Pool is fabulous and the late hours are great, love the breakfast options, fantastic value for what you get here, just like a home. Will absolutely stay again next time I find myself in the city.

Pool was closed , why ? No mention when I checked in

Pretty disappointed. Wasn’t informed of the hot tub and kiddie pool being out of order.

"Oh , it will be open in the morning " was a statemant I heard Tuesday July 22nd to Thursday July 24th, regarding the hot tub. If the hot tub was going to be closed for an extended period, ot wouldve ben noce to know.

Room was very clean. The pool area is well maintained. Kids loved it.

Very nice property. The room was very clean. The pool area had lots of maple bugs in the water and the floor. The breakfast was amazing! Overall good experience. My only complaint was that we had to pay for parking. It seems odd that we would have to pay for parking at an establishment that can assume we need parking as we paid to be a guest. It wasn't brought to our attention until checkout that we were being charged.

We were there for three nights and housekeeping did not come once. I had to ask for towels etc. I asked the housekeeper in hallway on second day if she was coming in and she said that she was. Came back hours later to see that no one had been there. Front desk tried to say that you have to ask for housekeeping. The door hanger says service not needed on one side and later on the other. Zero indication of having to ask for housekeeping. It would have been nice that for over $200/night to at least have towels and garbage taken out. Otherwise, the people were friendly, breakfast was good, and room was spacious. Hot tub and waterslide were closed in the afternoon when we wanted to use. When reopened, the hot tub was luke warm. Likley changed water. Don’t book for July 21,2025 if you are wanting a pool. It’s closed for cleaning.

The hotel room was beautiful but unfortunately we found bedbugs in room 710, they accommodated us and were nice about it but eww.

Cleanliness and kept new

My daughter woke up and felt something in her bed. She moved it to the side and went back to sleep. When she woke up in the morning. She found a dead mouse on the bed beside her. I immediately went to the front desk and showed them the picture she had me email it directly to her and told me the manager would reach out to me. I have not heard from them. Absolutely disgusting.

Big rooms

Rooms were nice and well equipped with full kitchen and very nice bathroom, however internet did not work and was not fixed. It worked for an hour one evening - very inconvenient and nobody could help.

The property was decent and reasonably comfortable. The king bed was good; however, the pull out couch mattress was not useable by my son, so he just had to sleep on the couch cushions. The kitchen is a nice touch; however, it is designed awkwardly and many of the cabinets smash into one another. Additionally, there isn't enough utensils, bowls etc. The pool and waterslide were fun! The gym definitely need more equipment. One bench just does not cut it nowadays.

I liked the full kitchen, the clean and spacious room, and the pool.

The location is great for attending a Saskatchewan Roughriders football game—stadium within walking distance. Our room was gorgeous. It was clean, comfortable, and very spacious. All the employees we interacted with were polite and friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

Love the room! Very spacious and clean. Really liked the set up in the kitchen area. The check in time proved on our booking confirmation was incorrect sadly so that was a bit frustrating. Would be nice if the hotel had a full service restaurant as well. Overall very nice stay.

We had no power along the wall with our beds, no al at clock working couldn’t plug in our phones at night to charge, asked 3 times to have it looked at , no one came, and no discount offered.

The rooms were terrific! They are very spacious and it was wonderful to have a kitchen in each room. Walking to the stadium was so easy and the staff were very courteous!

Needs repairs

We chose to stay at this hotel because of its convenience to the exhibition grounds. We were there to take in a football game and the Queen City X. It allowed us to walk back after the fair closed at night. The service was great but this hotel could use some upgrades. The mattress in the pull out couch was very comfortable for my son and the a/c unit was so noisy we closed our bedroom door which made our room very warm at night (we had a 1 bedroom suite). The TV in our room didn’t work. We loved having a kitchenette in our room.

