Friendly staff, extra bottles of water were available, location is excellent and close to the plaza and plenty of restaurants. Plenty of coffee and tea, beautiful dinning room and patio. The only negative was finding the location at night in a rental car, and no one was available to answer the phone for directions.

I enjoyed our stay very much. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a really cool design. Our patio was quiet and comfortable. I didn't eat breakfast (which was included), so I can't speak to that. I would recommend this hotel, especially due to its central location in Coyoacan.

I really never wanted to leave! They sent a driver for us to the airport and called all our taxis for us which made everything so easy. My traveling pal had food allergies and Sara did everything to help us navigate food. I booked a wonderful massage through the front desk and she brought the massage table to my room. The place was spotless and the little garden out back beautiful. I really loved the location—walking distance to Frida’s and the Coyoacán square and a small National park and lots of yummy cafes. After a few days I felt like I knew my way around the very chill little neighborhood and could stay a year. At a minimum we’ll be back next year.

The location was great and within easy walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and attractions. That said, the property did not fully match what was advertised at the time of booking. The listing stated daily housekeeping and a 24-hour front desk, which were not available for one night during my stay. That same night, we returned late to find no towels in the room and no staff on site to assist. Additionally, there are dogs kept in the same complex right outside the guest house that bark loudly during the day beginning around 9 a.m., which may be disruptive for guests hoping to sleep in. Overall, while the location was a highlight, the lapse in services and daytime noise issues impacted the experience. I would recommend confirming amenities directly with the property before booking.

The decor and overall relaxing feel of this place was great. I really liked the art and the beautiful touches throughout. Emiliano was super friendly and knowledgeable. We appreciated his suggestions. Sara made delicious breakfasts. I would definitely stay here again.

This is my second stay here. The location is perfect. The price is reasonable. The host is super friendly and helpful. Maria makes a traditional Mexican breakfast, and it’s delicious. Our room opened to a darling garden. This is not a fancy hotel. However, I’ve tried many places in Coyoacán and Condesa, and this is my favorite.

The property has wonderful unique decor. Clean throughout. The staff is excellent. Emiliano was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfasts Sara made were delicious. The patio areas are delightful. This is a great find!

Charming guest house with awesome staff on site. I stayed twice and the rooms were each different, but each one was comfortable and spacious. The location is maybe a 5-minute walk from the Plaza, but it's just far enough away to be quiet and restful at night. The general location as well as access to the guesthouse from the street both felt quite safe. FYI: It's a multi-story guest house, so if you need a room on the ground-level, just reach out to the main office before arrival to ensure they give you one of the ground-floor rooms. From what I saw, the staff are great about accommodating their guests' needs. I never tried the breakfast, but I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip to the Coyoacán neighborhood.

A family-oriented guest house. Friendly staff with good recommendations for shopping and dining. Unique decor that reflected the Mexican atmosphere. Housekeeping was excellent each day, replenishing bottled water, coffee cups, etc. Peaceful street that was far enough from the noisy Coyoacan center, but close enough to walk there if we wanted excitement.

Super convenient location for exploring Coyoacan by foot. Impressively quiet! Room was clean and everything worked. Took me a while to figure out tv and cable box but had success in the end. Beds were very comfortable. Wifi ok. Cannot comment on in-house breakfast as we chose to eat out in town. Would stay again for sure!!!

The hotel is charming and the staff are really great. They bend over backwards to help you. The breakfasts are simple. The only complaint was the shower pressure was very weak.

We stayed for 2 nights at Casa Jacinta. We loved our room, which was charming and comfortable. It is a very nice and traditional house in the centre of Coyoacan. Very close to the restaurants and museums. Well connected to other areas too. Love that it waa very charming and our hosts were supper friendly.

Casa Jacinta is beautiful and the staff are very pleasant. The one thing is their neighbor. Unfortunately, they had really loud small dogs that barked most of the night. They smoke heavily so you smell cigarettes often. There is a rooster adjacent that adds to the noise all night. It’s such a charming historical home but if you want to sleep at night, don’t count on it at least on the 19th side of the street.

We loved our stay! Really beautiful property filled with arts and antiques. The breakfasts were really delicious and freshly made every morning. The staff was incredibly friendly. The only thing I’d add would be a mini fridge in the room. Otherwise 5 stars! We would stay there again!

The staff & manager are very kind & accommodating. My Cabin rooms smelled musty so they moved me to smaller but beautiful room & refunded partially. They make hot Breakfast that is incredible- but ends at 9:30 a.m., so don't miss it. I left my bags in managers office to do museums and they helped me carry them to my Uber when I left. I've stayed here twice and love it. My kiddo stayed here last time & loved it too. Very nice neighborhood for strolling- close to beautiful park & Frida Kahlo museum. Definitely recommend this B&B.

Friendly staff, extra bottles of water were available, location is excellent and close to the plaza and plenty of restaurants. Plenty of coffee and tea, beautiful dinning room and patio. The only negative was finding the location at night in a rental car, and no one was available to answer the phone for directions.

Great location on a very quiet street, close but not too close to the sites. Very clean, cute rooms and common area, great bed. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful with recommendations.

