Great location - about 15 min walk to train station along a park area. 5 min walk into Old Town. Normal business hotel - so if looking for Cordoba charm - not the place, but if looking for good size room, full service, ...a good bet. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food. Super friendly staff. Gym was disappointing for such a large business hotel (which is pretty much the reason we chose the hotel instead of a local charm. we were ready for some good workouts mid-vacation) - just one bench & some free weights w/ cardio equipment. If someone is using the bench and weights...you are out of luck until they are finished. Only other comment is the room decor ....I stayed with my nephew and the entire bathroom area is glass - so no privacy unless you close off the entire entrance to the room which is hte bathroom area. If you want any privacy from your travel companions ...get your own room.

Nice location and convenient. I picked this hotel because it had a gym. Although the treadmill was nice there were no cleaning sprays for the machines so I had to really try not to touch it too much to start it. Also it was warm in there so it should have had fans. It was 74 degrees in there so very uncomfortable by myself. Would have been awful if anyone else had been in there

Séjour très agréable. L’hôtel est très bien situé. Nous avons profité de la belle piscine. Il est juste dommage qu’elle n’ouvre qu’à 11h le matin et qu’il n’y ait pas plus de transats au vu de la taille de l’hôtel. Le personnel est agréable et professionnel.

Zimmer war nett, aber keine 5 Sterne. Lose Kabel in der Toilette, die Badewanne war abgenutzt, die Dusche gewöhnungsbedürftig, da man auf Metallplatten stand. Die Lage ist jedoch super. Frühstück ist umfangreich. Der Pool ist wirklich groß, es sind aber nur wenig Liegeplätze verfügbar. In einem abgetrennten Bereich kann man zusätzliche Liegen für 25 Euro buchen. Das fanden wir unverschämt.

The parking under the hotel is convenient but tight space. The market like food court was walking distance, so that was a huge plus! Also dining menu at this restaurant was awesome too!

Chegamos tarde, ninguém nos ajudou com as bagagens, houve uma confusão desagradável no check in e no quarto em que fomos alocados, com posterior adequação, para chegar no segundo e descobrir que este era o correto e encontrar nele uma garrafa de espumante (que estava na confirmação da reserva da hotéis.com) e um bilhete escrito para nós. No banheiro havia cabelo dos hóspedes anteriores no box (sim, eca). Apesar dos percalços, localização excelente, quarto grande, cama confortável, chuveiro ótimo, bons amenities, garrafa de água disponível todos os dias, máquina de café.

Figured out hand shower, but couldn't figure out rain shower. Great location - walkable to train, mosque cathedral, etc. Best breakfast buffet at hotel I ever had.. variety, top class options, local flavors, elegant. Would highly recommend.

Bath way dirty. Tried to call reception a few times but telephone was crackly and couldn’t hear us - didn’t bother calling back or sending someone up. Lady at the excursion desk was great. Staff overall were friendly. Toilet didn’t flush properly.

Lovely hotel in a grest location. The old town gate entrance is directly across the road from hotel so everything in very short walking distance. Large parking garage is underneath hotel with lift up to reception so easy to move luggage. Hotel is spotless clean. Room was very comfortable with excellent facilities. Receptionist was very friendly and efficient.

I was disappointed with the interior design of the hotel, as it was dark and did not create a bright or welcoming atmosphere. Upon arrival, there was no assistance available to carry our luggage to the room, and I had to carry it myself (we had quite a few bags). There was also no valet parking service, and the main entrance was small, unclear, and lacked any staff to greet guests as is customary in five-star hotels. When I entered the room, I found the bathroom dirty, used, and not cleaned properly, as shown in the attached photo. Positives: The location is excellent and very close to important historical sites in the area. The breakfast was also excellent, offering a good and varied selection of dishes.

Very good hotel with an excellent location and exceptionally friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is varied and of high quality. All major attractions are within walking distance, and the parking is easy and convenient. We also enjoyed a wonderful couple’s massage and a welcome drink during our stay. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Comfortable, well located hotel which was the perfect base to explore Cordoba as just next to Jewish quarter entrance and also the bus stop. Couple of small points which I would have expected better from a 5* - air conditioning would not go lower than 19c and was never cool enough especially uncomfortable for sleeping. Breakfast hot options were average plus the restaurant system did not seem linked to the main reception so both mornings I had an annoying interaction with the restaurant lead whom had to ring through to reception to check we had paid. Same conversation both mornings!

This hotel tries hard to be a top-level hotel. It's large and modern, but located just a few minutes on foot from the old town. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, there were a couple of things that did not work in the room (the dispensers in the bathroom and the light over the sink). Also, the design of the bathroom is very unconventional, and, we thought, not very user friendly. The bathtub/shower are in a separate, glass enclosed, and completely transparent area, the toilet and bidet are in a separate, opaque-glass enclosed, area with no sink, and the sink is in the open hallway as you enter. It did not make sense to us.

We really enjoyed our stay at Eurostars Palace Hotel. The room was lovely and spacious, with a glorious shower and bath/jet tub. The highlight of our stay was the pillow menu which we ordered from (free of charge) and the room service we had one night (although slightly pricier than I would have expected). I’d recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cordoba - we only stayed one night but would happily return. The staff were all very lovely and the hotel is great value for money.

