Very convenient location for a early morning flight I’d appreciate better information regarding breakfast room and that there’s food stations outside also. Please consider turning on AC in the gym, since it gets very hot and stale air otherwise! The colour of the tapwater when putting water in the bathtub, was not so nice! I enjoyed lovely staff and service, the excellent tapbeer and live music by the pool!

Great room (we were upgraded to a junior suite). Helpful staff. Nice pool, good food. Dropped a point as shower floor filled with water and didn’t drain - really dangerous, and the pool was slippery around it. Again dangerous. Very close to hotel, easy to get to main beach.

The Reception staff were so kind and helpful, especially with helping us arrange the shuttle to the airport when leaving. The 2 female cleaners were also really nice and friendly! - We were able to check in early free of charge and after we had checked out, Reception looked after our bags and even let us use the hostel showers (which were nice and clean!) to freshen up before our late evening flight. - The room was stylish and very clean, and the walls very good at insulating sound, couldn't hear our neighbours at all. - Loved that they are taking environmentally friendly steps, you get mineral water to your room each day. - Good location - about 15 minute drive to Old Town, 2 minute walk to airport. Make sure to come on a Thuresday to experience the Night Market in Old Town, its really good! - There is a popular cafe / restaurant serving nice food in the lobby which is also a good place to work (lots of plug sockets). - Whole building was really nicely decorated (industrial style) and very clean. One of the nicest hostels we've been in in Asia! Feel more like you're in a hotel. - Huge and beautiful swimming pool with the great views. GYM and KIDS CLUB. We had been told CIGAR CLUB is coming soon. New Carpet is looking great. We Enjoyed our stay.

Was a central location. Shuttle service was excellent. Driver helped with luggage. Pool area, grounds, restaurant and buffet breakfast was exceptional. Very clean, tidy, tables cleared quickly. Variety of food was amazing!! A real stand out. Pool was clean, including toilets always clean.

I recommend this place 100%. As you enter the resort the doorman will bang a gong announcing your arrival, which I thought was a funny but welcoming touch. The check-in was effortless and the concierge brought our luggage up to the room. The rooms are big and clean, the beds are very comfy. The bathroom had a shower and a bath tub, hot running water and all of the amenities you might need. The AC is easily configurable, the TV has Prime and Netflix which is always a nice touch. The pool and bar area were nothing short of amazing, plenty of sunbeds, warm water temps, a changing rooms area, a kids pool, a smoking area and a bar from which you can order food to be brought to your sunbed. The breakfast bufffet hoasted a variety of food ranging from continental, english, indian, chineese as well as traditional Malay. After our check out we were asked how was our stay and were asked if our expectations met their services. All in all it’s worth the money and you will not be dissapointed.

This hotel is great for a quick stop over as it’s right near airport. Staff are amazing. The pool is open till 11pm each day and so is the bar. Great music. Atmophere was great near the pool. Music goes to 1230 am but can’t hear from the room. Downside was bathroom wasn’t cleaned hat hair in the shower and dirt in the bath. Didn’t notice till the morning but staff were apologetic. Tv no local channels you have to connect to your own apps. But you will need to hotspot as internet isn’t good.

Great hotel great location and great staff. Excellent pool and bar a very big plus, especially on New Year's Eve, while we enjoyed fireworks without having to leave the hotel. Also the happy hours drinks provided a great opportunity to meet some of other guests and share stories of our experiences in Langkawi boat trips. lounge live music is the extra mile why we will come again.

Very close to airport.( walkable). Our transport was delayed ) depavali weekend and we did not realise at the time how close the hotel was to the airport. Only issue or criticism was the tiles around the pool area. They were very slippery when they you were in bare feet or wearing thongs. Apart from that our stay was first class.

It was not my ideal place to stay, I won’t stay again. The rooms were clean but the plates and glasses that were used for breakfast were not clean. The breakfast was not of high quality either and the croissant selection was mostly stale and hard. They really could do much better than that.

