The hotel itself was pretty nice. Loved that we got to use LA Fitness facility that was right next door. Sucked getting stuck in the elevator with the kids and then being put on hold for a while until I hung up to call again and cut them off before they put me on hold again.

Ive got nothing bad to say bout this place. Staff was super friendly, thank you iris n james. Great breakfast in mrning. Great bar in evening. Adrian the bartender is great. Room was super clean. Security patrols the parking lot at night. Pool was a lil small, but when i went there was no one ever in it. Highly recommend this place. Very affordable accomodations. The location was super convenient for shopping and dining out. Nice surrounding area!

Hotel smelled like sewage in the bathroom to the point we had to go buy air freshener and it continued to smell. Hotel should check it out in case there is something wrong with the toilet. Room 415. Elevator was broken the entire time we stayed and we had to bring our suitcases up 4 flights of stairs. Wouldn’t have minded that if it wasn’t 4 flights to a bathroom you had to hold your nose to use. Overall terrible experience and we wish we had stuck with Holiday Inn

Great hotel! It was in a safe and convenient location. You could walk to most places. The hotel was clean, served breakfast daily, and the pool was perfect! Everyone working was very friendly as well!

The entire time I stayed, the elevators only ran intermittently. One person was stuck for 15 minutes before they got them out. It may have been the holidays but for whatever reason the hotel seemed not too concerned about fixing the problem. They just put signs up and told you to use the stairs.

They have two elevators in the Hotel. When we arrived (with a lot of luggage) NON of them were working. The hotel includes breakfast but its the same every day (cero variety) and the hours are not convenient if you are staying for vacation. Also, the breakfast area is super small for the number of guests

We were really pleased with the room but were disappointed that there was room service only every second day if you asked for it. The breakfast was amongst the worst I’ve had at a hotel. Considering this hotel is a part of the Marriott family I expected a much better breakfast.

We checked in and the room was not cleaned there was hair in the shower and bathroom wasn’t flushed with a bad smell and I complained multiple times of how noisy it was I didn’t get enough sleep and parking was full

Hotel was very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable as well. A good selection for breakfast options. Would stay again. My only suggestion to the hotel is get new flooring/tile in the walk in shower. Had stains that appeared to have built up over time.

This hotel’s shower head was not clean, was old, the floor in the shower was peeling and it looked like an old run down hotel. It started looking good, hallway was clean, front lobby was clean, room when you walked in was clean but then the bathroom was not the best. Shower water smelled like chlorine, the running boards were dirty and old, the shower same not clean like would’ve expected. And then the door to closet was rubbing against carpet sooooo difficult to open and close, as well as the bathroom door. The bathroom sliding door wouldn’t close all the way, just not what expected to get from Mariott! And then to top it off we bought ice cream and then couldn’t even keep it because no freezer in room & then all the ice locations were out of ice in multiple floor levels. Expected better! Especially for price I paid.

Room layout was super convenient for sleeping 6, sofa bed was super practical and convenien, beds very comfortable, two things as feedback when we opened the trundle bed it had on it some kind of crumbles and a cap of a plastic bottle which wasn’t ours as we had just entered the room. And floor shower was some kind of tilted as it folded when showering I liked that they had double waffle stations for breakfast, at the time we had breakfast it was packed but still we could have waffles in a short time I’d like to stay over again, location is pretty convenient

The rooms were clean and breakfast was good. The layout of the room is not good for families. The bathroom has a frosted door and is in front of the beds so if anyone uses the bathroom at night then other people are woken up by the light. Also the bathroom door doesn’t lock. Room would be ok for a couple or an individual.

Staff friendly; clean rooms. Poor lighting in rooms; shower flooded the first day (Pan leaking?)!! bathroom door design - allowed light to come through - door right by the bed, thus hard to sleep when someone in the bathroom; poor TV channel selection.

Hotel is located near many shopping and dining options. Seemed like a safe area. We were traveling with family for a funeral, so there were 6 of us in one room. Although there were beds for everyone, the room was SO SMALL and didn't have much room for luggage. Also-- the only mirror was in the bathroom (no full length mirror in room), which made getting 6 people ready for a funeral very difficult. The shower had a clear glass door, not a curtain, so when someone was showering, the bathroom sink/toilet were not available for other family members. The room was fine if you are traveling alone or with spouse. Not advisable if you are traveling with a large family.

Very clean hotel, friendly staff and good breakfast. The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom's door in our king suite room that is hung on a track and does not lock. It looks very pretty but doesn't give much privacy. But overall a very clean and comfortable hotel!

The staff was nice, courteous and accommodating to guest. Room was clean, cool and quiet….except for the child/children above us were noisey. Jumping as bumping, but we advised the staff and they addressed the issue. It stopped temporarily but good thing there noise was not there doing the night so we slept well the 2nd night. We will be back.

Hotel staff was very friendly. The room was very nice and clean. We used the pool with the kids and they enjoyed it. And the free breakfast was good as well, the usual waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage and cereal/yogurt/oatmeal options.

I liked everything, the front desk staff was funny and remembered me from day to day. Quick grab and go breakfast sandwiches were great as I have to get to surgery early and still got something to eat! Maids were also very nice, caught one singing while she was cleaning which was nice, obviously happy place to work.

The floor in the shower was peeling, causing my wife to slip and fall. The tile in the bathroom was also falling apart. Lastly, the breakfast was boring and mediocre at best. Same food everyday. When I brought it up to the hotel staff nothing was done about it. Also, the elevator got stuck on the 4th floor multiple times, and again nothing was done.

We booked here with the expectation of nice breakfast buffet. Honestly, we would’ve been better off at La Quinta. The pictures posted of the breakfast buffet versus the precooked bacon and eggs we were served are vastly different. I didn’t mind paying a little extra for a nicer hotel with breakfast included but I was upset when we also had to buy breakfast elsewhere. We definitely weren’t going to eat at the hotel! Next time I’ll save money and go elsewhere.
