Staff and location on Tumut River, both wonderful. Our room (10) was above kitchen, very noisy with louds slams and bumps most of the night. Expected more from Restaurant, food very average for the price.

Beautiful location full of tranquility and peace. Cows and the river. The rooms perched right up on the hill while watching the sunset. Bath is divine
