Although located in busy area around Pub Street, this is a lovely quiet oasis! Staff very friendly and attentive; service excellent. Rooms and breakfast very nice. Pool area cozy but clean, comfortable and a great spot to relax. They were very helpful arranging rides to/from airport and around Angkor Wat and walking us through online purchase of tickets. Definitely the way to go! You just show resulting QR code at ticket check stations. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was above any expectations. From minute one till our departure we felt really welcomed. Everything was great. And room, and beautiful pool, and breakfast. Also I have to mention spa. We had different type of massage there and it was great.

My wife and I stayed here as part of our 25th wedding anniversary celebrations. I speak highly enough of the staff who consistently greeted us with big smiles and cool wet towels. The hotel is fairly close to Pub Street but is thankfully just far enough away to be quiet and tranquil. The pool and swim up bar was amazing and the peanuts they served with drinks were sensational. The restaurant was also great value and I would thoroughly recommend the Fish Amok. Our room was always clean and was beautifully decorated. If we ever visit Cambodia again we will definitely be staying at Central Suite Residence.

What a gem! If you want to be near the pub street, spa, 7-eleven and all then this is the place! Room is huge and clean, the pool is just lovely! Pub street is 2 mins walk away, the night market is 3-5 mins walk away, the Relax Spa (#1 spa in siem reap) is 5mins walk away! It is just the best location. Thank you to all the kind staff! We would love to come back soon

Staff were outstanding. The pool area was nice but seemed to have a portable pump so took away from the aesthetics a bit. The tuk tuk drivers outside the hotel entrance were constantly soliciting services which got tiresome after the second day but we understood their motivations… everyone needs to make a living. Restaurant options were excellent near the hotel and shopping and sightseeing options were walkable or accessible by tuk tuk. The hotel property is well maintained and had a generous selection for breakfast. Management is attentive and staff are very welcoming and delightful.

Every staff member that I interacted with at this hotel (and there were many) were professional, friendly and helpful. I was always greeted and the staff and management went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. The rooms here are huge and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel provides all ammenities that you need and the aircon is nice and cool. The location is only a 2 minute walk from Pub Street, and also walkable to the main markets and many restaurants too. There is also a great sized swimming pool that has a swim up bar with a great drinks menu - awesome way to relax after a hot day exploring Siem Reap. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great location by Pub street but off the main road make this hotel quiet enough for relaxation and close enough for easy walks to the hustle and bustle. Grounds are well maintained, water pressure in shower was great, staff was super friendly, and the one hour body massage I had was just what I needed. Really glad we stayed here and you will too.

What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the INCREDIBLE staff. Kim, Pisean, and the entire team made us feel as though we were the only guests there. They took the time to learn our names, thoughtfully addressed every question and request, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Two of our friends were staying at a nearby hotel and would occasionally stop by before we headed out for the day. Impressively, the staff even took the time to learn their names and warmly welcomed them each time. By the end of our trip, all four of us agreed that this is exactly where we’ll stay on our next visit to Siem Reap. If we could give more than five stars, we absolutely would!

Great spot all-around. The staff was lovely and very helpful. Rooms are large and very clean. Onsite restaurant is good - recommend the breakfast. Didn’t get a change to enjoy the pool but it also looked well maintained. Close to several good restaurants and massage spas.

What a nice hotel, especially for the price. I wish we could have stayed longer. I loved everything about it! Nice pool with swim up bar, extensive buffet breakfast included, fresh flowers and fruit in hotel room. Two toilets/showers in the family room. Very clean!

10月に空港が移転し、ホテル送迎もタクシーも公定で一律USD35に（高けー）。所要時間は50分。ホテルはパブストリートやショッピングエリアから1、2分と超便利。夜は若干音が響き、耳栓を置いてくれたが私は使わなくても気にならず。プール横にバーがあり、外人は水の中でカクテルを楽しんでた。難点はシャワーが熱くならないこと。暑い時でも熱いシャワーを浴びたいほうなので。

Amazing location, 2mins walking distance to Pub St and the night market yet so peaceful. Our family suite was spacious and comfortable. The staff were wonderful and friendly..breakfast was plentiful. Would stay here again. Perfect hotel.

