This place is situated close to Metro and Jr lines. It was easy to get around town and even to the airport. Monorail only took 30 min to Haneda airport. There are coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Staff was amazing and always greeted you as you walked in. There is also a Family mart attached to the building which was great!

出張で2泊3日で利用しました。 大門駅からも浜松町駅からも近く、コンビニ直結でとても便利な施設でした。 アメニティーも充実しており、携帯充電ケーブル、ポット、ライトスタンド、ドライヤー等、備え付けの小物類も充実しており、空調も効きが良く，快適に過ごせました。

The staff were very friendly and helpful when I had questions. The room was clean and there was everything I needed such as phone and battery chargers and coin laundry. The place was quiet and I had no problem sleeping in the night. I will definitely use this hotel again.

호텔룸도 청결하고 코인세탁실도 있어서 편하게 이용했습니다. 지하철 다이몬역과 하마마츠초역에서 도보 3~5분 거리라서 교통편도 좋은 편입니다. 조식서비스는 없는데 호텔 1층에 패밀리마트가 있어서 간단한 먹거리 사기에도 좋았어요. 가족 단위 여행보다는 출장으로 숙박하거나 혼자 여행하며 묵는 곳 같습니다.

Pros: - I was initially worried the bed would be too small, but they provided two twin beds and we were happy campers - spacious bathroom - neatly appointed room - pleasant front desk staff - very close to Hamamatsucho and daimon stations. Stayed the night before our return flight for easy airport commute -plenty of dining options around. There is a convince store right next door as well Cons - room was rather small (not unusual for tokyo) so there wasn't space to open/close and repack luggage - there is no smoking area in or near the property. Need to walk to Daimon station for a smoking area

Overall it’s a decent place to stay for two nights. Check in was smooth and the customer service was very nice. The property is easy walking distance from Hamamatsucho station and many restaurants. The areas requiring improvements is the cleanliness of the mattress pad - I found many long hairs and some yellow stains. It’s obvious this is is not cleaned regularly. The building itself is dated but adequate. It’s ok for a short trip.

Die Lage ist prima und in der Nähe der Hamamatsucho und Daimon Station, von denen aus viele Distrikte erreicht werden können. Die Zimmer sind nicht sehr groß und verfügen über WLAN, leider nicht sehr zuverlässig. Leider roch es im Bad nach stark nach Schimmel (lag evtl. an der fehlenden Abdichtung zwischen Badewanne und Wand) so dass die Lüftung 24h laufen musste.

Il persona parlotta inglese ed è cordiale e disponibile. Struttura nuova, pulizia ottima, unica pecca è la camera moderate che è davvero piccolissima, praticamente ingestibile per chi ha bagagli grandi. Al decimo piano c’era una bella vista sulla torre di Tokyo.

バスルームがかなり匂いました。シャワーカーテンのカビた匂いでは無く、アンモニア臭です。Wifiが夜に一時繋がらず、フロントに問い合わせた所、時々繋がらない事があるとの事。認識されているのに、特に改善する事もない状況。仕事で滞在時には不便感じました。連泊でしたが、掃除を見送るとバスタオルとフェイスタオルのみドア前に。ゴミ袋、バスマット、ナイトウェアなどはリクエストしないと補充されません。枕元にコンセントが無いのも不便でした。駅近でコンビニ併設な事と、窓からの景色、スタッフの方の感じの良さがまだ評価できるところかと思います。借りたアイロンも使えませんでした。残念です。

It was very convenient to all the places we planned including Yokohama and there are a few lines that we can choose from. There are many eateries around but can be quite crowded at times especially during weekdays. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the room can be improved though.

The property is in a nice neighborhood with easy access to transportation. However, the room has moldy smell with black mold on bathroom door. My throat and nose were very irritated after one night, wouldn’t recommend unless the issue is fixed

Typical hotel in Tokyo, small , clean , pretty quiet. the bad thing is it's central AC, so during colder season when we went there, the central heater was on which is a bit too hot for us. the front desk did inform us about this and let us know that we can keep the window open which we did. The downside is, there is bar nearby so might be a bit noisier for some people. We had no problem with it though, if anything I find it kinds of cool you get to see / hear locals enjoying their time. Location wise it's pretty great, it's about 5-10 minutes walk from 2 station. The main station we use a lot was the Hamamatsucho station one which was 2 stops away from the Tokyo Station using the JR line. So if your travel involved around going these area, this would be a convenient place.

Great location. Very Friendly staff. Lots of dining areas near hotel. Loved the Family Mart next to the hotel. A very convenient location to- Hamamatsucho train station. Lastly easy 20 mins train ride back to Haneda Airport.

I have stayed in that hotel once before the pandemic and I kept an excellent memory of It. This time I would say that the room cleaning service was really bad. I came back at the end of the day to realize that I couldn't take a shower because there were no towels in place and no pyjama to wear.So,I went at the front desk downstair to get a replacement after asking many times.The woman at the front desk couldn't understand in English what I wanted.So I have had a bad impression that It was not really an oversight but a kind of discrimination.I cannot keep that out of my head.To my opinion ,they should dismiss that room maid and acquire more English skills to relate with American clients. To me ,I will never go back there. I recommend that Hotel to Japanese only.