I really never wanted to leave! They sent a driver for us to the airport and called all our taxis for us which made everything so easy. My traveling pal had food allergies and Sara did everything to help us navigate food. I booked a wonderful massage through the front desk and she brought the massage table to my room. The place was spotless and the little garden out back beautiful. I really loved the location—walking distance to Frida’s and the Coyoacán square and a small National park and lots of yummy cafes. After a few days I felt like I knew my way around the very chill little neighborhood and could stay a year. At a minimum we’ll be back next year.

The location was great and within easy walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and attractions. That said, the property did not fully match what was advertised at the time of booking. The listing stated daily housekeeping and a 24-hour front desk, which were not available for one night during my stay. That same night, we returned late to find no towels in the room and no staff on site to assist. Additionally, there are dogs kept in the same complex right outside the guest house that bark loudly during the day beginning around 9 a.m., which may be disruptive for guests hoping to sleep in. Overall, while the location was a highlight, the lapse in services and daytime noise issues impacted the experience. I would recommend confirming amenities directly with the property before booking.

This is a nice boutique guest house, friendly staff, great house made breakfast, and walking distance from Coyoacan city center. During check-in, there was no mention about the possibility of an upgrade (if available) nor I was communicated about the Free Breakfast as perk being a Gold Member at a VIP Access property. After leaving a comment they reached out the next day about breakfast and to apologize for the miscommunication. Overall, it is a small, charming property for a relaxing getaway.

This is my second stay here. The location is perfect. The price is reasonable. The host is super friendly and helpful. Maria makes a traditional Mexican breakfast, and it’s delicious. Our room opened to a darling garden. This is not a fancy hotel. However, I’ve tried many places in Coyoacán and Condesa, and this is my favorite.

This place is perfect for a quiet, serene break from cdmx. Santa catarina such a wonderful neighborhood to get lost in, but place is also easily walkable to the food and fun of Centro de Coyoacan. Felipe was such a kind hotel front desk manager and helpful when I ran into issues with my safe. Would recommend!

Loved the neighborhood and staff were very accommodating and helpful. I think the listing should reference the house number. It is not on the listing or confirmation. The cab driver asked me for it and I ended up enlarging the photo of the front gate to give it to the driver.

Super convenient location for exploring Coyoacan by foot. Impressively quiet! Room was clean and everything worked. Took me a while to figure out tv and cable box but had success in the end. Beds were very comfortable. Wifi ok. Cannot comment on in-house breakfast as we chose to eat out in town. Would stay again for sure!!!

Casa Jacinta was excellent. Located on a quiet street just a short walk from Coyoacan’s main square, this small guest house/hotel was perfect for our needs. Note it’s a bit of a walk to the nearest Metro station, so allow for that if you are using public transportation to get around (it works great once you get to the station). Lots of great dining options near by

The decor and overall relaxing feel of this place was great. I really liked the art and the beautiful touches throughout. Emiliano was super friendly and knowledgeable. We appreciated his suggestions. Sara made delicious breakfasts. I would definitely stay here again.

The property has wonderful unique decor. Clean throughout. The staff is excellent. Emiliano was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfasts Sara made were delicious. The patio areas are delightful. This is a great find!

The staff & manager are very kind & accommodating. My Cabin rooms smelled musty so they moved me to smaller but beautiful room & refunded partially. They make hot Breakfast that is incredible- but ends at 9:30 a.m., so don't miss it. I left my bags in managers office to do museums and they helped me carry them to my Uber when I left. I've stayed here twice and love it. My kiddo stayed here last time & loved it too. Very nice neighborhood for strolling- close to beautiful park & Frida Kahlo museum. Definitely recommend this B&B.

This is a lovely boutique hotel located walking distance from the Frida Kahlo Museum. The hotel is decorated with beautiful Mexican paintings, sculptures & artifacts. The garden is beautiful and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was amazing -freshly squeezed orange juice, your choice of eggs & toast, coffee, tea. My granddaughter loves mushrooms & they made her a mushroom omelet. Fresh fruit and delicious jam everyday. The staff were very friendly, informed and helpful. Numerous open markets, coffee shops & great restaurants in walking distance. This hotel made our trip so enjoyable!

Very nice facilities and a good value. Very close to many interesting places in Coyoacan, including Frida Kahlo's museum. Sara was especially accommodating and extremely kind. Outstanding breakfasts. Would be back again without any hesitation.

Paying extra for breakfast was definitely worth it! Meals are delicious, healthy and filling, and kept us from having to decide where we would eat breakfast. The people who cook and clean the rooms are attentive to detail, kind, and accommodating. The guys at the front desk were so helpful about several questions we had during our stay. The property is beautiful, very close to so many things, restaurants, coffee shops, the town square and museums. The neighborhood is generally quiet compared to other places I’ve stayed in Mexico. Paying for the pick up at the airport made our lives so much easier, I would recommend it. Honestly, I hope we get a chance to return and bring all our kids next time. One thing I would mention is that there are no washers and dryers on location, laundry is a service that is available and it can take a couple days.
