Nice hotel close to beach and easy walk to bars and restaurants. Good breakfast. Pool was nice but no shade as staff insisted umbrellas were taken down even with no wind. Lots of effort to nake the hotel arty but jot enough making it practical

Nice hotel, exceptional service. Food for both lunch and dinner was very good. Nice breakfast but chaotic, not enough tables, staff serve coffee, which means you wait and only one man on the egg station. Roof top bar and pool are great. Art work round the hotel is interesting. Disappointed we got a room on the ground floor with balcony which looked onto a brick wall.

Brilliant placed close to the beach, brilliant design and we loved the building. Rooms have great Artwork and are really funky. Breakfast is buffet with a great offering of options, staff are so lovely and caring. We had massages in the Hotel, they were excellent and it’s a beautiful room and girls were fantastic. A must!!!! We stayed 4 nights and would recommend staying there. Lots too restaurants close and beach is a fun place to visit.

Et godt hotel hvor gæsten modtager en stor venlighed og en udsøgt service fra alle ansatte på hotellet. Gode værelser med et dejligt badeværelse. Fint og varieret morgenbuffet. Poolen var ikke stor, og der er for få solsenge. Men heldigvis ligger stranden kun 5 min væk fra hotellet.

Prima lokatie, goede kamers. Wel beetje veel lawaai van buiten maar dat hoofd bij de omgeving. Loopafstand van strand en heerlijk rustig zwembad en terras op het dak.

Great location. Comfy beds. Unfortunately had room with view of concrete wall but it didn’t both us. Nice rooftop pool and bar area. Staff friendly. Close to lots of restaurants in walking distance.

This hotel has the BEST customer service I've ever seen. Everyone is so polite and willing to help if you have a question. The infinity pool on the roof has the best view. Great breakfast options. 3 minutes away from Sanur Beach. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel for your stay in Bali.

I totally LOVED this place. It's artsy fartsy, everything is clean, the people and staff there speaks great english, super attentive and is great. Although the spa may not have as a super high class vibe as certain places, our consultant was Koh Ming (unsure how to spell), and was really good! Had a discound as an expedia member and I'm so glad we came here while our friends went to Glo Sanur for massage and was disappointed there. The food was also awesome, we wondered why we even went to other parts of Bali to eat local food.

Arrived into Bali at 10.30pm and was heading to Nusa Lembongan next day so just needed an overnight stay. ARTOTEL was perfect option not too far from Sanur Port. Excellent and comfortable rooms with great roof top pool.

The Artotel was just great from the moment we arrived were greeted by friendly helpful staff on reception. The rooms were lovely a really good size and very clean, all areas of the hotel were spotless really staff were cleaning from first thing on a morning till night. Great breakfast every morning plenty of choice, lovely pool and bar on the hotel roof nice place to chill out. great location too lots of shops bars and restaurants all round the hotel and just a short walk to the beach we will certainly stay here again

Clean hotel in the heart of Sanur. Wonderful staff, comfortable bed. Great breakfast buffet. Close to restaurants. Arranged an airport shuttle for us and took that worry away. We wish we had stayed in Sanur longer.

Ein sehr sauberes Hotel. Wir waren in unseren Urlaub auch in anderen Hotels wo es sehr viel schlechter war. Das Artotel befinden wir in jeglicher Weise als ein Volltreffer, wir können es nur weiter empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und man legt hier extrem Wert auf Sauberkeit. Das Hotelpersonal ist stets hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und für jeden Nationalität ist etwas dabei. Brot, Pizza , Nudeln, kl. Würstchen, Beans, Eier, etc

It was our first time to Bali and we stayed 8 nights in room 413. It was a lovely stay. Everything was clean, the staff are welcoming and helpful and the breakfast has a lot of options. All was really good and we would stay again if ever in Sanur.

Nice and clean hotel with amazing staff, I stayed here with my wife from friday 2025-04-11 to sunday 2025-05-04. Breakfast buffet was amazing and the hotel was nice and clean. The food itself was a mix between Balinese and western food and the desert choice was truly amazing with the best donuts I have ever had in any hotel. Room service is available and the prices are ok for room service food. There were 2 elevators when I was there that quickly got you to the top floor and they always smelled nice. The famous ice cream place Massimo was only a 2 minute walk from here and there is also a nice sushi place called Akari Japanese Cuisine just below the hotel. There are places for laundry and small supermarkets close by aswell. The beach is only a 5-10 minute walk depending on what part of the beach you like but the beach walk is massive and have plenty of nice coffee shops and restaurants. A couple of things bothered us while stayed here though and that was the sound from the nearby neighbors, one of them had a dog tied up that couldn't move and was barkning constantly from morning til night. Some events were very load in the hotel aswell and made us want to get out because the sound was unbarable. I do think the sound isolation could be alot better and hope that they look into a solution for this in the future. So my only complaint is that it can be very noisy both inside the hotel and outside the hotel, other than that I would say I loved my room with wifi, smart tv.