15時チェックインなら、15時以降は廊下でスタッフが１時間も大声で騒ぎ続けるのおかしいだろ。仕事してたり休憩してる客がいるのに。 本当に全く無意味にされた。最悪だった。

Comfortable for the 3 of us and accessible to the monorail to airport and the subway system. I wish there could have been more space for our luggage but that's because we brought medium-sized ones for the items, gifts, and souvenirs that we bought. We thought the air-conditioning was not working but we were told that only the heater works. The staff brought an electric fan right away and we cracked the window open. Problem solved. Eco-friendly accommodation. Helpful and polite staff. We also like the restaurant recommendations and the map on the wall especially for us who are first time visitors. We will stay in this hotel again when we're in Tokyo.

Great location. Very Friendly staff. Lots of dining areas near hotel. Loved the Family Mart next to the hotel. A very convenient location to- Hamamatsucho train station. Lastly easy 20 mins train ride back to Haneda Airport.

This place is situated close to Metro and Jr lines. It was easy to get around town and even to the airport. Monorail only took 30 min to Haneda airport. There are coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Staff was amazing and always greeted you as you walked in. There is also a Family mart attached to the building which was great!

Convenient location to Hamamatsucho monorail and JR station. World Trade centre development works makes North exit access to monorail a bit more inconvenient. Lots of eating places nearby but check opening times. No major shopping streets or department stores, only convenient stores.

酒店位置方便, 最近大門地鐵站只是2-3分鐘路程, 去浜松町JR站只是走4-5分鐘, 浜松町單軌就要行多幾分鐘 (大概10-15mins) 因為單軌入閘口有工程, 路變窄了,行難走, 還要排隊等升降機上落 如出入羽田機埸, 最好用大門地鐵站的羽田園機埸線 (30mins到羽田) 出入成田也可以用大門地鐵站的 (1小時多到成田) 酒店樓下就是Family Mart! 附近都有很多餐廳! 不愁早午晚三餐 房間大小 都還可以 (起碼比APA 大) 枕頭都有提供extra的 最大驚喜是回酒店可以看到東京鐵塔

La struttura si trova a pochi passi dalla metro Daimon e dalla stazione Hamamatsucho, che permette spostamenti agevoli. Al piano inferiore vi è un konbini che lo rende comodissimo. Il persona parlotta inglese ed è cordiale e disponibile. Struttura nuova, pulizia ottima, unica pecca è la camera moderate che è davvero piccolissima, praticamente ingestibile per chi ha bagagli grandi. Al decimo piano c’era una bella vista sulla torre di Tokyo.

I stayed at Meitetsu Inn Hamamatsucho for two nights. The hotel is located next to great transport and there are a handful of small restaurants in the area for lunch or dinner. As a solo female traveller, I felt comfortable walking from the train to the hotel at night. My room was clean and comfortable. The curtains kept out the light out in the very early morning so I was able to get sleep. For a single room, the bed was bigger than expected. There were extra pillows and pyjamas available. The front desk staff were courtesy and detail-oriented. One gentleman noticed I needed an umbrella and lent me one from the hotel which was much appreciated. I would definitely stay again.

It is at a great location and the staff were friendly. Very convenient to get to and from Haneda Airport - with several subway options without transfers. Good for solo travelers as well. Lots of dining options near the hotel.

Pros: - I was initially worried the bed would be too small, but they provided two twin beds and we were happy campers - spacious bathroom - neatly appointed room - pleasant front desk staff - very close to Hamamatsucho and daimon stations. Stayed the night before our return flight for easy airport commute -plenty of dining options around. There is a convince store right next door as well Cons - room was rather small (not unusual for tokyo) so there wasn't space to open/close and repack luggage - there is no smoking area in or near the property. Need to walk to Daimon station for a smoking area

Es ist nicht nur das Personal äußerst freundlich und die Zimmer sauber, es bietet mit dem "Familiy mart" im Erdgeschoß (24h Supermarkt) und dem mehr als ausreichenden Angebot an nationaler und Internationaler Küche im näheren Umkreis eine ideale Ausgangslage für Trips in und um Tokyo. 5 Minuten von der Hamamatsucho Station entfernt ist man sehr schnell am Flughafen Haneda oder in Tokyo Station für Ausflüge mit dem Shinkansen.

浜松町駅から徒歩5分ぐらいで、1階にコンビニが隣接。海外からの帰国者にとって天国でした。 レストランも色々あって、銀座、東京にも出やすい。スタッフも方々もアットホームな雰囲気です。部屋に置いてある小さなマッサージ器は持って帰りたかった！

I have stayed at this hotel before. The staff are very attentive and the rooms are nice. It's a bonus to be able to open the window in the room. A wonderful selection of restaurants almost on the doorstep. There is a Family mart convenience store attached to the hotel so any small items are available 24 hours.

Super Friendly staff and a very clean although quite small room. I can never figure out how to unpack my back in small rooms like this but otherwise it is so worth the value of a clean safe and convenient stay.
