Place was lovely and had a useful shuttle bus as it is up a hill. The bus isn’t the most reliable and only runs certain times though. You can eat in the pool which is a bit unhygienic as there was rice floating about. But rooms lovely and good pool otherwise. Bar was sxspensive

Booked 3 rooms for the family. One had a broken safe, 2nd one had a phone that couldn’t ring and in the 3rd one the led lights on the wall didn’t have a switch to turn it on. The gym is old and workout machine didn’t work. Rooms are really spacious.

Pool area was incredible. Really set the property above others. A bit of a walk to beach and busy area. If you didn’t want to walk cabs are available. Breakfast buffet was great. Staff very helpful. Room air conditioner was not working well. Overall a good stay.

From the moment we arrived at Hula Hula, the staff were exceptional. Checking in/out was smooth, rooms well cleaned and stocked, pool always clean, and the staff always attentive, polite and friendly. The breakfast buffet had a varied selection and the pool food was great. The location of the hotel is always great, close by to great restaurants and amenities and easy to get Grabs or transport to and from the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Pool hotel 1 mile from Ao Nang. Very friendly staff. 1. Location is at a 800m narrow road with fast driving card 2. Breakfest looks good, but did not match it’s looks. Served freezing cold spring rolls for dinner, and morning eggs (for omelets) was not good. 3. Room service came at 5:15 PM, very inconvenient timing. 4. Additional deposit required if you want 2 room key cards. Come on! 5. If you require luggage storage before or after check-in, they keep your luggage in a room that is not locked.

We at such a great welcome from the staff at Hula Hula Resort and especially from Toon the person who did such a wonderful job to check us in and make us welcome on our first visit to Krabi. Nothing is to much trouble for any of the staff. Beautiful pool area, great gym available, breakfast is good and plenty available, any tour is available to purchase at the hotel and only a 15 minute walk from the beach. This is our 7th hotel stay in Thailand and the Hula Hula Resort is far th best we've stayed in. We will return.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The entrance to the hotel and pool area is nice. The room was dated with various elements broken / not working. The room had been serviced for arrival but it wasn’t clean and had to request for it to be cleaned. We stayed in the private pool villa.,

We arrived and were checked into a room covered in mold. We were able to change to another room but did see that another couple was checked into the same filthy room. The hallway leading up to it was moldy with peeling paint. There were rollaway beds lining the hallway as well. Breakfast was ok but there were flies and bees swarming the juice. There was lipstick on three coffee cups in a row. This properly was at one time very nice but it is limping along now. The pool was great and the cleanest part of the property. The staff were amazing , helpful and very kind. Do not stay here unless you have very low expectations. Again the staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Værelset var enormt slidt og bar tydelig præg af meget brug. Vægge ikke rengjort, generelt dårlig stand også på badeværelse. Fuger beskidte og mugne. Stikkontakter hængende ud af væggen. Rengøring under ophold manglede, selvom vi lagde skilt på at vi gerne ville have rengjort og skiftet håndklæder.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! I REPEAT: SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BOOK ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THIS HORRIBLE HOTEL. This is NOT a 4 star hotel, it’s barely a 3 star! I booked a 5 day stay here based on reviews on google and Expedia and the 4 star rating. STAFF: Not helpful. I was 3 hours early for check in (due to my flight arrival time) and the check in process was disorganized and slow. My room wasn’t ready for an hour past start time. ROOMS: DIRTY! EXTREMELY UNHYGIENIC. I was immediately disgusted by the state of the room as I walked in. Staff does NOT clean the rooms or change the sheets. The first room I was put in (“Premium Swim Out”) still had HAIR IN THE BATHTUB & SHOWER. Rooms are unpainted. Writing on furniture and walls. Cracks on walls. Bathroom fixtures rusted and dirty. I immediately called Expedia and went to the front desk and the staff was unwilling to help! The staff moved me to a “newer room” with dirty bedsheets and a dirty shower. Again, old rooms, old fixtures, nothing like the photos posted online. 3 days and the staff never changed the sheets or cleaned the bathroom. They put water and “new towels” (Some of which had stains; the towels shed) and say that they’ve cleaned your room. FOOD: not good. Considering a great meal directly outside the resort will cost you about $5 CAD the included breakfast here is horrible. I bought breakfast every morning. The outside aesthetic of the hotel is the only nice thing about this place- it’s extremely deceiving.

The staff was very kind, friendly, and always around to help. Unfortunately, the cleanliness did not live up to our expectations and room service did not come around until 4 or 5 pm if at all. The towels, walls, and ceilings were stained. The shuttle service is a great offer, however it did not come to pick us up from the beach as scheduled. We waited for 20 minutes at the pick up spot and eventually had to walk back.