Excellent stay. Room was large and the bed/pillows were super comfortable. Best sleep in a long time. Short walk to beach, restaurants and bars. Service was friendly and quick. Breakfast was good with a variety of food to choose from. Lovely to sit at breakfast and watch the world go by. Good internet connection for working while on holiday.

Beautiful property. Lush with greenery. Beautiful breakfast area and nice breakfast. Stayed one night but can see it’s within walking distance to many nice shops and modern looking restaurants. Did not like that you can hear children, footsteps, work, trucks at night. Earplugs help.

This is an amazing hotel! From the staff, to the ever changing delicious breakfast buffet every morning, to the large spacious modern room. Everything was perfect! Area is very walkable, close to shops, restaurants and just minutes from the beach. Would highly recommend!

The staff could not do enough for us, they where always friendly and always seemed to be cleaning the hotel. Was noisy with doors closing through our the night waking myself and baby, maybe some rubber stoppers be fitted to prevent this.

Nice and clean hotel with amazing staff, I stayed here with my wife from friday 2025-04-11 to sunday 2025-05-04. Breakfast buffet was amazing and the hotel was nice and clean. The Artotel was just great from the moment we arrived were greeted by friendly helpful staff on reception. The rooms were lovely a really good size and very clean, all areas of the hotel were spotless really staff were cleaning from first thing on a morning till night. Great breakfast every morning plenty of choice, lovely pool and bar on the hotel roof nice place to chill out. great location too lots of shops bars and restaurants all round the hotel and just a short walk to the beach we will certainly stay here again

Hotel is in a great location for Sanur, easy walking distance to dining, beach, and shopping. Hotel was very clean and nice rooms, however the one thing it could improve on was the timeliness of service. Whether it be serving food, serving coffee, checking rooms on checkout, they all were just very slow and sometimes forgotten after asking multiple times at breakfast. The evening service was better but the morning services need to improve. Overall though, that wouldn’t stop me from staying again as all staff are very friendly and the hotel itself was very nice.

The Artotel, Sanur Bali hotel is literally a work of art. The staff were helpful and friendly. The dine in options and food quality meant we didn't didn't venture out for meals. The room was large, spacious and super clean. The hotel is not on Sanur beach which is a 3 minute walk away at the end of the street. If you can live without ocean views from your room, this hotel is the place to stay.

This is an amazing hotel! From the staff, to the ever changing delicious breakfast buffet every morning, to the large spacious modern room. Everything was perfect! Area is very walkable, close to shops, restaurants and just minutes from the beach. Would highly recommend!

Arrived into Bali at 10.30pm and was heading to Nusa Lembongan next day so just needed an overnight stay. ARTOTEL was perfect option not too far from Sanur Port. Excellent and comfortable rooms with great roof top pool.

Nice hotel, exceptional service. Food for both lunch and dinner was very good. Nice breakfast but chaotic, not enough tables, staff serve coffee, which means you wait and only one man on the egg station. Roof top bar and pool are great. Art work round the hotel is interesting. Disappointed we got a room on the ground floor with balcony which looked onto a brick wall.

Nice and clean hotel with amazing staff, I stayed here with my wife from friday 2025-04-11 to sunday 2025-05-04. Breakfast buffet was amazing and the hotel was nice and clean. The food itself was a mix between Balinese and western food and the desert choice was truly amazing with the best donuts I have ever had in any hotel. Room service is available and the prices are ok for room service food. There were 2 elevators when I was there that quickly got you to the top floor and they always smelled nice. The famous ice cream place Massimo was only a 2 minute walk from here and there is also a nice sushi place called Akari Japanese Cuisine just below the hotel. There are places for laundry and small supermarkets close by aswell. The beach is only a 5-10 minute walk depending on what part of the beach you like but the beach walk is massive and have plenty of nice coffee shops and restaurants. A couple of things bothered us while stayed here though and that was the sound from the nearby neighbors, one of them had a dog tied up that couldn't move and was barkning constantly from morning til night. Some events were very load in the hotel aswell and made us want to get out because the sound was unbarable. I do think the sound isolation could be alot better and hope that they look into a solution for this in the future.
