Tara at the hotel reception was extremely helpful. The parking for this hotel is super confusing. It is across the street and not well marked. Fortunately, Tara was able to help us. The hotel itself is great, but the parking is not at all convenient.

We were given a room that we could hear traffic and people noise late in the evening with all the windows closed. The fridge and phone did not worked. The staff were helpful to address the issues, moving us twice to a quieter room. However, after the move, the room was not cleaned and still not cleaned even after we requested it in the afternoon. Some of the exercise machines in the fitness center were not working properly. Breakfast choice was ok. If you are a light sleeper and don’t want hassle with your stay, I recommend looking for other hotel choices in the area.

Well appointed room with everything we needed. Comfortable bed and a good price. Easy walking to the centre. Quite a busy area but room was well soundproofed and quiet. Bar staff were great and I had a perfect Negroni. We would have liked a better restaurant offering than just bar meals, but otherwise it was all great.

Loved staying here! Great staff and customer service! Only downside is you have to park a bit far and there aren't many food options within the hotel. Other than that, would definitely recommend especially for the price!

Beautiful hotel in a great location, however there is no parking (parking is in the main train station). The staff were friendly and helpful, spoke English very well. Sadly the restaurant was non existent which was an inconvenience for us.. but is local enough to find alternatives. The room itself was nice, however was in the roof so the ceiling was low and on an angle which was awkward for my 6ft5 husband. But overall it was good, just lacking those minor parts for the 5th star.

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, Zimmer waren sehr sauber bei der Ankunft als auch am zweiten Tag nach der Reinigung. Es sollte morgens die Möglichkeit bestehen, nur eine Tasse Kaffee zu trinken und dafür nicht 25 € zu bezahlen.

Das Hotel ist hervorragend renoviert. Das Bad mit der großen Dusche ist sehr praktisch und man kann sich sauber gut pflegen. Es ist für alles in den Zimmern gesorgt. Man kann sich sogar mit einer großen Auswahl einen Tee kochen.

Exorbitant price, polished for booking in this platform with horrible room fully accessible with railings everywhere and no shower an open plan bathroom. When I complained first was told this was the last room and 2 limits later a miracle a different room appeared. One time they did not clean properly with not bringing clean cups at refilling the milk/coffee and you must tell them in advance up to 11am that you want the room cleaned. The excuse eco for the environment.

Room was clean, quiet, and well laid out, even though it was on the smaller side. The Park Plaza Nuremberg is excellently located in old town and near the Christmas markets. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The only complaint is we stayed on the sixth floor which has slanted ceilings, making only a portion of the room usable standing up. Other than that -- great choice.

We stayed for one night the staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was clean. However the walls were thin and could hear traffic, people talking, and the doors did not have a soft close so we could hear them slamming all night.

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut am Rande der Altstadt und man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Das Zimmer war von der Größe und Ausstattung her gut; allerdings funktionierte die Klimaanlage - nach Aussage der Rezeption in allen Hotelzimmern - nicht, da diese unabhängig von der tatsächlichen Außentemperatur erst im Mai eingeschaltet würde, man müsse eben das Fenster öffnen. Allerdings konnte man so wegen des Lärms der unmittelbar vorbeiführenden Hauptdurchgangsstraße nicht schlafen. Es war im Zimmer nachts sehr warm und man konnte daher auch mit geschlossenem Fenster kaum schlafen. Eine entsprechende Information in der Zimmerbeschreibung wäre unbedingt nötig gewesen, denn dann hätte ich dieses Hotel nicht gebucht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend von der Auswahl, allerdings wäre ein wechselndes Angebot bei den Sorten von Wurst und Käse und etwas mehr Auswahl an den Brot-/Brötchensorten schön gewesen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und insbesondere im Frühstücksbereich sehr aufmerksam.

The confirmed room was not assigned. The staff at the front desk got the wrong reservation information. The VIP benefits were not followed at all. She even didn't know this system. Even paid full at the check-in, the staff requested to pay again at the checkout. The front desk staffs services were totally unprofessional.

Alarms went off twice in the middle of the night, forcing us to evacuate and stand outside in the rain. This may not have been the property's fault, but staff did not communicate with us at all about what was going on during the issues or after the fact. Ich habe leider zwei unterschiedliche Erfahrungen an der Rezeption machen müssen. Eine Dame (Tara) war sehr angenehm und sehr freundlich!! Toller Service! Auch ihr Kollege am übernächsten Morgen war sehr Gäste orientiert. Ich als Gast und mein Wohlbefinden standen bei ihr im Vordergrund. Service Bar: Top! Service Frühstück: Top! Eine Kollegin hingegeben hat sich leider keinerlei Mühe gegeben. Nachdem ich erstmal ein schmutziges Zimmer im ersten Stock und Richtung Straße bekam, wurde mir dann noch mitgeteilt, dass mir die 20% Rabatt auf Speisen / Getränke nicht gewährt wird, da Expedia diese dem Hotel nicht erstattet hat und somit nicht an den Gast weitergegeben werden könne. Ok?? Tipp: Könnte man aus Kulanz dann trotzdem anbieten. Aber nein, da blieb sie hart. Als ich dann meinen mit Schimmel befallenen Wasserkocher präsentierte schien es sie kaum zu interessieren. Located across from the main train station was very convenient for our travels. The staff was very friendly, we arrived too early for check in, however we were able to have our luggage held until we came back for check in. The room was very clean, updated and comfortable. The bed and pillows were also comfortable and helped give us restful sleep. Overall a great stay in the beautiful city of Nuremberg!

We found the location of the Park Plaza to be perfect. We wanted to do a lot of travelling around and this hotel is in easy walking distance to the train station and the tram station is on the doorstep. It is a short walk from the old town - what more could you ask for?

Perfekte Lage direkt gegenüber vom Hauptbahnhof und man kann alles in der Altstadt direkt zu Fuß erreichen. Mitarbeiterin bei Check in sehr freundlich und kompetent, auch der Herr an der Bar sehr nett. Frühstücksbuffet war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, der Buffetbereich war für die Anzahl der Hotelgäste nur zu eng. Andere ungeduldige Touristen schieben einen einfach beiseite, aber da kann das Hotel ja nix dafür ;-)

Well appointed room with everything we needed. Comfortable bed and a good price. Easy walking to the centre. Quite a busy area but room was well soundproofed and quiet. Bar staff were great and I had a perfect Negroni. We would have liked a better restaurant offering than just bar meals, but otherwise it was all great.

This is the best choice we could have made. So many great details. The room was spacious and stylish. The bath towels are nice and large. The air conditioning worked well. The breakfast was delicious and a great value. It includes all the variety you might expect from a good German hotel ( warm breakfast items, cheeses, cold cuts, vegetables, cereals , yogurt ( not prepackaged but homemade), baked goods and breads, fruit etc. plus juices and working machines for coffee, latte etc. The staff was polite and efficient. Suleiman was welcoming and provided that extra kindness that guests will remember. He made us feel welcome. The location is perfect. Across the street from the train station near the the touristy historic part of town. Many restaurants are nearby, attractions and museums are within a walking distance. The lobby is small but lovely. The bar is nice but I thought the price of a top shelf gin / tonic was a bit pricey. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful hotel in a great location, however there is no parking (parking is in the main train station). The staff were friendly and helpful, spoke English very well. Sadly the restaurant was non existent which was an inconvenience for us.. but is local enough to find alternatives. The room itself was nice, however was in the roof so the ceiling was low and on an angle which was awkward for my 6ft5 husband. But overall it was good, just lacking those minor parts for the 5th star.
