Signature 1 Hotel Tecom

Amazing 4 nights stay at this wonderful hotel. It's clean and close to the metro (5-10 mins walk) to get around Dubai. Service was excellent as my flight arrived at 5am and concierge have found a room for me to do early check in (with a fee). Nice restaurant/bar for dinner, drinks and shisha. Gym and pool were excellent and staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive, in particular Raj who helped and ensured my stay in both the hotel and sightseeing in Dubai worthwhile before flying back to the UK.

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at the hotel — the rooms were clean, the staff were polite, and we didn’t experience any major issues during our visit. However, our experience at the SPA on our last day was very disappointing. My husband booked a 1.5-hour massage, and I had a hammam treatment followed by a 1-hour massage. Unfortunately, the services we received were far below expectations. His massage lasted only about 50 minutes, and when he questioned it, the staff rudely responded, “Is that what a 1.5-hour massage means?” In my case, the hammam was nothing more than a quick scrub, and then I was left alone in the room for nearly half an hour. After that, I was given a short, poor-quality massage that barely lasted 20 minutes. We deeply regret using the SPA — it felt completely unprofessional and unreliable. If they don’t actually provide a full 1.5-hour service, they shouldn’t be charging for it. On top of that, the staff kept asking for tips throughout, which made the experience even worse.

Really comfy bed with very good pillows. Good location- short walk(8min) to metto, many supermarkets, restaurants, and ither amenities a stones throw away. Staff pleasant and hrlpful. Only negative is the gym is in poor condotion and in need of updating and cleaning. Pool was really tiny too so i didnt use it.

Prima ligging voor rit naar circuit in Abu Dhabi. Kamer ruim genoeg en comfortabel. Alleen het ontbijt is niet geweldig, dingen die warmgehouden moeten worden zijn koud, broodjes waren vrij oud en alleen kannen met zwarte koffie, geen cappuccino of latte bij het ontbijt te krijgen, dus hebben dat maar bij de Starbucks in de lobby gekocht.

Gran hotel, buen servicio y buenas instalaciones como la piscina y el gimnasio. La habitación limpia, la cama cómoda y el personal al muy agradable. Bien situado cerca de Marina y con siempre taxis cerca

Gutes 4 Sterne Hotel nahe der Metro gelegen. Wir hatten Frühstück mitgebucht, dieses ist allerdings nicht hervorzuheben. Dafür war das Abendbuffet sehr gut!

Cet hôtel est à déconseiller quand on est avec des enfants clientèle russe qui boit de la bière en bord de piscine en string!! Nous sommes restés 2 jours et la chambre n’a même pas été faite durant notre séjour!!

Super hotel med dejlig rooftop område. Personalet var fantastiske. Der kunne godt være en større område på toppen med sol, men det er fint.

the room was spotless and the hotel staff was extremely helpful.

Very friendly staff impeccably clean and comfortable and nicely decorated rooms. Breakfast could be improved a little, variety is lacking a bit but all the rest is perfect.

Clean and I’ll be back again

The bathroom and shower were very bad. We requested separate beds, but we were given one large bed. We were told that we could check in at night, but we were only able to check in at 12 noon

Otelin klimaları sadece soğutma yapabiliyor. Şubat ayında akşamları odayı ısıtmak istediginizde tek şansınız klimayı kapatmak. Odanın ısıtılamaması bizim için sorun oldu ve eşim soğuk algınlığı oldu. Kahvaltı çeşitleri yeterliydi ama fazlası olabilirdi. Asansörde karşılaştığımız otel yöneticisi memnuniyetimizi sordu. Kahvaltı eksiklerinden bahsettiğimizde ertesi günü eksikleri tamamladılar ve kahvaltı salonu önceki günlere göre daha temiz ve düzenliydi. Otel müdürü şahsen gelip değişiklikler hakkında düşüncelerimizi sordu. Bu durum bizi çok memnun etti. Genel olarak otel çalışanları yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü. Oda ve banyo yeterli temizlikteydi. Odanın doğal havalandırması olamasını tercih ederdik ama malesef değildi. Üşümemek için klimayı kapattığımızda oda havasız kalıyordu. Yatak büyük ve rahat ve yorgan ve yastıklar yumuşacıktı. Yüz havlumuz iki kişi olmamıza rağmen nedense her gün bir adet bırakılıyordu. Buna anlam veremedik ama eksik havluyu bildirdiğimizde yeni havlu getiriyorlardı. Otel çevresi gayet temiz ve düzenli bir bölge. İhtiyaç halinde restaurant ve marketler yeterli kadar vardı. Otel konaklamamızdan genel olarak memnun kaldık ve tekrar kalabiliriz.