One afternoon there were no Swimming towel available, no apologies by the staff, instead she seemed disturbed when I questioned the unavailability 3. Not professional dealing and no sign of communication in English for a 4 star hotel 4.Lift wasn't functional for sometime one day 5. Renovation interruption- some of the rooms were being renovated including the one opposite to ours, stuff outside and smell of colour all over the room entrance 6. Cleanliness in shower and toilet is very much questionable 7.Free shuttle is not as simple as it advertised, needs to be transparent 8. Our main door lock was hard to open from inside, jammed 9. No shampoo first 2days and only one shower cap was provided each time for two of us. This shouldn't be experienced in a 4-star hotel. Only good view and a good swimming pool cant be enough to justify their poor maintenance

It could have been a great stay at the hotel.. but the pictures are actually overselling the product itself. The outdoors are nice and well maintained, however the indoors area needs an important refreshment... Also in our room, we had a leak coming out from the sink because there was simply no sink seal.. water spilled all over the room.. anyway, the staff is really kind and they provided, a part from that, a good experience overall.

Staff was super welcoming and attentive. Rooms could use a little updating but you cannot beat the price and the location of this hotel. A quick 2 min Grab ride or 15 min walk will get you right in the heart of Ao Nang Beach/ shopping and endless restaurants. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic and worth every penny!

Ok for price. We had a pool access room and pool was great. Room very tired (tv didn’t work, shower fittings broken and moldy etc). Room service was inconsistent and didn’t happen one day. Breakfast ok but very noisy being next to road. Lost our plastic key card and they wanted 300 baht to issue a new one - which seemed like a complete scam as most hotels do for free (luckily we found ours in the end)

Booked 3 rooms for the family. One had a broken safe, 2nd one had a phone that couldn’t ring and in the 3rd one the led lights on the wall didn’t have a switch to turn it on. The gym is old and workout machine didn’t work. Rooms are really spacious.

Alt i alt dårlig hotell Rommet var slitt, luktet kraftig fukt og veldig lytt. Rommet ble alltid vasket sent på kvelden 18-19 tiden. Personale i restauranten bar veldig hyggelige. Hadde jeg betalt 600kr/natten så hadde standarden matchet prisen.

Might have 4 stars but definitely didn’t deserve it. Walls were falling apart and the hotel looked worn down. Had to wait 1.5h after check in time to check in. The pool bar took forever to make drinks even if we were the only ones there and ordering a bottle of wine to the room was a whole challenge in itself that that took 2 phone calls and 2 knocks on the door to get the order. There were also renovations or something happening at the hotel that were making so much noise. Sweet staff but it didn’t make up for it.

Very underwhelming experience. Didn’t deserve a 4 star rating by a far margin. Staff was inattentive, no one to help move around the baggage given they don’t have elevators for Villa, no handwash in the washroom and many more things were lacking.

Staff was super welcoming and attentive. Rooms could use a little updating but you cannot beat the price and the location of this hotel. A quick 2 min Grab ride or 15 min walk will get you right in the heart of Ao Nang Beach/ shopping and endless restaurants. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic and worth every penny!

Had a fabulous time at hula resort. The staff really care and want you to have a good stay. Our initial issues were dealt with by the manager immediately. She was amazing, friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is tired in places and could do with a lick of paint but it's still has a certain charm and peaceful feel to it. Breakfast was plentiful. Vegetarian options for me. Eggs station. Traditional hot Thai options. Room service was good but cocktails were tasteless. Housekeeping could be improved. We requested our room be serviced earlier in the day but they were rigid with the time. They would only clean after 4pm. This the time we would shower and cool off from the day. Our bed was so comfortable I slept so well. Haven't slept this well in years! We Would definitely return in a heartbeat as any issues you may have will be dealt with to ensure your stay is a pleasant one

From the moment we arrived at Hula Hula, the staff were exceptional. Checking in/out was smooth, rooms well cleaned and stocked, pool always clean, and the staff always attentive, polite and friendly. The breakfast buffet had a varied selection and the pool food was great. The location of the hotel is always great, close by to great restaurants and amenities and easy to get Grabs or transport to and from the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Pool hotel 1 mile from Ao Nang. Very friendly staff. 1. Location is at a 800m narrow road with fast driving card 2. Breakfest looks good, but did not match it’s looks. Served freezing cold spring rolls for dinner, and morning eggs (for omelets) was not good. 3. Room service came at 5:15 PM, very inconvenient timing. 4. Additional deposit required if you want 2 room key cards. Come on! 5. If you require luggage storage before or after check-in, they keep your luggage in a room that is not locked.