Really happy with our stay. The hotel is not new but very well maintained, the pool was great kids didn't want to come out and the lady at the Andaman Tours counter was really helpful in arranging our mangrove tour. All staff were extremely polite and helpful. I really don't think they market the size of their rooms properly! We booked a family deluxe room for 4 and got two adjoining rooms, one twin and one double. The rooms were massive and immaculately clean. The toiletries in the bathrooms were very nice and usable, practical stuff you need. We ordered from the midnight room service each day and everything was really yummy and delivered in good time. The air conditioning was OK, but that's generally for everywhere in langkawi not just this hotel. I found nowhere the cooling was good enough like it is in Dubai. But the hotel ac was good enough for us to stay comfortably and sleep. The ac units made a few weird noises noticeable during the night when it's quiet but didn't stop any of us from falling and staying asleep. Beds and bedding were clean and very comfy! I have sciatica pain and get very uncomfortable with random mattresses but slept very well here. Last but not least it's right outside the airport so no commute time! It was max half an hour from the main attractions and activities. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to this beautiful island!

The whole hotel is just very tired and badly needs refurbishing. The sunbeds and cushions around the pool are very dirty. However, the staff are fantastic and were very helpful.

Hotel very convenient to airport but noise wasn’t an issue however you will need a car as other than the airport there are no shops or restaurants nearby. Hotel was extremely spacious as well as the bedrooms, swimming pool was lovely and the included breakfast was good with a mixture of western and Asian food. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive and couldn’t be more helpful. Parking was easy. The only negative comment would be that the workmanship of the renovation was poor but didn’t overly affect our stay.

Main reception, restaurants and pool area modern - rest of the hotel definitely not. Room wasn’t upgraded as per our booking, nor were we offered the food/beverage credit until we asked for it. Room was horrible, massive with one lone bed in the middle but so outdated. Scratches on all the wooden furniture and a safe that despite putting in your own personal code opens with 000000 so anyone can access it. That’s REALLY bad.

This hotel is great for a quick stop over as it’s right near airport. Staff are amazing. The pool is open till 11pm each day and so is the bar. Great music. Atmophere was great near the pool. Music goes to 1230 am but can’t hear from the room. Downside was bathroom wasn’t cleaned hat hair in the shower and dirt in the bath. Didn’t notice till the morning but staff were apologetic. I participated in the Ironman so the location was great, right next to the airport and MIEC expo. Staff was fantastic - super friendly and helpful. Decent breakfast buffet variety and quality. It appears that it has been refurbished recently but the overall finishing felt poor. Water leaks out of shower cubicle, causing puddles in bathroom floor. Wifi signal was weak and kept dropping - ok for casual use but not reliable enough for work.

Really happy with our stay. The hotel is not new but very well maintained, the pool was great kids didn't want to come out and the lady at the Andaman Tours counter was really helpful in arranging our mangrove tour. All staff were extremely polite and helpful. I really don't think they market the size of their rooms properly! We booked a family deluxe room for 4 and got two adjoining rooms, one twin and one double. The rooms were massive and immaculately clean. The toiletries in the bathrooms were very nice and usable, practical stuff you need. We ordered from the midnight room service each day and everything was really yummy and delivered in good time. The air conditioning was OK, but that's generally for everywhere in langkawi not just this hotel. I found nowhere the cooling was good enough like it is in Dubai. But the hotel ac was good enough for us to stay comfortably and sleep. The ac units made a few weird noises noticeable during the night when it's quiet but didn't stop any of us from falling and staying asleep. Beds and bedding were clean and very comfy! I have sciatica pain and get very uncomfortable with random mattresses but slept very well here. Last but not least it's right outside the airport so no commute time! It was max half an hour from the main attractions and activities. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to this beautiful island!

Room was horrible, massive with one lone bed in the middle but so outdated. Scratches on all the wooden furniture and a safe that despite putting in your own personal code opens with 000000 so anyone can access it. That’s REALLY bad.

The Reception staff were so kind and helpful, especially with helping us arrange the shuttle to the airport when leaving. The 2 female cleaners were also really nice and friendly! - We were able to check in early free of charge and after we had checked out, Reception looked after our bags and even let us use the hostel showers (which were nice and clean!) to freshen up before our late evening flight. - The room was stylish and very clean, and the walls very good at insulating sound, couldn't hear our neighbours at all. - Loved that they are taking environmentally friendly steps, you get mineral water to your room each day. - Good location - about 15 minute drive to Old Town, 2 minute walk to airport. Make sure to come on a Thuresday to experience the Night Market in Old Town, its really good! - There is a popular cafe / restaurant serving nice food in the lobby which is also a good place to work (lots of plug sockets). - Whole building was really nicely decorated (industrial style) and very clean. One of the nicest hostels we've been in in Asia! Feel more like you're in a hotel. - Huge and beautiful swimming pool with the great views. GYM and KIDS CLUB. We had been told CIGAR CLUB is coming soon. New Carpet is looking great. We Enjoyed our stay.