Walked into my room to see a pipe had burst, and water was everywhere. Had I come a few minutes later, all my belongings would have been ruined. Hotel did not offer any thing for this inconvenience, but sent a man to fix the pipe.

Electricity was not working in my room and they ignored my request to fix it twice!! Nobody came

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.

Crowded, loud and noisy, sketchy crowd, do not allow room charge, amd even free ice is $3!

This was my second visit to Signature one, last trip was better, In this trip I stayed @ 6th floor which was not renovated, room service was not up to the mark. I asked to shift to another room which I paid for premium room but stayed @ classic room. Breakfast was good.

Reception had zero knowledge about how to handle check-in, put the phone down on me and refused to write me an email confirming the rules for check-in and documents required. I was also refused a manager call back

As I entered the hotel I felt good till I got to the reception desk and met Mahmoud. He started politely and then shifted and made me regret booking at this hotel. I thought about the possibility of cancelling the booking but that was not possible. The reason I booked the hotel was because I was coming from a long trip and I was exhausted to relax there, but sadly Mahmoud ruined my mood and the whole idea of staying at the hotel. I am very disappointed and sad… to the extent that the same night I had an accident, I don’t think I will be going to the same hotel anytime soon. In the morning while checking out two ladies very nice and it was a smooth check out.

We booked two suites, and it was clearly confirmed both in advance and at check-in (around 8:00 pm) that one of them was for three people. When we arrived, the room was prepared for only two. Despite multiple calls to reception over several hours, no extra bed was provided. We were given conflicting explanations, and only around midnight were we told that the room was allegedly not intended for three guests—something that had never been mentioned earlier. Offering only a blanket for a 14-year-old was unacceptable. After repeated follow-ups and eventually going down to reception myself, the issue was finally resolved by being given a third room at 1:00 am. The lack of follow-through and poor communication significantly affected our stay.

The staff was amazing.

From the friendly people on the reception (Especially Mr. Aakash). to the spacious clean and comfortable room, and the very reasonable price. after trying many hotels in Tecom, this is my favorite one.

Been staying at this hotel for several years now. Sad to say that it has dropped down in quality so much that I actually left the hotel during the middle of my stay and moved to a hotel next door. I have stayed there many times, always in the largest room type they have (1-bedroom apartment), they still don't respect the room preference no matter how long you book ahead. The front desk staff fail to recognize me as a repeat customer. It is important to mention that the front desk staff, including their manager(s) lack the pleasant customer service quality, unlike any other hotel in Dubai, they don't smile, they gang up against the client to prove that they are correct, and they never provide solutions for any problems, they just stare at you with a straight face and wait for you to leave. I booked a non-smoking 1-bedroom like i always did, 1 week ahead of my arrival, they failed to find me one. So i ended up in a smoking room that smelled like dumpster. Add that lately, the carpets in all the room i have stayed in since the end of covid are stained and dirty. They have professional working girls staying in the hotel in certain rooms, and are roaming the lobby at different times during the day. They even have professional girls working in their spa, so don't ever think of it a proper spa. The staff are a gang of losers, and obviously this is the only hotel that will ever hire them. I have moved next door to TRYP by Wyndham with zero regrets and so should you!

Good value and in the area of the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Metro nearby and one stop from Burj Khalifa station for 6dirhams.

Cool place, full of dining and drinking alternatives around. Not far away from metro.
