The property was in a great location. It was right next to the metro station. It was close enough to the tourist spots but far enough that we didn’t feel like we were surrounded by tourist traps. Our room was upgraded to a junior suite. The suite was really spacious and nice. We checked out the pool but it was very crowded and hot and humid so we didn’t stay. There is a park across from the hotel, that had a festival with movies, drinks, and food. I definitely recommend this hotel. It was a great choice for our first trip to Madrid!

This is a super hotel and the breakfast is exceptional. So very clean and great staff attention at all levels. If I could offer any suggestions for improvement, it would be longer hours for the pool as we would have liked an early or late swim and also one working treadmill for a hotel if this size is probably not quite right. We would certainly use this hotel again without hesitation. Thank you

Well located property, very near the palace and metro links to allow easy access to anywhere in Madrid. Staff were very nice, room was cleaned to a very good standard daily. Well equipped gym and nice range of food available at breakfast. Would definitely recommend if you are staying in Madrid.

4 étoiles pour ce 5* Un ben hôtel bien situé mais manque quand même deux ou trois bricoles pour être un 5*. La bouilloire moche pour le café soluble, le flacon de savon en plastique, la chambre un peu petite etc... En revanche très agréable terasse en rooftop et espace piscine très chouette aussi. I like the location, the food was good, and the room was always cleaned—good job for the housekeeping staff. All the services they offered were excellent. However, I didn't appreciate the pool because the water was cold. After all, I had a great vacation.

This hotel is definitely not a 5 star hotel at best a very upscale Motel 8. The view was spectacular and the room was spotless. However, the sewage / mold smell mixed with a broken tv and no face towel left a bit to be desired based on I was truly expecting a 5 star experience.

Room was very clean and staff was very helpful and courteous. Our room overlooked Plaza Espana which was decorated for Christmas. The hotel had easy access and was within walking distance to very good resturants, Plaza Mayor, Mercado de San Miguel, Real Palace de Madrid and other attractions. Had stayed here before. Will stay again in the future.

The hotel seemed nice from the outside - but the room had no space to keep bags. I had to lie them down on the floor - I did ask the front desk and they said it is what it is - and then said they would send some type of stow for the bag which never arrived. I have stayed in quite a few Madrid hotels before this trip - for lower prices and warmer service.

We were given an upgrade to a suite- windows looking onto the other side of the hotel. Room was quiet- bed was comfortable, but freezing cold as the duvet was too thin for the temperature we had. Air con did not work. Quite confusing having to go to one lift to level 2 then change lifts for the hotel rooms. Reception on check in is strange too- very unco-ordinated and quite rude

Great location and helpful staff. Upgraded to a suite. The hotel needs a refresh, but it does not really detract from being good. One thing that was annoying was the housekeeping was subpar. One day the raised the A/C thermostat and open a window. Another day they accidentally unplugged the refrigerator. Another day they took the room entry card that is left in a slot next to door to keep lights on. Had to go to lobby to get another one. Another day they took the washcloths (which were not standard in the towels provided and thus we had to reuedt them) that we requested. Another day they did mot fill bidy gel bottle in shower and i had to go to front desk to request another one. Nothing too serious but annoying. I asked to speak to management about it, but no one talked to me even though front desk indicated they would. This is why I cannot provide 5 stars.

We didn’t eat breakfast as it was pretty pricey. Concierge service was not great. Rooms were very nice and comfortable. Housekeeping was great. Ambience was very nice. Did not try the restaurants.

Everything was really good we had a great experience. Very Professional staff Lucia and Williams at front desk were the best at check in, they really went above and beyond to make sure we had the best view and experience in our stay at this hotel, and the best part they had a great attitude and great smile at all times. Highly recommended.

This hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to major shopping and sightseeing. Staff was friendly however the service wasn’t to great at the bar. Bartender behind the bar didn’t acknowledge and no staff came to assist. Had to ask for drink menu then they never came back to assist. We ended up just leaving. Not cool!

Property is wonderful!! Arrival front desk was exceptional. Check out receptionist was rude, unhelpful, and just plain nasty. Breakfast was phenomenal!! Staff was very helpful, friendly and kept the area clean and well stocked. Room: extremely clean and stocked. I will be back and will deal with rude female receptionist!!

Excelente el hotel, ubicacion, trato, servicio, calidad de los productos, bufet...... Recomendaciones: En la primera planta restaurant y bar bien, pero al parecer la campana de extraccion no funciona y existen olores a comida que no son del todo agradables y la entrada al hotel es por esa planta.
