Staff were great, but we booked this place for the pool and hot tub to take my Nebraska boys there for Spring Break.6 night stay. Hot tub was closed for the first 2 nights (the only 2 nights my friend friend Grand Junction was staying in her own room there too), then the pool was closed the 3rd day. Also on this day, a truck crashed into the patio just outside the hot tub, coming to rest inches from the glass patio door into the area. This happened JUST prior to me and my boys coming down to sit in the hot tub. I went to my car, came, back in and cops were pulling up and there was a huge commotion. Very scary, and no one's fault at the hotel.A housekeeper was extremely shaken up, as I understood, she had her hand on the door to go out when this happened. Long story short(ish), I did not feel safe there any longer, and the pool and hot tub were clearly closed indefinitely. The staff let me cancel my last 3 days, thankfully, but did not offer any compensation for the 3 lame and frightening days we did stay.

The pool and hot tub were great. Rooms were comfortable. It was quiet. The price was better than a majority of the area hotels. Breakfast is made to order and only free to 12 & under. Parking lot was well lit and I felt safe. The workout room was out of order but we hadn’t planned on using it. Top golf was nearby. Free coffee in the lobby with flavored creamers. Good assortment of snack foods/ microwave items for sale. Two elevators ran smoothly. The woman that greeted us and did the check in process was super friendly and made the process quick and simple.

Check in was amazing. It was very late and she was ready to go for me, took just a few minutes. They also were amazing with allowing us a late checkout after our event was delayed. They only had one working elevator that was shared with housekeeping and it took, no exaggeration, 15-20 minutes because it would stop at every floor on the way up and down and also was often too full to take the first time. There were literally lines down the lobby. That needs to get fixed.

Great hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Rooms are spacious. Hotel is very clean. Lobby is spacious and comfortable. We stayed at the hotel with extended family and sat in the lobby both nights visiting and had dinner delivered after the kids were done swimming. Nice size hot tub and pool.

Check in was easy and feint desk was accommodating! Thank you. The room was splendidly clean love it. I was to tired for the hot tub and pool which is what i look forward to but i didnt even make it that far, but to eat i did make it the philly burger was good along w my drink the hostess was great too. The room was clean. The buzzing of the mini fridge and rhe noise rhe toilet made was touchy as my hearing is sensitive. But it was nice

The room was very clean, especially the bathroom. The bar/restaurant was ok. The fries were delicious. The burger was not what i ordered but i was too tired and in a rush so i just ate what was given to me.

First entered the room and there were fecal remains in the toilet. The curtains on the window let in a lot of light into the room. You aren’t able to close the outer curtain to make it darker so the sun comes in early in the morning. Checkout was at 11am but house keeping knocked on the door around 8:30 am. There is not continental breakfast at this location. They have a food voucher and you pick the breakfast entree of your choice from a menu. The food was delicious on my plate. My boyfriend received a piece of burnt toast but we aren’t the type to complain. Overall we had a great stay. Free parking but they charge a card for $100 upon arrival and it’s released upon checkout. It can take up to 5 days to get your money back.

It was an okay stay. Defined not worth the price. Almost $300 for one night and it wasn’t super clean nor was it in very good condition. As well as I paid extra for a high floor and their high floor was on renovation

I was at your property 5 years ago and our stay was fabulous so much that we returned to the same place, however right now the property is very neglected, the place is very dirty and throughout the stay the cleaning in the rooms was poor, they only took out the trash and They removed the dust, the heater failed one night.

Great stay, beautiful area. Room clean and sunny. Closet and clothes smelled bad of cigarette smoke. Food services seemed lacking so walked to local restaurants. Overhead planes were not that noticeable.

Overall nice property. However, the bed had a huge dip in the middle/very worn mattress. Definitely needs to be replaced. AC unit in the room was extremely loud. Staff was nice. View of mountains from the room was nice. Walkable to Natural Grocers and Starbucks.

Glad we stayed here. Wonderful hotel. Property is clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Corey and Bradley for their help and for making us feel welcome. Amenities are wonderful. We especially appreciated the full size dispensing Dove body wash, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The beds and linens are extremely comfortable. Clean, safe location with easy access to I-25. We had an awesome experience here. We’ll be back to stay at this hotel on future trips to Denver.

I had an amazing stay. Austin, Shala and Garrett were incredible. They were very informative on the surrounding cities, schools and neighborhoods. Will definitely come back for another stay! Might even move to Colorado now!

The receptionist at the time of our arrival she was rude. we paid extra for breakfast cuz is not included but, you have to wait a long time to get served there was 1 waitress only and she was very busy So we have to go eat some where else. Other than that the hotel is clean and very good area

My room had a faulty loud buzzer alarm that was be set off for no particular reason ruined my sleep two days in a row. No help from front desk. I told them and they said the shower steam must off set it off. Geez. Not remedy for me.

The on site Burger Theory restaurant is very expensive and the food was not very good. The chicken strips didnt even come with fries and if we hadnt been hungry from a long drive none of us would have been able to finish our burgers. The buffet breakfast wasn't bad but don't recommend the restaurant any other time.

Wade at the desk during check-in set the tone for our stay. He was very friendly and helpful. We were looking for a place to eat and he obviously suggested Burger Theory. I was a bit skeptical, but I am glad that we took him up on his suggestion. The burger was fantastic and our server, Steven, was the ultimate host. Thanks for a memorable stay gentlemen!

Our room was okay, but dated. Nice lobby area and restaurant, but our morning breakfast cost $11 each per day, but the breakfast buffet was lacking a lot of amenities found in many other hotels at no extra charge. No Waffle maker, no biscuits and gravy. It has a nice bar and happy hour 4-6pm. Really liked the bartender. Nice guy with great disposition.

Love the hotel and front desk but the eatery Burger Theory was nasty tasting, including old cooked hot wing, tasteless Cole slaw. Was out of blue cheese which is the only dip for me with wings. A waste of money. Last night and did not want to go out.