Excellent location, near to the Historic town. Service , cleanliness , food was absolutely fine however…. The room design was very peculiar … The transparent shower door and a glass door to the toilet does not give any privacy. We are a family of three adults, stayed just for one night to visit Old Cordoba. When one of us was using the shower ( with a glass wall/door), the other members of family were very restricted with their movements around the room in order to give a showering person some privacy. It would not be a problem if you stay on your own or for a very open minded couples. The room description should mention the peculiarity of the design for customers with more traditional outlook to the matter of showering and privacy when using toilets.

Ci è piaciuta molto la vicinanza al centro, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi e vicina anche al mercato, dove gustare piatti tipici. Camere pulite e spaziose. Unica nota negativa è la rumorosità. Essendo di fronte una delle strade principali, si sente molto il rumore del traffico quando si dorme.

Very good hotel with an excellent location and exceptionally friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast is varied and of high quality. All major attractions are within walking distance, and the parking is easy and convenient. We also enjoyed a wonderful couple’s massage and a welcome drink during our stay. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Comfortable, well located hotel which was the perfect base to explore Cordoba as just next to Jewish quarter entrance and also the bus stop. Couple of small points which I would have expected better from a 5* - air conditioning would not go lower than 19c and was never cool enough especially uncomfortable for sleeping. Breakfast hot options were average plus the restaurant system did not seem linked to the main reception so both mornings I had an annoying interaction with the restaurant lead whom had to ring through to reception to check we had paid. Same conversation both mornings!

I extended my stay by one night, again booking via Expedia, but I had to specifically request the bottle of sparkling wine which was offered through the booking with Expedia as I am a Silver member. The hotel did in fact give me two bottles of wine for my two separate bookings made via Expedia, which I do appreciate. However, it is the hotel that should mention it and honour this offer to the guest and not the guest who should have to remind them and to keep asking. If the hotel makes an offer of a perk, whether via Expedia or any other website, or their own website, it should make sure to offer this perk to the guest when they arrive at the time of check in.

Figured out hand shower, but couldn't figure out rain shower. Great location - walkable to train, mosque cathedral, etc. Best breakfast buffet at hotel I ever had.. variety, top class options, local flavors, elegant. Would highly recommend.

The location was excellent. Service was nonexistent. No one to assist with luggage for anybody. Welcome bottle of Cava, then charge $5 for ice to chill it. Worst room service food ever.

I was disappointed with the interior design of the hotel, as it was dark and did not create a bright or welcoming atmosphere. Upon arrival, there was no assistance available to carry our luggage to the room, and I had to carry it myself (we had quite a few bags). There was also no valet parking service, and the main entrance was small, unclear, and lacked any staff to greet guests as is customary in five-star hotels. When I entered the room, I found the bathroom dirty, used, and not cleaned properly, as shown in the attached photo. Positives: The location is excellent and very close to important historical sites in the area. The breakfast was also excellent, offering a good and varied selection of dishes.

We are extremely pleased with our stay. The staff is amazing and very welcoming, the hotel is extremely close to the historic center. I want to give special thanks to Carlota and Lucia for the warm greeting and for making it fun for the kids during the check-in process and overall service throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend.

Great location - about 15 min walk to train station along a park area. 5 min walk into Old Town. Normal business hotel - so if looking for Cordoba charm - not the place, but if looking for good size room, full service, ...a good bet. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food. Super friendly staff. Gym was disappointing for such a large business hotel (which is pretty much the reason we chose the hotel instead of a local charm. we were ready for some good workouts mid-vacation) - just one bench & some free weights w/ cardio equipment. If someone is using the bench and weights...you are out of luck until they are finished. Only other comment is the room decor ....I stayed with my nephew and the entire bathroom area is glass - so no privacy unless you close off the entire entrance to the room which is hte bathroom area. If you want any privacy from your travel companions ...get your own room.

Alles sauber, Personal freundlich. sehr zentral zum Casco histórico. Einziger Punkt war das übermäßig teueres Frühstück 40€ pro Person. Das Badezimmer sehr groß, gar mit Whirpool in der Wanne. Benutzt haben wir aber die Duschen. Sie müssen aber gewartet werden, denn die Duschköpfe fielen ständig aus ihren Haltern.

The parking under the hotel is convenient but tight space. The market like food court was walking distance, so that was a huge plus! Also dining menu at this restaurant was awesome too!

Flott location like utenfor gamlebyen. Rommene var store med god standard (4 stjerner?). Deilig basseng i 7. etasje. Frokosten var fantastisk. Det som trakk ned var elendig service på takterrassen.

Good location for the old town but not easy to get to on my gps. That sent me a link on whattsapp which made it better to locate. Maintenance staff for the room not up to scratch the safe was in a locked position so could not access, there were no tissues in the holder one of the shower heads did not function properly !

This was a beautiful modern hotel. Had a rooftop pool and bar which was welcome as it hit 44 degrees during our stay! Room was very large and comfortable. Our kids were on a sofa bed. We had breakfast and it was very good. Would absolutely recommend this hotel.
