There was always parking, the area and hotel was very safe, staff was super nice and place was very clean.

They had Karaoke on Thursdays nights.. drinks were really good and at a great price the atmosphere was just soo much fun overall great experience

The hotel is noticeable and is located near a busy part of the town. Parking is ample and front door drop off is available. The hotel itself, the building style and setup, is very outdated. Check-in is done quick, but not efficiently. The check-in attendants clearly lack check-in and customer service skills. I was not greeted as I walked in, and was almost given the wrong room. Once I was given the correct room and room number, no further instructions were given. I was given my room key and sent on my way. The room was outdated, but spacious enough to accommodate four people. The restrooms lacked toiletries, such as shampoo and soap; considering that most hotels now a days provide full size toiletries. The bed mattresses were not as comfortable as one would like, but the linens were clean. The TV works well and performs as it’s intended to. The AC is outdated and loud, but it gets the job done.The WiFi did not work in our room, and was a big inconvenience. Room service is available, and prices are fair. Breakfast was not how it used to be, although it’s complimentary, you have to ask for a breakfast voucher because it will not be mentioned at check in. It has a one hour complimentary breakfast time, and after that, breakfast is charged a la carte. No ice machines are available and must be retrieved by the on site bar. Bring your own cups because they will charge you for plastic cups. The Housekeeping was the most impressionable, as our room never lacked clean linens. A 2/5

Las instalaciones muy bien todo, personal del hotel igual excelente muy amables. Observaciones: no habia botella de agua en la habitación, jabones, productos basicos de regadera, de mala calidad, creo solo eso deberian de modificar

I noticed that there were bedbugs in my bed after I slept, I took a picture and then call them, they just confirmed but they were not surprised... The carpet was dirty, the AC was loud. It is rare that I put this kind of reviews but this was too much. The pictures do not correspond to the current staye of the Hotel, its a shame that local Hotels can not be trusted and we need to go for a big chain

This hotel is not the cleanest. They don't vacuum the rooms so your socks and feet will have trash from previous stays on you. The water pressure from the shower is very little. So it takes a long time to shower. The front desk help is bad. They don't make you feel welcomed and seem to socialize with each other and pay little attention to the client. The restrooms don't have a verity of towels and no facial tissue at all. I would not stay here again.

Shower was dirty, with mold, hair from other guests. Door lock from the restroom was not placed properly. Bed sheets had hair from other guests. The floor carpet needs to be washed or replaced. But I guess we get what we paid for.

Not a lot to choosr from tje breakfast buffet we requested to be moved to another room because the first one smelled like sewage then the other one the AC was not cooling enough

Room was ugly, I couldn’t sleep because the mattress was as hard as a rock.. the mattress also had stains like on the side, the walls need to be painted, the carpet is disgusting, the shower has mold, the TV only had 6 channels to watch.. Needed to return my key and there was no one at the front desk had to give the key to a housekeeper. The owner really needs to do better and remodel the whole property.

Internet connexion, some time, low speed if any. Room cleaning: knocking at the door after 6pm. 5am, loud music in surrounding rooms. Only the price makes you stay there.

El problema no fue del hotel, fue de ustedes !!! ... resulta que me presento en el hotel y no existía reservación porque en el hotel me dicen que ya no trabajan con ustedes desde hace tiempo ... y ustedes siguen publicitando ese hotel ... apesta Expedia !!!

Muy desagradable ya que al llegar la encargada me dijo que no estaban aceptando las reservaciones hechas a través de Hotels.com, por tanto no tenían ninguna habitación reservada. Lo que me ofrecieron fue una de mayor precio y en un área que había sido de fumadores. Total falta de comunicación entre la aplicación Hoteles.com y el hotel Herederos.

No reconicieron la Reservacion, al llegar al Hotel dijeron q Ya NO aceptan reservas de hoteles.com y tuve q hacer otra ahi Mismo a Otra Tarifa Mas Cara.

Do not stay here. They do not accept payments via Hotels.com and will charge you double. Very rude and mocking service

Checking is at 3:00pm I did not get my room until around 3:50pm because the rooms were still being cleaned. The girls in the front desk are rude, you literally get there and have to wait until they’re done talking to each other in order for you to get checked in. The only reason why I keep staying in this place is because is the only hotel available when I travel and I can see why.

They don’t accept online booking. And apparently Expedia doesn’t know. I was not able to stay. So I had to look for another place. Expedia hasn’t reached me. I don’t think I would use Expedia for bookings. And hotel lady was extremely unhelpful. And I’m hoping for a full refund.

Reserve en Expedía con una semana de anticipación y pague. Llegue al rededor de las 11 de la noche y la muchacha de la recepción me dijo “oye pues te tengo que dar habitación en área de fumadores porque como llegaste tarde fue la que alcanzaste.” Aún teniendo reservación, me dijo esto. Tuve que dormir en un cuarto oliendo a cigarro cuando reserve una habitación “non-smoking.” Súper mal servicio.

El hotel esta bien ubicado y parece una zona segura cerca de calles principales. Hay amplio espacio para estacionarse. El guardia fue muy amable y dio buenas recomendaciones para comida y lugares varios alrededor. Sin embargo, todos los demas no son tan amables, no habia tarjetas para llave del cuarto asi que se necesitaba una persona del personal del hotel para abrir el cuarto cada vez que se salia. La paredes del cuarto estan descuidadas y se cae la pintura. El desayuno es muy limitado e incluye pocas de las opciones del menu. El personal de recepcion y del restaurante fue poco amable. En conclusion, la relacion precio-servicio es tolerable.

Si hot on the entry and on the corridors, the breakfast is bad

The complementary breakfast was amazing. My stay was perfect. I would recommend this place to anybody because I would continue to stay there.

El hotel con muy buenas condiciones y el personal con buen trato. Solo no me gusto el restaurante, muy poca variedad de platos y los pocos que sirven, caros y mal elaborados.

Podria mejorar mucho el hotel si ponen mas atención en las cañerías, las habitaciones hueles a drenaje que se sale de los baños. Y el desayuno de muy mala calidad y muy muy pobre el bufete ( frijoles, nopales y huevo revuelto).

So , era facial de estacionarse solo no habia buena limpieza y en la hora del desayuno cobraban las tortillas de harina tmb y era desayuno incluido
