Pathetic hotel . Absolutely nothing available what advertised . Too many bugs which they call it nature , smell in the room . I refused to stay , one thing positive they refund my money .

The service provided by the staff of Kandy City is excellent, the hotel itself is a little dated and the picture isn’t actually the hotel. But for a budget option my partner and I were happy. Breakfast was super filling and generous. The hotel is an awkward spot but a close enough walk to the lake and shopping areas.

This hotel needs some serious upgrades & a good coat of paint. Entrance & Reception is awful & made us want to run away! The room itself was not too bad.
