최근 코로나로 숙박객이 많이 없어서인지, 객실내 청소가 제대로 안되어 있는듯 하며, 일부 시설이 고장나 있었습니다. 그 이외에 편의시설은 이용이 편리했으며, 무엇보다 해변에서 멀지 않고 바로 옆에 롯데마트가 있습니다.

Rooms were good. Breakfast had a large selection but some of the food was hit and miss. Fruits fresh and tasty. Made to order noodle soups delicious but some of the premade food that I tried was less good. There was what ended up being a false emergency alarm that woke me and my family at 6am. The alarm abruptly stopped after about 10-15 seconds but there was no explanation or a message from the hotel that it was a false alarm. As a result my parents in a different rooms were frantically scrambling to grab things to leave the hotel. Fortunately I confirmed the false alarm and stopped them before they left the hotel. Most other guests were left standing for over 10 minutes wondering if they should evacuate. This definitely could have been managed better.

Was told The executive level was under renovation and we have book the executive room , was disappointed that was not told in advance of this matter , therefore the business lounge access was not available and the executive room was not impressive

Clean and nice room

Best hotel in Vung Tau by far. Kind and professional staff that go the extra mile. The rooms are big, clean and well equipped.

We had a great experience when we first stayed here 6-7 years ago therefore we had book the stay again. We felt the experience was not that same and the hotel is a little run down and did not maintain its original appearance. The carpet needs to be replaced and the room not prestine like it is used to. Overall the customer service is superb but the appearance of the hotel is now mediocre compared to other hotels. Not sure if I want to come back again the next time I come in town.

Disappointing service that does not match the Pullman brand My family booked two rooms (2 adults and one 17-year-old) through Hotels.com, with payment upon arrival. After a very long and exhausting journey from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City, a delayed flight, and more than three hours in a taxi to Vung Tau, we arrived at the hotel expecting a professional and welcoming experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The reception staff was rude and unwelcoming. They initially prepared invoices for two rooms and assigned us rooms far apart, despite it being clear that we were one family. Only after we explicitly said that we would pay for both rooms together and requested rooms close to each other did they reconsider. We were also asked to pay extra for breakfast for our 17-year-old. According to Hotels.com, when two adults book one room, breakfast is included. This was not explained clearly in advance. The receptionist said they would discuss this with the manager, but no one followed up with us. We had to go back to the front desk ourselves, only to be told that nothing would change. The overall service level was poor, even compared to much more modest hotels. Breakfast was particularly disappointing and absolutely not worth the price of 530,000 VND per person. The quality and selection did not match the cost or the hotel’s claimed standard. The room itself was spacious but cleanliness was inconsistent. The sofa had visible stains and lamps covered in dust.

別のホテルと迷ってこちらに決めました。結果的にとても良かったです。部屋は清潔で、シャワーの水圧と温度、ドライヤーの風量も申し分なし。スタッフの方もとても親切でした。朝食のメニューが多く美味しかったです。また利用したいです。

전체적으로 관리가 안되는거 같습니다 욕실의 묵은때등 비 위생적이었습니다

The room is stuffy and seems like air conditioning is not functioning well. The weather outside is cooler than the hotel temperature. Nice hotel but not perhaps overly concern about electricity bills and neglected the guests. And they limit you to 2 bottles of water only and have to pay for water. Don’t think I would like to stay there again.

Excellent! Much better than I expected. Very impressive interior, great view, and dedicated staff. I would come back in a heartbeat.

Our 10 floor room was a highlight

Best hotel bathroom i have ever seen! Bedroom was also very nice. only thing that let the room down so only 2 english channels om the tv. youtube or netflix would of been great

Drop of standard. (1) there is no table light for the writing table. (2) Upon check in, I said my ALL member trying to link for free wi-fi. Instead, was greeted that there is no piont as I booked with agent. The good thing I find is the restaurant service. Still very good and helpful.

The hotel is very nice and well cared for along with a very friendly and accommodating staff.

Stayed with Pullman many times earlier and used to like. However after experience this time, we are very sure, we wont be staying here again. Not happy how the reception handled my checkout. they charged me for room key a) it was never told that it would be chargeable b) what would i do with the key.. i was told that 1 mug was missing. told them that i would not know or it wasn't damaged. so it should be in the room. anyway the front office went ahead and charged. told them do they expect us to check each item before check in. what if it wasnt there. she didnt have any answer. well it is not about money, but the way it was handled was very unprofessional. what i am very sure, we wont not be staying at this hotel.

The staff did not give me 2 free breakfast meals tickets as included in 2 days hotel stay. This was worth 2 million vnd that was not aware for 2 people for 2 days.

I booked the room for my friends. They complained that the garage staffs were extremely rude and judgmental. The staffs kept asking if they are here to do makeup for the guests(?!?!?) and finally let them park when my friends showed them the itinerary while still acting surprised. Little to no communication during their stay. Front desk did not even ask for feedback during checkout. The only plus point is the room was actually nice and spacious. 1/5 stars. Educate your staffs better to stop judging your own people.

A very inch hotel with good service. Close to the beach and supermarket. Friendly staff.

The beach is far and not clean they build a lot of hotels there so it’s a construction zone there
