Excellent contemporary apartment in a great location. We had an issue with being blocked from wifi but were assured that this is now fixed. It had a nice oven but no trays or ovenware. The shop across the road is now closed so nearest groceries are a 20 min walk. The bar on the roof was buzzing and very convenient

Check in and check out was fast and the property was clean and well maintained. Love how big the balcony was and the kitchen was equipped with tools for simple cooking like frying an eggs or toasting bread. There’s also a microwave, kettle, toaster and pots to use. And the cherry on top was they have a washer and dryer

The residences were excellent value for money with full sized washing machines and dryer in the suite, a well appointed kitchen and good sized refrigerator. There was plenty of secure parking. On site conveniences included a hairdressing salon (who fixed my bad haircut), a pharmacy and a nearby grocery store. South Terrace is easily accessed by public transport.

staff were friendly, I couldn’t arrive at the property before 4pm and they advised the necessary steps to check in after hours without hesitation. Room had more amenities/facilities than expected. Great location. Easy access and parking although was limited in the basement there was plenty outside

The accommodation was great. No loud noise. We had late check in and received the information in how to get in after hours. The carpark was sometimes full and we had to park in the public carpark- not sure if they don’t have enough bags for the rooms. We would stay here again.

Great place to stay. Big bonus was undercover parking and washing and drying facilities. Rooftop bar/restaurant was great. Lovely, helpful staff at reception and the housekeeper was gorgeous. Would definitely stay there again.

Some additional crockery and cutlery would be useful and avoid using the dishwasher with a very small load. There was a very bad "cat urine-like" smell in the room. I requested a change of room to the manager, who agreed that the terrible, pungent smell (which wouldn't go away with the full air-con power) must have been coming from a damp part of the carpet. Since they said they couldn't move me to another room, I had to stay in that smelly room for two nights. I paid nearly $600 for 2 nights, and they refunded only one-third of the payment for my ordeal. They should fully refund me, and I am unsure if it is legal to put a guest in this kind of room from a health and safety perspective. The hotel management and Australian hotel & tourism regulatory bodies should look into these kinds of issues.

Great location, neat apartment with a spacious balcony and even a water view. Be sure to read the instructions as we misunderstood how the air-conditioning worked ( our fault) Comfy bed. Downside is the TV is fixed opposite the sofa ( also comfy) so you can't really veg out in bed and watch it. Good options in walking distance for coffee and food.

Very modern, convenient and comfortable. The apartment suffers a little from road noise during the day if the verandah door is open, but at night this disappears so no real problem. An interesting walk down to Freemantle along the Swan.

An economical stay just 7 minutes drive from heart of Fremantle. Business trip so it suited fine. Across the road 24 hour IGA was handy. Only issue was water pressure in shower was not great otherwise the apartment did the job for me.

Getting my access details was tricky as Wotif don’t share the details with the residences. None of the processes I was informed of in terms of how access would be communicated happened. Otherwise very convenient with a grocer etc across the road.
