discreet entrance. The room was clean, air conditioned and well appointed. The staff were all friendly and organised taxi's and offered advice when asked. We thought that the hotel restaurant food was good but wasn't as good value as local restaurants - a 5 minutes walk gets you into areas with more eateries than you will ever need. We used a taxi (20€) to transfer from the airport but there is a bus which stops just outside if that's your thing!

We loved the hotel! Service amazing. Housekeeping, turn down, reception, all wonderful. The only slight let down was the breakfast. The scrambled egg & coffee were not good and the fruit often unripe. We actually went out for breakfast but it’s hard to fault the hotel otherwise!

We had a great 2 night stay in one of the jacuzzi rooms. The small and stylish roof top pool is perfect to get some sun with great views over the town. The staff are all lovely and Sofia in the restaurant is wonderful. There was a great choice for breakfast with eggs to order and a glass of cava or two included. Splendid.

Tolles Hotel mitte in der City von Palma , alles mit wenigen Schritten zu erreichen. wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Hof ,zweckmäßig mit Fenster alles sehr sauber ,tolles Bad mit Premium Dusch-Artikeln. Top ist die Dachterasse mit super aussicht auf ganz Palma. Frühstück auch sehr gut mit toller Aussicht auf den Hafen und die Kathedrale.

Underbart boutique hotell med utmärkt läge mitt i shopping och restaurang området. Fantastiskt utsikt från takpoolen som blir cool takbar från 19:30. Väldigt god frukost med utsikt över havet. Litet men fungerande gym och tillgång till spa med bastu och inomhuspool. Snyggt rum med badkar vid de sköna sängarna.

Excellent location,everything is pretty much within walking distance of this hotel. Very clean with amazing staff,very friendly and never awkward. Nothing is to much for them. Only issue we had was the fabulous rooftop pool had no shade for comfort,especially on our last day,we ended up having to leave the pool area. This is definitely not a spoiler for this hotel and we had the most amazing stay for our anniversary. Front desk,cleaning team are all very friendly and welcoming. Restuarant and pool bar team are fantastic. Whatever you need they are on hand allday. I would definitely look at staying at Nakar again.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. The hotel is perfectly pleasant, but is a bit tired. Breakfast is OK but the service can be a bit hit and miss. Two things were quite disappointing. I was travelling alone so booked a suite with a balcony so that I could have a coffee or glass of wine in comfort. However, my balcony was on the third floor overlooking a busy road, but that almost didn’t matter as the balcony was more like a juliette balcony, there were no chairs etc. so it was pointless paying that premium as it was unusable. The second disappointment was no waiter service on the pool deck during the day. You have to trail down two flights of stairs and bring your drink back up. Staff were clearing up there but wouldn’t take orders. Seemed a missed opportunity. I had a good experience in the Spa and, in general, the staff were all pleasant.
