I liked the location of this hotel and the Oxxo next to it. I loved the parking lot with a high fence. I felt safe. I did not like the hair I found on the sheets of the bed and the fact the sheets and towels smell like sweat and were old and wore out.

Plenty of parking, safe area, clean interior.

Great enclosed parking. Felt super safe. Hotel was clean and smelled smelled clean. Room was well kept. Modern and simple. No extra fuss. My only complaint is that the bathroom doesn’t have ventilation. So if you’re staying with people and go potty, be aware the whole room might smell 😅. AMAZING BREAKFAST BUFFET! Food was excellent. 10/10. Everything was made fresh. Even the beans. Overall great safe hotel at a reasonable price.

Secure parking and breakfast.

I really like staying there and the girls at the lobby are really nice the only thing that lately it has been really hard to deal with the drain smell 😔 it is really strong and hard not to notice.

Great hotel in Mexico. The breakfast is always so delicious and a Traditional Mexican Breakfast. However the hotel could use better cleaning products for the restroom because they tend to still have a urine smell after it has been cleaned and sanitized for the next guest. Other than that a great hotel in Mexico.

Bed is not comfortable

Our air conditioning was not working, made loud noises. We asked to be changed to a new room; the security guard came into our room at 2 am and changed us to a different room that also had an AC unit that was not working. The price for one night was excessive for how outdated it is.

Like most of the areas here mentioned. People were polite and premises were safe and clean. Basic hotel but has everything you need to spend the night. What I did not like was Wi-Fi extremely limited in rooms, only seem to work ok at reception area. Breakfast very limited, especially the items that were better (Eggs and beans) the people in charge would just provide food for 3-4 people and would wait a few minutes before replenishing those items with the same amount. If the breakfast is something they advertise as being included in the rate, why would they skimp on it. be very careful when you reserve at this location. I had two reservations made. One for 1 night which I paid in advance and other reservation for 2 nights to be paid at the property. Both reservations were confirmed by Expedia. When I try to check in for the reservation that was not prepaid, they stated my reservation had been cancel! I show the reservation number and the confirmation email, and the manager continued stating that she did not have my reservation on file, and they had some other reservation cancel fitting mine. She went and stated, they did had rooms available, and I thank her and asked to just replace what I had reserved in the first place, and she stated she would do it, but my rate would be different! Instead of paying the $55.00 per night rate I had with my reservation that I did not cancel, she offered a $85.00 rate per night. It seems very suspicious that reservations cancel themselves.

Friendly staff / hard beds

The beds are hard. All else is very good

No closets or fridge in rooms and not a good selection of channels available on television.

I rent it a bigger room the AC did not work I was sweating after 3hrs I was change to small room but charge for a superior room.

Our stay was unfortunately disappointing due to several issues we experienced. My parents had to get their room key reprogrammed almost every night because their door wouldn’t unlock properly. They also encountered problems with the elevator during our stay. One night, we woke up to find there was no running water, and the lights in our room kept flickering — which was both inconvenient and concerning. Additionally, I’d like to address an interaction regarding the pet fee. I understand and fully respect that the hotel has a pet policy and related fees. However, the manner in which it was brought to our attention was unnecessarily indirect and unprofessional. A polite and straightforward explanation would have been much more appropriate. We were in town for a family member’s one-year memorial, having driven in from Dallas, and intended to update our dog’s vaccination paperwork promptly. Lastly, if the hotel expects guests with pets to follow certain cleanliness standards, it would be helpful to provide a designated area for pets. Suggesting that I bring my own area for my dog was unnecessary and inappropriate. Overall, while we appreciate the location and purpose of our visit, the repeated inconveniences and lack of professionalism from certain staff members left a negative impression on our stay.

If you are transit traveler with pets and you are looking for a clean, comfortable and great location please ?? This is the perfect place for you . I’m very grateful with Ms Abigail’s assistance while was a very hard rain she made is feel at home , and her supervisor Both were very nice to acomódate my family in a nice room , God bless y’all

Solo hubo una situación en el cuarto y nunca contestaron en la recepción tuve que marcar por línea exterior y después de muchos timbres por fin me conectaron

We went for a couple days and it was a pleasant stay . The lady that assisted us at check in was outstanding. We saw her late when we got in and she was there in the morning looking very refreshed I asked her if she was the same lady from the evening prior she smiled and said "its me". I am terrible with names and unfortunately i can\'t think of her name but kudos to her. Great stay will definitely stay here again.

My room smelled bad and the air conditioning didn't work. I had to wait a long time for them to attend my request, at the end they moved me to another room which also had the detail that the sofa bed did not work, I will not stay here again. Breakfast also does not offer variety, coffee is very bad.

Reserve una habitacion con cama doble para dos personas y me dieron una con cama matrimonial, el cuarto demasiado chico pero habitable; hasta alli todo mas o menos, la sorpresa fue en la manana al querer desayunar, huevo casi frio y muy poco, el tostador no funcionaba, solo tenian pan de barra regular e integral, pedazos de queso panela y unas lajitas de jamos muy pequenas, un guiso de salchichas y un caldo de frijoles. Lo unico que nos gusto fue la sandia y papaya que tenian alli. El precio que pagamos no es para tener un desayuno tan simple, casi cobran como un 5 estrellas de EU y la verdad no los vale.