The check-in process was unnecessarily slow—they require you to fill out a form with your phone number, even though they already contacted you on WhatsApp. Additionally, they repeatedly ask guests to sit down, without considering that some may prefer to stand. The room I stayed in faced an abandoned building just two meters away, completely blocking daylight. Soundproofing was also lacking, as conversations near the elevator were easily heard from inside the room. The staff goes above and beyond for you! The location was perfect a minute walk to pub street and the night market. Normally I don't write a long review, but this hotel was one the best part of our trip (and we visited 4 countries). The staff was wonderful in every aspect, always trying to make us comfortable and feel like we were in a oasis. On the first night we had a little problem with the toilet, which was addressed immediately and we were offered to spend that night in another room, but on the very next day the toilet was fixed and we returned to the original room. 100% excellent service. Breakfast with a variety of local and international food, was also one of the highest point of our stay that we enjoyed, with fruits, yogurts, ham and cheeses, breads, omelets made to order, hot stations with different local food, coffee, tea and I know I'm forgetting things because it was a lot. The room was spacious and comfortable with very unique and beautiful bathroom and shower box. The pool was the real oasis for relaxing and refreshing after visits to the temples, tours and shopping. Perfect set up. Great location, walking distance to markets, shopping and restaurants.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Central Suite Residence during our week in Siem Reap! Exceptional service from everyone at the hotel. We had issues with our tour booking and airport transfers, but they were always ready to jump in and help. We are regular travellers and have stayed at a lot of hotels globally. The level of service offered at this hotel is above any that I have ever seen. Every staff greeted us by name and welcomed us by walking out to the parking lot with wet towels each time we returned from a trip. They left absolutely no room for error in service. We were welcomed by different levels of management, including the General Manager. The breakfast was really delicious and had a lot of variety. We did not use the pool but the swim up bar looked amazing. The location was just a 1 minute walk to many of the best streets around. A special thank you to Pisen for making our stay exceptional.

We had a lovely stay at Central Suite thanks to the awesome team led by Ms Sokha (GM) and Ms Lina (Front office manager) who went all the went out to make our stay extra comfortable. Upon knowing its our birthday trip, they decorated the room and even surprised us with a birthday cake in our room with their crew! The rooms are very spacious and clean, beds and pillows are comfortable as well. Day in, day out, we were greeted by our names. And the location is great as well, just minutes walk from restaurants and night market. We didn't had to take tuk tuk to anywhere. Overall their hospitality is out of this world!

This place exceeded our expectations.The hotel itself was beautiful and the location was great too but the staff made the biggest impression on us (which is saying a lot given the quality of the hotel). From the moment we were picked up from the airport the staff really made us feel like we were welcomed and looked after well. Thank you souch for helping to make our trip to Cambodia unforgettable!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property and I will definitely stay there again in the future. The place is well-maintained and has a nice charm, but what puts it over the top is definitely the service of the staff. I was treated with the utmost respect, and the staff was super helpful, attentive, and genuinely conveyed a sense that they cared about my stay and how it was going. The hotel is very conveniently placed, and it is easy to walk too many local attractions in the area. It is literally less than one block away from the main entrance to Pub Street. I had an amazing stay.

My experience at Central Suites was mixed. The check-in process was unnecessarily slow—they require you to fill out a form with your phone number, even though they already contacted you on WhatsApp. Additionally, they repeatedly ask guests to sit down, without considering that some may prefer to stand. My wife and I stayed here as part of our 25th wedding anniversary celebrations. I speak highly enough of the staff who consistently greeted us with big smiles and cool wet towels. The hotel is fairly close to Pub Street but is thankfully just far enough away to be quiet and tranquil. The pool and swim up bar was amazing and the peanuts they served with drinks were sensational. The restaurant was also great value and I would thoroughly recommend the Fish Amok. Our room was always clean and was beautifully decorated. If we ever visit Cambodia again we will definitely be staying at Central Suite Residence.

Super friendly staff with no exception. They know you by your name and make you feel great. Khmer massage exceeded my wife expectations. Breakfast was very good with many local and western options. You can hire tours or taxis with them, but I don't felt pressured to do it. Good restaurants nearby and pound actions at a dirty walking distance as well as the night market. Having 2 electronic keys instead of just one is the only I can think they can improve.

Good food and great drinks, but the staff is really what sets this hotel apart. They would greet us by name and go above and beyond to make sure we have everything we needed. The cocktails at the swim up bar were delicious. The property is in a great location and just steps away from pub street, but far enough away to be free of the noise. The pool and rooms are beautiful. We will miss Sophorn (Sophia) the most, what a gem. I would highly recommend this place and hope to come back soon.

The service at this hotel was well beyond expectations. I have never experienced such great service. Cool towels every time you returned to the hotel. Friendly staff constantly asking if you need anything. It was my birthday and the staff sang happy birthday to me and gave me a little present and a cake! I was very impressed. I highly recommend this hotel. It was clean. The amenities were refilled each day. Tea and coffee in the room. Shower was fabulous. I would definitely stay here again.

What truly elevates this hotel is the incredible staff. Returning from long tours each day, we were welcomed with refreshing cold towels—pure bliss! We also loved the fantastic breakfast where you can order your own freshly prepared meal exactly how you like it. They went entirely above and beyond for my husband's birthday. The entire staff came out together, singing and gifting him a delicious birthday cake. When we went up to our room, we were blown away by the beautiful decorations, vibrant balloons, and a spectacular cake towel arrangement! The hospitality didn't stop until the last second. At checkout, we received the most heartwarming send-off. The staff and even the hotel manager personally waved goodbye until our private transfer was completely out of sight. We’ve never experienced this level of genuine care. We will absolutely be back!
