We enjoyed our stay in a 3rd floor room. It was spacious and very clean and tidy. It had a lovely view of the garden across the road. Breakfast was provided each morning and included a baguette, croissants, jam, ham and cheese and orange juice. The location is fabulous right in the heart of the old town, and only a 10 minute walk from the station. Our only issue we had was about communication and checkin. We booked and paid for our stay on Hotels.com, when we contacted the hotel about checkin they advised that we needed a phone and to call them. We do not travel with a phone, and so we asked to communicate via email. We managed to checkin without the need of a phone, but it definitely would have been easier with one. It would be good for this restriction to be included in the property details on hotels.com so people are aware of it prior to booking.

Has de tener en cuenta que no hay recepción ni personal, todo por teléfono y que hay unas escaleras de caracol muy incómodo eh imposible para personas mayores o con movilidad reducida, no hay ascensor, la habitación correcta según las fotos, el desayuno lo tienes que ir a buscar a la planta 1 y llevarlo a tu habitación.

La decoración de la habitación y la practicidad muy bien, el wc repartido por la habitación, la taza en una cuarto bastante estrecho, la ducha en otra parte de la habitación y el lavamanos a parte, a pesar de todo estuvimos muy a gusto, cama muy cómoda y en pleno centro. Aparcamiento complicado, seguramente tengas que pagarlo. Como punto negativo las escaleras, nosotros un 3º de escaleras estrechas, cómo de caracol.

Fantastic place, location is great, walkable everywhere, plenty of restaurants nearby. Our room was on top floor (3 floor - no lift - didn’t bother us but be aware). Very cozy, clean, fantastic views onto the Abbey gardens, very quiet at night. Windows can be opened, which we liked as we like fresh air at night. Few breakfast items including freshly baked croissants from local bakery which delivers every morning, was big plus. Thank you for our most enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

We loved this place. We booked two rooms and they were both spacious, bright, clean with everything we needed. There were fresh baguettes and croissants delivered to us from the local boulangerie for breakfast. The location is central but quiet, walkable to the train station. Our windows open to the Narbonne cathedral and the beautiful plain trees outside. The host was very gracious about us storing our luggage after check-out. Overall we had a great stay and will stay here again if we come back to Narbonne.

Rapporto qualità/prezzo scarso per i seguenti motivi: - check-in telefonico: è andato tutto bene ma lo trovo freddo e poco accogliente - pulizia: decisamente migliorabile. C'erano lanicci di polvere sotto il letto, dietro i comodini e sotto i piedini della sedia della scrivania - pareti da imbiancare: alcune pareti (soprattutto quella dove c'è la porta d'ingresso e quella dietro le cose per la colazione) erano sporche - colazione in camera: il panettiere porta il pane fresco e 1 croissant nella hall e l'ospite scende a prenderlo. Anche questo lo trovo piuttosto freddo e di nuovo poco accogliente. Inoltre la qualità del cibo non la trovo al livello del prezzo della camera: socco di arancia, affettati e formaggi decisamente industriali comprati al supermercato. Lovely guest house in the center of Narbonne. The location is perfect and central. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance and the view out our window was of the gardens of the Palais de Archeveques. The room was very large and well appointed. The continental breakfast provided was delicious and convenient. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We loved this place. We booked two rooms and they were both spacious, bright, clean with everything we needed. There were fresh baguettes and croissants delivered to us from the local boulangerie for breakfast. The location is central but quiet, walkable to the train station. Our windows open to the Narbonne cathedral and the beautiful plain trees outside. The host was very gracious about us storing our luggage after check-out. Overall we had a great stay and will stay here again if we come back to Narbonne.

Das Maison Gustav liegt absolut ideal , zentral in Narbonne. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt sind fussläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der Empfang und die „Einweisung“ geschieht persönlich und sehr nett, danach gibt es kein Personal (Rezeption) im Haus, jedoch die Möglichkeit telefonisch jemanden zu erreichen. Waschbecken und Dusche sind im Zimmer (Toilette räumlich getrennt). Wer das nicht möchte ist hier falsch 😂😂😂 Frühstück ist auch sehr originell: alles Nötige befindet sich im Kühlschrank des Zimmers, der Tisch wird mit dem Roomservice frisch eingedeckt, nur noch die Croissants und das Baguette kommen morgens frisch ins Haus geliefert und warten im markierten Beutel im Hausflur. Der Kühlschrank wird täglich kontrolliert und aufgefüllt.

Superb B&B in a great central location. Beautiful room. Easy to access and lovely hosts. The delivery of fresh baguette and croissants in the morning to the delightful breakfast was a wonderful surprise. We would recommend to anyone to stay here.

Has de tener en cuenta que no hay recepción ni personal, todo por teléfono y que hay unas escaleras de caracol muy incómodo eh imposible para personas mayores o con movilidad reducida, no hay ascensor, la habitación correcta según las fotos, el desayuno lo tienes que ir a buscar a la planta 1 y llevarlo a tu habitación.

This property was right across the street from the cathedral and its garden area. The room was so sweet and the staff was so nice. We arrived early and they let us in the room early. They stock your mini fridge with breakfast items and a bakery delivers croissants and a baguette in the morning. We truly enjoyed ourselves.

We enjoyed our stay in a 3rd floor room. It was spacious and very clean and tidy. It had a lovely view of the garden across the road. Breakfast was provided each morning and included a baguette, croissants, jam, ham and cheese and orange juice. The location is fabulous right in the heart of the old town, and only a 10 minute walk from the station. Our only issue we had was about communication and checkin. We booked and paid for our stay on Hotels.com, when we contacted the hotel about checkin they advised that we needed a phone and to call them. We do not travel with a phone, and so we asked to communicate via email. We managed to checkin without the need of a phone, but it definitely would have been easier with one. It would be good for this restriction to be included in the property details on hotels.com so people are aware of it prior to booking.

Lovely guest house in the center of Narbonne. The location is perfect and central. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance and the view out our window was of the gardens of the Palais de Archeveques. The room was very large and well appointed. The continental breakfast provided was delicious and convenient. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Fantastic place, location is great, walkable everywhere, plenty of restaurants nearby. Our room was on top floor (3 floor - no lift - didn’t bother us but be aware). Very cozy, clean, fantastic views onto the Abbey gardens, very quiet at night. Windows can be opened, which we liked as we like fresh air at night. It's a great little place in a convenient location in Narbonne. We absolutely loved it, our room was across from the cathedral and the trees around it. It was a lovely room, and the experience of having bread and croissants delivered every morning and having breakfast in our room was one of the best memories of our trip.

Location is excellent, looks onto the Cathedral. Check in is by phone and we were given choice of room but didn't know which to choose so went for Vintage which was up 1 flight of stairs. The room was large and well appointed with a lovely table set up for breakfast. It was clean and had everything you need. However I would not recommend if you are traveling with anyone other than a partner. There is no separate bathroom! The shower with clear glass is in the room as is the sink. There i a tiny cubicle with the toilet in and if you are large you wouldn't be able to shut the door.
