Was a beat up dump, needed paint, patching, new floor, an airing. Nice bed. Toilet clogs easily and flusher does not turn off the water--with both you get flooding of the floor. Neighborhood rife with addicts. One tenant dumping bucket of water from second floor balcony!!!

Staff is great Room is satisfactory Tenants are ridiculous. Hate to label, but if you dont like drama.....might want to consider alternatives

Air conditioner was poor, a few bugs. It is a old motel so I didn’t expect alot. It was far better than Motel 6 when it comes hearing your neighbors through the walls. The TV selection of channels was also superior to most motels.
