El personal da una excelente atención. Laa actividades muy buenas. Lo único es que los elevadores no funcionaban bien pero todo lo demás (comida, personal, actividades, alberca) excelente.

Nossa experiência no Secrets Cap Cana foi simplesmente espetacular! Tudo foi impecável, desde a estrutura do resort até a gastronomia de altíssimo padrão. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Secrets Cap Cana. I was charged an additional $408 for one adult, yet I did not receive an upgrade or anything that justified this additional charge. What made the situation even more frustrating was that the resort did not make any real effort to work with me or find a reasonable solution. I had already paid a $300 deposit, and instead of applying the additional charges against that deposit, I was charged the extra amount on top of it. I found the way this was handled very disappointing and frustrating. For a resort that promotes itself as a luxury, high-end, all-inclusive experience, I expected much better customer service and a willingness to work with a guest when there was clearly an issue. The money is one thing, but the way the situation was handled is what really left a bad impression. I expected Secrets Cap Cana to value its guests and make an effort to resolve the issue fairly. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would think twice before booking here again. The way this charge was handled and the lack of customer service were simply unacceptable.

Hotel lindo ! Bem mantido e de bom !!! Funcionários atenciosos !! Ótima vibe!! Apenas a comida deixou a desejar pois apesar de ter muita oferta , se resumiu mais à quantidade do que qualidade esperada para um 5 estrelas . As bebidas eram boas!! Gostei do restaurante da piscina e do francês ! Os demais não se destacaram !! Lugar lindo e calmo ! Mas infelizmente o mar estava repleto de sargaço . Não foi possível tomar banho de mar e isso prejudicou a experiência de praia. Para nossa comemoração de aniversário de casamento nos brindaram com uma garrafa de champanhe de cortesia , o que foi bem simpático !! Se estiver pensando em ir , o quarto com ocean view fica no quinto andar e o acesso pelo elevador não é prático . Fica longe ! Cansativo andar muito até o elevador ou subir/ descer de escada. Prefira quarto térreo ou andar baixo. Chegamos às 10 da noite no primeiro dia e não aproveitamos nada. Pedimos late checkout de apenas 2 hs na saída , mas nos concederam somente 1 hr. Para a segunda hora teríamos que pagar 60 dolllares,…. mesmo sendo baixa temporada e o hotel estando com pouca ocupação. Perderam a chance de nos fazer essa cortesia … Ainda mais que somos clientes frequentes … por causa de apenas 60 dólares … teriam nos encantado e isso não fez sentido pra mim!

Resort muito bem cuidado, todos funcionários muito gentis e muitissimo bem treinados. Serviço impecável!!. Comida razoável. Muito bom café da manhã. Ponto negativo presença de insetos no quarto. Não soube dizer o que era e os funcionários me disseram parecer com uma espécie de batata local. Fiquei surpresa pois o resort é impecavelmente limpo. Ponto negativismo: quantidade absurda de sargaço na praia e cheiro horroroso causando náuseas. Esse fato deveria estar estampado na informações do hotel na reserva pois pode ser ponto decisivo na escolha.