Was a central location. Shuttle service was excellent. Driver helped with luggage. Pool area, grounds, restaurant and buffet breakfast was exceptional. Very clean, tidy, tables cleared quickly. Variety of food was amazing!! A real stand out. Pool was clean, including toilets always clean.

Hotel very convenient to airport but noise wasn’t an issue however you will need a car as other than the airport there are no shops or restaurants nearby. Hotel was extremely spacious as well as the bedrooms, swimming pool was lovely and the included breakfast was good with a mixture of western and Asian food. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive and couldn’t be more helpful. Parking was easy. The only negative comment would be that the workmanship of the renovation was poor but didn’t overly affect our stay.

Tidak menyangka yang hotel ini menyediakan bilik yang luas, fasiliti semua lengkap, ruang lobi sangat luas dan cantik hiasan. Kolam renang juga besar. Ottimo albergo moderno funzionale , bella piscina personale gentile buona colazione pulito . Rapporto qualità prezzo superlativo. Lontano dalle spiagge e dai luoghi turistici ,perfetto per l’aeroporto che dista circa 100 metri e si può andare tranquillamente a piedi . Da consigliare ……..dimenticavo nonostante sia a fianco dell’aeroporto non si sentono gli aerei , cosa non da poco.

Very close to airport.( walkable). Our transport was delayed ) depavali weekend and we did not realise at the time how close the hotel was to the airport. Only issue or criticism was the tiles around the pool area. They were very slippery when they you were in bare feet or wearing thongs. Apart from that our stay was first class.

Very convenient location for a early morning flight I’d appreciate better information regarding breakfast room and that there’s food stations outside also. Please consider turning on AC in the gym, since it gets very hot and stale air otherwise! The colour of the tapwater when putting water in the bathtub, was not so nice! I enjoyed lovely staff and service, the excellent tapbeer and live music by the pool!

It was not my ideal place to stay, I won’t stay again. The rooms were clean but the plates and glasses that were used for breakfast were not clean. The breakfast was not of high quality either and the croissant selection was mostly stale and hard. They really could do much better than that.

The hotel was clean spacious close to airport and the breakfast buffet was very large with many options We found the customer service was lacking. The restaurant around pool and in lobby was nothing more than reheated frozen food. We also had issues with getting constant warm/hot water for showering in our room Definitely is not the luxury hotel it is made out to be with reviews and star ratings

I recommend this place 100%. As you enter the resort the doorman will bang a gong announcing your arrival, which I thought was a funny but welcoming touch. The check-in was effortless and the concierge brought our luggage up to the room. The rooms are big and clean, the beds are very comfy. The bathroom had a shower and a bath tub, hot running water and all of the amenities you might need. The AC is easily configurable, the TV has Prime and Netflix which is always a nice touch. The pool and bar area were nothing short of amazing, plenty of sunbeds, warm water temps, a changing rooms area, a kids pool, a smoking area and a bar from which you can order food to be brought to your sunbed. After our check out we were asked how was our stay and were asked if our expectations met their services. All in all it’s worth the money and you will not be dissapointed.
I recommend this place 100%. As you enter the resort the doorman will bang a gong announcing your arrival, which I thought was a funny but welcoming touch. The check-in was effortless and the concierge brought our luggage up to the room. The rooms are big and clean, the beds are very comfy. The bathroom had a shower and a bath tub, hot running water and all of the amenities you might need. The AC is easily configurable, the TV has Prime and Netflix which is always a nice touch. The pool and bar area were nothing short of amazing, plenty of sunbeds, warm water temps, a changing rooms area, a kids pool, a smoking area and a bar from which you can order food to be brought to your sunbed. プール綺麗です。 ローカルのレストランだとあまりお酒が飲めないので、色んなカクテルが揃ってるのでとてもよかったです。サービスも愛想があっていいと思います。 朝食はあまり口に合いませんでしたが、広くて色んな種類がありました。 プールとロビーが広くてリゾート感あります。 空港から近いのはいいです。歩いていけます。 海はないので、マリンアクティビティしたい人は他のいいホテルを取った方がいいと思います。

Beautiful property, spacious rooms, gorgeous pool with a waterfall. The food and drinks were really good and the staff friendly and welcoming. The only thing I didn't like was the lounge and cabana furniture was stained and looked dirty. I thought it brought down the otherwise very luxurious feel of the hotel.
