The location is excellent for nq and there is a lift to all floors. Its clean. That is all the positives. The walls are super thin and you can hear seagulls and emergency vehicles through closed windows. We slept ok but one very thin pillow and two twin beds so cloae together with barely any space to walk between. It was a weekday so i think we were lucky that the noise died down early but id hate to see this on a weekend.

The location of this property is very convenient. It is close to a number of amenities. It is about a 5 minute walk to Piccadilly Station and a number of bars/restaurant. The hotel it self, is very basic. It doesnt have any catering facilities but it does have a vendor machine

Stayed here with my son for a trip to an exhibition, so i didnt need anything fancy, hence booking this place. It was great value for what we got and well located. The reception is small but welcoming and they looked after our bags for £5 instead of lugging them around for 5 hours. The room was basic but comfortable, with two single beds, a small tv, and a toilet and shower behind opaque glass, to give some privacy. Despite being on a noisy street, we slept fine and felt we got value for money. There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room, but apparently some available somewhere. A few hangers for your garments, so dont be expecting to unpack numerous outfits! This is not a luxury or 4 star hotel, and it doesnt pretend to be. It gets 4 stars for cleanliness, doing the basics well, location, friendly staff, and value for money.

Decent budget option in city centre. Double room was small, clean, comfortable, but basic. TV was small and basic. No tea or coffee making facilities, iron etc. No breakfast option. Water filter available near reception. WiFi worked well. As with other easy hotels, the major downside is the 10am checkout time. Later checkout is possible for a fee, but 10am feels particularly unnecessary. Reception staff are super friendly and helpful. Assuming it’s one of the cheapest hotel options in Manchester City centre, it’s perfectly fine for a night or two.

Ultra-modern room had to book two single beds as double was not available but for £53 its good Value- liked the shower & bathroom. Would stay there again. Beds were comfy & asked for extra pillows- Check out was 10am which is bit early for me later check out is £10 extra fee. Breakfast is not included.

We stayed at this easyHotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. While the room was fairly clean, there were several issues that really affected the overall comfort and quality of our stay. There were visible marks all over the walls, one of the lights in the room wasn’t working, and there were no instructions for how to use the air conditioning. The shower door and the sink both had noticeable cracks, and the bathroom mirror light was loose inside the mirror. The biggest issue, however, was the bed. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and made it difficult to sleep. On top of that, only one very thin pillow per person was provided, which offered little to no support. There was also no hand towel available in the bathroom, which felt like a basic oversight. Overall, the room felt neglected in terms of maintenance and comfort. We expected more based on the hotel’s advertised standards. I’ve since submitted a complaint and hope these concerns are addressed for future guests.

The entire place looks like a storage facility which makes sense because the rooms are ridiculously small. The shower leaked water into the actual room every time we used it and the walls are so thin we could hear both next door neighbours and the people above. It was a lousy experience but that’s what I get for going cheap I suppose

The room was so small, no cupboard. No space to open suitcase. Shower pipe broken No room service or was told had no replacement towels, shower leaked into corridor. Couldn’t walk around end of bed. Curtains chain broken and unable to close blind. Reported faults twice and nothing was done. Bathroom floor had hair and was dirty. The right wall sockets were not working. The Bed Mattress was like sleeping on a stone. I opened the door and I couldn’t believe how compact the room was . The Room was described for 2 Adults, But was impossible for two of us to inhabit. We stayed for 4 Days. I didn’t sleep properly and the windows were not sound proofed. A Budget Habitation for an expensive Price. I’m sorry but I’m not Impressed.

As a bed to sleep in, it’ll do, it’s one step up from a hostel.

Very very thin walls you hear everything from the people next door. I had some terrible guests next door screaming laughing shouting etc until way past midnight and asked staff 2 times and also sent an email to get them to be quiet. You hear all from the street as well If you want to sleep. Book another hotel!!

Receptionist didn't give the best first impression, far more interested in her phone than checking me in, however, had a ground floor room, right near the tea/coffee machine, which I was worried about initially be ause of noise, but barely heard anyone. It's basic, but clean and comfortable, decent shower products, check out was easy. Don't be expecting a 5 star hotel, and I'm glad I had a voucher, so I only paid £60 for the night, but it's in a great area and handy for transport links etc.