I recently booked a room for six people here specifically choosing a room with two queens and one double bed to accommodate my family. However, upon arrival, we were given a room designed for only three people — with one king-sized bed and a very uncomfortable pullout sofa. When I explained to the front desk that this arrangement would force some of our group to sleep on the floor, I asked if there was an additional room available. I was told that the hotel was full, there were no extra rooms, and if we weren’t satisfied, we should leave and find another hotel. At no point was an offer made to resolve the issue through an extra room or a refund or a discount. The price I paid didn’t change with the half sized room. Later that evening, our key card stopped working, and the same staff member who had told us there were no available rooms then suggested we could move to an identical room across the hall — a room that, like the one we were initially given, was suitable for three people. At this point, it became clear that the hotel had options to better accommodate us but chose not to act on them. As a result, my sons were left to sleep on the floor, which was incredibly disappointing. This experience fell far below my expectations for a hotel that should prioritize guest satisfaction. IMO when the difference between what was promised and what was delivered is this significant, compensation should be provided. None was offered.

Had kids running up and down our halls and through fire exits and stairs until well past 1130pm. Went downstairs and found parents sitting in the lobby and more kids running around unattended. Told the front desk and the worker smiled and laughed. I don’t think they realized we were actually complaining and we weren’t with the big group. Kids unattended in elevators and would press every single floor so elevators took forever to go up and down. House keeping knocked on our door and tried to come in before check out.

Wonderful staff

Front counter lady was very distracted while checking me in, I felt rushed...I will say they were hosting some sort of tournament so I understand the distraction. However I also payed money to stay here so I would have like abit better service. Also the people making the food at the continental breakfast where very grumpy, again I understand it was busy but thats food service for you, everyone is alot happier seeing a smile...Otherwise the room was very nice and accomodating for my 4 kids. The rooms coffee maker and water kettle had water still in them from the previous tenant..made me wonder how clean things really where. I will say everything else looked clean. Check out was smooth.

The staff was amazing. Kitty and the other female Manager were so friendly and excellent. Always helpful and made me feel very welcome. I will definitely be back!

The Marriot did not have our reservation. They had to charge me for the room so you charged me and they charged me. I talked to you and we resolved the situation. But it was stressful and inconvenient. I would appreciate some compensation, Could I get $100 in Expedia points? Thanks, Sharon.

Nice hotel, close to Mosaic stadium and Queensbury convention centre. Short uber to lots of different restaurants and the breakfast was good each morning. I would stay there again.

This hotel is perfect for anyone staying in Regina. It’s right across the street from the pasqua hospital should someone be staying there and family or friends needing a place to stay. It also has a full mini kitchen with fridge, stove, sink, microwave. Comes fully stocked with dishes as well. It’s quiet even being right across from the hospital. It’s a 5 min drive from the airport and really easy to hop onto the highways and ring roads in either direction. If coming for a rider game it’s the perfect location to stay and walk to the game. The complimentary breakfast included is fantastic. It’s more than just your typical cereal and toast options. They had eggs, bacon, ham or sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, pancakes and waffles to name some of the items. The pool is nice. The waterslide is fun. Sad it wasn’t running all the time as we liked going back early pm to swim and it didn’t seem to come on until 4. The staff were all very nice and helpful. We would definitely come back and stay here.

Good location near rinks.

Just the immediate neighborhood is a little sketchy, but we felt safe in the hotel all the same. Only 10-15 min drive to everything you need, including the airport!

This is a convenient hotel for visiting Regina and especially the General Hospital. Clean, lovely breakfast area, good staff. Nothing fancy - but the pool, fitness area and hot tub were lovely at the end of the day. The area is a bit sketchy after hours and you do have to take your car to find fine dining - but everything is 5 minutes away or so it seems in Regina.

Nice rooms and facilities. Close to Brandt Center.

Easy check in. Very clean. Really nice suite with essentials in the kitchen. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom very clean and bright with excellent water pressure in the shower. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was so so…not enough fruit options…but there were eggs, sausages, bagels, waffles and pancakes plus more. Coffee was decent. Parking was $6.50 and could see the car out our window. Great location for event next door and easy to get to coming into the city…and easy to hit the road for home. Would stay here again if in Regina.

The only thing we dislike is the breakfast, I think all hotel's with continental breakfast should be better though
