Par contre, les infrastructures extérieures (jeux et trampoline géant pour les enfants) visibles sur les photos n’appartiennent pas au motel mais au camping attenant. Le camping étant fermé, ils ne sont pas accessibles à cette période de l’année.

Les chambres sont très comfortables et spacieuses, très propre. Il faut apporter son propre shampoing, mais sinon, tout est fourni. Les employés sont vraiment sympathiques et disponibles, le service a été très chalereux et rassurant! Un énorme merci pour une belle fin de semaine dans la région!

Le Motel Riviera repondait à nos besoin. Un endroit propre, bien ammenagé avec un excellent service clientele. À notre arrivée, nous avons reçu un texto d'un employé nous souhaitant la bienvenue et nous invitant à la contacter au besoin. Nous avons eu de la difficulté à utiliser la télévision. En 5 minutes, le problème était réglé par texto.

Une très belle surprise...juste avant de partir nous avions lu des mauvais commentaires sur l établissement et du coup nous étions un peu inquiets Mais au final nous avons eu le chalet rouge entièrement refait qui invite au repos et à la détente...au top Nous avons même eu la chance de croiser un ourson dans le parc naturel (dont l entrée est juste à côté de l hotel)

Very clean. Surprisingly quiet given it is just off a main highway. Check-in was a bit confusing. The Staff was helpful and informative. Suggested a great place for dinner and pointed us in the right direction for a quick hike.

Location is great near highwa.Room is clean and cozy. Staff Anne Marie was very helpful when we reached the property and gave us many dining options and helped us finding the best restaurants. I highly recommend this Motel. Will come again. Thank you.

Bon endroit pour dormir à La Malbaie. L’hôtel est propre, les lits confortables. Procédure d’arrivée très facile. Il y a des bornes pour véhicules électriques, gratuite, c’est très pratique. Il y a un resto adjacent et ils servent de bons petits déjeuners. Les animaux sont acceptés. Proches d’autres restaurants. J’y retournerais.

Awesome spot and staff, the room was clean and spacious! The only issue which might only be for a small% of people. Was the parking for my room #18, was very difficult. The person staying in room #17 was parked just fine, but the little amount of room I had to back up my 2021 F150 4X4 truck, literally took me 5 mins, and I wasn’t even between my lines, which didn’t really matter bc I was the last room! Other than that… 👍👍

Great place to stay. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Check in was so quick and easy. Love that it also has a campground beside the river so you can easily go for walks. Would stay here again for sure.