Due to a train strike, we contacted the hotel through Expedia to let them know we were going to miss one night. The hotel messaged us to let us know that they added a note to our file. When we arrived, we were told that there was no message on the file. Luckily I had an email trail of the communications. Please improve management communication between the people working at reception.

They gave one of our reserved rooms to someone else, so had to share a tiny bed in a tiny room, and they wanted us to have to change rooms on the second night of our stay. They only offered us a late check out to compensate for their error. No coffee cups ever for the hallway station, and thhey acted like it was a big trouble to give us another toilet paper roll, even though there was only a 1/4 roll left when we arrived. Staff was feiendly eniugh, but i definiitwky would not stay here again.

Easy access to transport and facilities nearby as the hotel is in a really convenient location, small rooms but perfect for shorter stays and very clean hotel. We felt quite safe staying in this hotel as we were asked for ID on entry and asked to confirm name and room number when we came in at night.

Only issue was no kettle in room to make a drink. Staff were extremely helpful when we made a mistake with our booking. Our twin room was extremely small but the others we were with had a good sized twin - obviously luck of the draw! Great location.

The location of this property is very convenient. It is close to a number of amenities. It is about a 5 minute walk to Piccadilly Station and a number of bars/restaurant. The hotel it self, is very basic. It doesnt have any catering facilities but it does have a vendor machine

Very 'compact' rooms, no working space, had to even get the other side of the bed. No kettle, having to walk down 2 floors and PAY even for hot water, just like easyjet i guess. You wouldn't mind, but the hotel wasn't cheap, stayed in plenty locally for same money with more for the traveller.

We rented a twin room. It was tiny. Literally 9 inches inbetween the beds & the walls No tea/coffee kettle in the room Tiny shower room. Zero storage.

There was no breakfast in the property which was a real bummer, the room was even smaller than it seemed on the pictures. I will say it was in a convenient location for match-going fans and the breakfast place next door was nice.

Decent budget option in city centre. Double room was small, clean, comfortable, but basic. TV was small and basic. No tea or coffee making facilities, iron etc. No breakfast option. Water filter available near reception. WiFi worked well. As with other easy hotels, the major downside is the 10am checkout time. Later checkout is possible for a fee, but 10am feels particularly unnecessary. Reception staff are super friendly and helpful. Assuming it’s one of the cheapest hotel options in Manchester City centre, it’s perfectly fine for a night or two.

Can’t complain about the hotel not having bar or restaurant but the room and the bathroom very small (much smaller than I imagined). Very clean, very helpful reception staff, reasonably quiet with free earplugs if needed

Great for an overnight stay if just wanting place to sleep, rooms are compact but everything good for a sleepover at a concert .. fab location and tea coffee facilities at reception if needed.

Expected very little for the price and from the description. Hotel room was fine, staff on site were helpful and kindly checked me in early for free, but my queries about a fridge to store important medical items were completely ignored by the site when messaging in advance. 0 soundproofing, could hear everything in the hallway, from the street etc

Room was as expected to be honest. Done me and my son for a 3 day trip to manchester! Staff were very pleasant, special mention to Loladay, (apologies if my spelling is wrong) she was excellent on reception, we were always met with a warm beautiful smile, and very helpful when I asked question about manchester! The room was small, as anticipated, shower could of been taller as am a tall guy, but except that no complaints at all.

I'll start positive: The location is great, quiet yet pretty central. The staff were nice. Now for the hard part: Sometimes it's worth it to downgrade your accomodation choice to save money. This isn't one of those times. The place wasn't cheap enough for the tiniest room we've ever had! It was clear that we took a room for 2 people, that is what we paid for but the room we got cannot fit 2 people and their stuff. I had to open my suitcase in the small area between the bed and the wall, which blocked my way to the door so each time I had to jump above it. There is no privacy in the shower, I was traveling with a friend, not a spouse. The door isn't clear but you can see the whole sillhouette of the person, also there is no lock or handle - just a big hole that you can see completely through when someone is on the toilet. The AC dripped so badly, we complained and they insisted they fixed it but they didn't and it dripped during the entire stay! The floor was filled with wet towels we had to ask for to handle this. Anyway, not cheap enough for this experience. Will not be back.
