Lækkert hotel uden tvivl - nyt, smukt og lækkert. Poolen er en betalingspool i nabolaget og man skal have spredes og badehætte på. Restaurant og bar er virkelig moderne og lækker. Placering ved stadion- ret stille og øde.

Bel hôtel. Pas suffisamment de personnel au niveau du bar restaurant. 2 jours avec les mêmes soucis pour passer commande et être servis. Sinon, le prix du parking me semble excessif si le client a déjà une chambre et le petit déjeuner. En dehors ok.

Godt hotel med central beliggenhed – men spis ude Hotellet har en fremragende beliggenhed tæt ved metro, og parkering til kun 18 euro pr. døgn er et stort plus. Værelset var moderne og rummeligt – et lille køleskab havde dog gjort oplevelsen endnu bedre. Receptionens personale var verdensklasse – imødekommende, hjælpsomme og professionelle fra start til slut. Restaurantoplevelsen levede ikke op til forventningerne: maden var overpriset i forhold til kvalitet, og stemningen bar præg af et reserveret og snobbet personale. Det ikke tilladt at medbringe egen mad eller drikke på hotellet, hvilket trækker ned i fleksibilitet. Svømmehallen er top, men vær opmærksom på, at badehætte er påkrævet. L' Hôtel est sympa et pas loin du centre ville. Lors de notre séjour le restaurant était fermé. Dans notre chambre il était difficile de rentrer dans les toilettes tellement l'espace pour ouvrir la porte était réduit. Le petit déjeuner correcte mais sans plus. La piscine ne fait pas partie de l'hôtel, on ne chille donc pas autour sur une chaise longue avec un cockatil à la main. C'est une piscine classique à laquelle on a accès avec un tarif réduit. Une mention très bien pour le personnel à l'accueil. Un garçon d'une gentillesse remarquable qui a haussé le niveau de notre séjour :)

Fantastic staff, beautiful rooms. Not super close to main part of Lyon but easy to jump on ebikes and ride beside the river safely and beautifully in to town all times of day. Was disappointed the restaurant and bar were closed during our stay because it was "slow summer" would have appreciated if even the bar stayed open so there was some type of drinks available because there isn't much super close in the area. Would recommend the hotel!

Ce fût un très bon séjour au sein de l'hôtel. Très grand parking sécurisé, les chambres était propre et grande, j'ai beaucoup aimer les intentions ( eau/ thé/ café). Le personnel d'accueil et de sécurité sont top. L'hôtel ce trouve a 10 minutes a pied du Hall Tony Garnier.

Clean room, nice bar and good location. However the hotel bar was shut before midnight on a Saturday which was disappointing. The pool is not included which is misleading. It has particular rules, swimming cap and professional swimwear must be worn and additional charge for guests. I tired to find information about the pool before we arrived. We could not use the facilities with the swimming costumes/shorts we had, we were advised to buy the suitable items at the pool.

L'hôtel et le restaurant sont parfaits MAIS les piscines et la salle de sport ne font pas partie de l'hôtel malgré ce qui est dit sur le site. Ces activités sont accessibles par l'extérieur et en payant. Je déconseille la charge électrique pour les voitures hybrides car c'est un forfait qui me parait onéreux. Par contre pour les voitures électriques c'est intéressant. Pas de restaurants à proximité de l'hôtel

Modern clean hotel.Rooms smart and clean but bit soulless. Rooms have only a tiny table and stool (forget using your laptop again desk) and no facilities for making hot Dr. Guestsallowed one bottle of water on day 1 and that's it. Breakfast budget good as it should be for €19 but there is NO other option in the vicinity.

the weirdest place I have ever stayed. service was sporadic and they are weird with their food service. Sometimes close early sometimes they dont serve room service at all even though it says 24/7. There is no restaurants anywhere around this place either. very industrial feel inside but theoutside gardens are very nice. One of the night desk person was VERY RUDE. dont think I'd stay again. breakfast not great for the money but where else are you going to go?

We were visiting Lyon for the Rugby World Cup and we’re delighted to discover on arrival that the Ne Zealand All Blacks were also staying. Being a small, intimate hotel, we felt like part of the All Blacks party. Special mention to Martial for great service. Thank you.

The hotel is far from city center, we should have checked the location more thoroughly and there was lots of graffiti in the walkable area. Metro line was shut down for three days, otherwise it would have been easier to get to city center.

Fantastic staff, beautiful rooms. Not super close to main part of Lyon but easy to jump on ebikes and ride beside the river safely and beautifully in to town all times of day. Was disappointed the restaurant and bar were closed during our stay because it was "slow summer" would have appreciated if even the bar stayed open so there was some type of drinks available because there isn't much super close in the area. Would recommend the hotel!

It was a wonderful stay. The hotel is brand new, sparkling clean and very comfortable. It has a metro station steps away, so it’s perfectly connected to the rest of the city.

Ce fût un très bon séjour au sein de l'hôtel. Très grand parking sécurisé, les chambres était propre et grande, j'ai beaucoup aimer les intentions ( eau/ thé/ café). Le personnel d'accueil et de sécurité sont top. L'hôtel ce trouve a 10 minutes a pied du Hall Tony Garnier.

Trying to get drinks was pretty poor in the restaurant, I had the chef’s choice for my main meal, steak and fries, meat was terrible, probably one of the worst I’ve had, the starters were lovely!

No vegetables at breakfast, restaurant was sometimes closed because of event and customers werent informed. At room service the food is delivered in cans which I didnt see in any orher hotel. Alao the warm water at evenings was not warm.

The hotel was clean and staff was helpful however this hotel did not feel like a 4 star hotel. The hallway was very dimmed with few lights turning on when walking to your room from the elevator. There was no mini refrigerator or coffee machine in the room as you would expect from a 4 star hotels. There were 2 water bottles on the little table in the room and a safe. The shower doors very poorly installed and no matter what you do water was spilling out from the shower stall to the bathroom floor. The underground garage was good however the exit required assistance as only one door was opening automatically while the second required staff assistance ether through intercom or physically by scanning the staff’s badge. The breakfast location at the restaurant was fine however breakfast selection was extremely limited in comparison to other 4 star hotels. This hotel definitely felt as 3 stars the most and I would be hesitant to stay there again.

Very good stay overall. The staff were warm and welcoming, and Jordon at reception was especially helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a convenient location, very close to the metro station, which made getting around easy. The room was also clean and comfortable. Would happily stay here again.

Lovely hotel (not so lovely neighbourhood/ quartier) - beautifully designed family (2 interconnected rooms) room. No kettle no coffee machine in the rooms. Fresh water bottles were provided. The swimming pool is not part of the hotel although 2min walk door to door - It requires a swimming hat and swimming trunks for boys. Great for one night stay during a road trip to South of France. Pet friendly and super noise cancelling rooms- our dog did not react once to any noise !!