The staff was very kind, friendly, and always around to help. Unfortunately, the cleanliness did not live up to our expectations and room service did not come around until 4 or 5 pm if at all. The towels, walls, and ceilings were stained. The shuttle service is a great offer, however it did not come to pick us up from the beach as scheduled. We waited for 20 minutes at the pick up spot and eventually had to walk back.

We at such a great welcome from the staff at Hula Hula Resort and especially from Toon the person who did such a wonderful job to check us in and make us welcome on our first visit to Krabi. Nothing is to much trouble for any of the staff. Beautiful pool area, great gym available, breakfast is good and plenty available, any tour is available to purchase at the hotel and only a 15 minute walk from the beach. This is our 7th hotel stay in Thailand and the Hula Hula Resort is far th best we've stayed in. We will return.

The staff was so helpful and friendly, the breakfast buffet was great, and the rooms were nice. Loved the pool, and the beach is about a 10 minute walk. We loved Hula Hula and hated to leave!

Bodde der 3 netter i lavsesong. Ikke veldig sentralt, ganske langt vekke fra nærmeste 7 eleven og stranden. Fint bassengområde, men solen går fort ned der, ikke ideelt for soling. Middels frokost, ikke mye utvalg. Veldig fint hotellrom. Opplevde at vaskepersonell hadde glemt å lukke døren til rommet vårt, døren sto på vidt gap med IPad, pass, penger og andre verdisaker på rommet i 10 timer. Ingen skikkelig unnskyldning fra personalet. Denne episoden, lokasjonen og frokosten trekker veldig ned dette ellers veldig fine hotellet.

Place was lovely and had a useful shuttle bus as it is up a hill. The bus isn’t the most reliable and only runs certain times though. You can eat in the pool which is a bit unhygienic as there was rice floating about. But rooms lovely and good pool otherwise. Bar was sxspensive

Tout était absolument parfait. Du petit déjeuné très varié et équilibré (étant vegans nous nous sommes régalé) à l’emplacement parfait où tout était à disposition, 15min à pied de la plage et de tout commerce. La piscine était parfaite, ainsi que la salle de sport et n’oublions pas le personnel qui a été d’une grande aide et surtout adorable ! Nous reviendrons dans cet hôtel si nous repassons à krabi pour sure !!

Staff were helpful and respectful, if a bit impersonal (and probably overworked). The pool area was nice, clean, and well maintained. The hotel itself felt very conservative and traditional, as well as dated. The room was run down - think scuff marks on the walls, paint chipping, smelled a bit musty when we came in. It had obviously been cleaned, which was a plus, but it was nowhere near spotless. The A/C had one setting - very cold - which we struggled with. I don't think any of the rooms have actual ocean view so don't bother with that. The breakfast was basic, not tasty but not horrible, and didn't have many provisions for vegetarian or gluten-free diets. The location was decent, about a ten minute downhill walk to the "main strip" and quiet, which we enjoyed. Basically, don't expect anything fancy - but for the price it's ok.

Pool area was incredible. Really set the property above others. A bit of a walk to beach and busy area. If you didn’t want to walk cabs are available. Breakfast buffet was great. Staff very helpful. Room air conditioner was not working well. Overall a good stay.

We arrived and were checked into a room covered in mold. We were able to change to another room but did see that another couple was checked into the same filthy room. The hallway leading up to it was moldy with peeling paint. There were rollaway beds lining the hallway as well. Breakfast was ok but there were flies and bees swarming the juice. There was lipstick on three coffee cups in a row. This properly was at one time very nice but it is limping along now. The pool was great and the cleanest part of the property. The staff were amazing , helpful and very kind. Do not stay here unless you have very low expectations. Again the staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Fina rum och fint hotel. Vi hade lite problem med varmvattnet i vårt rum och handfatet sprutade vatten åt lite olika håll. Trevlig personal. Bra läge. God frukost med varierad mat. Främst thaimat vilket är gott

hotellet er ved at være træt personalet i restaurant og ved poolbaren er sløve bade håndklæder vi fik udleveret tillod de ikke man tog med til stranden de var kun til poolen morgenmaden er simpel (de løb tør for toastbrød Kl. 8.15 på vores første dag og der var ikke andet brød.)

I have more than 100+ nights per year at hotels and this was probably one of the least helpful and friendly staff i ever meet. From top to bottom, so it’s not about a single person unfortunately . It’s like the customers are just a burden .
