This is the most pathetic hotel at which I have ever stayed. The hotel lobby was dirty and not worth calling itself a 3 star property. The rooms smelled bad and were untidy. The bathroom area is a joke, it was too small even for a toddler. Room service is a joke, there was no remote in our room for the TV, and I had to go to the lobby to get room service because the phone in my room was not working. Finally, someone from room service came but went without fixing anything. Coming to the hotel staff, they were probably the worst hotel staff with whom I have ever interacted. Check-in process took like 20-30 minutes, mainly because the have a very casual attitude when it comes to hotel guests. They kept my ID after check-in and never gave it back. Now coming to the ID fiasco, they never returned my ID after check-in and I missed to collect it. I remembered that they kept my ID for themselves idk why! Moving on, I called them 2 hours after checking out and they said they will courier my ID to my address. This went on for 7-8 days, they never courierd it to me. They stopped picking up my calls/responding to my texts. Ibis hotels support was a joke, did not help at all. Finally, I somehow managed to reach them 8 days later, and told them I will arrange a pickup just hand-over my drivers license to the pickup person. I had to tell them that I will have to file a police complaint if they lose my ID, after which they checked and said that my ID is still at the hotel. After all this
