Alles soweit in Ordnung. Absolute Innenstadtnähe. Hotel ist im Umbau begriffen, als Gast bekommt man davon jedoch nicht viel mit. Parkmöglichkeiten in benachbarter Parkgarage - ca. 5 Minuten Fussweg. Empfehlenswert.

The hotel itself and the location were great. The only problem was the parking. You can’t drive up to the hotel at all because it’s near the parliament and other political institutions. There’s no way to get to the hotel by car. The GPS kept rerouting, probably because it didn’t “understand” why access was blocked. There are police on every corner, so if you try to drive up, you risk getting a fine. This should definitely be mentioned when booking the hotel, so you know what to expect.

Keurig hotel op een leuk plein. Ondanks de drukke weg op een meter of 100, hoorde je daarvan met de ramen dicht niets. Helaas was de gym en spa gesloten wegens verbouwing. Ontbijtbuffet was uitgebreid en prima bediening!

Malheureusement, nous avons été prévenu au dernier moment que des travaux importants condamnaient la piscine, ainsi que la facade et 50% de l'hotel. Bien qu'une solution de piscine nous a été proposé dans un autre hotel, c'est évidemment différent que d'avoir la piscine sur place. Des travaux ont même continués après 22h, sans doute pour rattraper un retard, pour autant, ce n'est pas acceptable, fort heureusement, la direction a fini par le comprendre, a fait cesser les travaux de nuit, et pour s'excuser, nous a proposer la prise en charge du taxi pour l'aeroport. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment complet et avec la situation de l'hôtel c'est sans doute l'un de point fort du Pullman. L'ensemble de ce éléments font qu'ils n'est pas possible de mettre plus de 3 * en note globale au regard de notre expérience.

All the staff without exception were kind, friendly and efficient. The property was well maintained, spotless clean and in a great location. The only downside is that it is very dark with dark walls, flooring and furniture. As the hotel name suggests, it is in the Old Town in Riga and is very walkable to all the sights and bars and restaurants. The pool is pretty narrow and is a tight squeeze for 2 people to pass whilst swimming. The sauna is a good size and can fit in a fair few people depending on how closely seated that you want to be. Breakfast has lots of choice and caters for all dietary requirements. There is definitely something for everyone whether you are dairy free, gluten free, vegetarian or none of the above! I would recommend staying here and would definitely come again.

Hotellet skriver at der er spa faciliteter men en 8 meter lang pool og en lille sauna er ikke en spa. Der var hverken en spapool eller andet. Deres bar havde ikke en cocktail kort og de tre barer de reklamerer med en i virkeligheden en bar. Morgenmad var ok, men æggene var kolde og kaffemaskinerne virkede kun halvdelen af gangene. Alt i alt lidt skuffende da vi havde regnet med et højere niveau.

Le seul vrai problème c’est la Piscine qui est GELÉE. L’eau est TROP FROIDE, c’est insupportable ! Je ne comprends pas pourquoi ils ne chauffent pas, même un peu, l’eau de la PISCINE C’est désagréable et on a pas envie d’en profiter. Vraiment c’est la première fois dans tous mes voyages que l’eau d’une piscine est aussi glaciale !!! Vraiment décevant quand en fin de journée on a envie de se détendre et nager. Mais pas dans de l’eau GELÉE !

Måtte bytte rom 3 ganger da vi oppdaget sølvkre på rommene. De latet først som det var ukjent for dem, men da vi oppdaget det igjen etter å ha byttet rom innrømmet de det. Hotellet har et problem og burde stenge for å få kreket ut.

Excellent emplacement, hôtel bien situé proche des commerces et lieux d’intérêt. Le personnel est charmant, le petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Gros bémol sur la chambre vieillissante, la literie bonne à changer et surtout le ménage déplorable dans la chambre qui se limitait à changer les serviettes de douche et faire le lit.

Hotellet har bra beliggenhet, og fin atmosfære i lobbyen. Rommene er store, men de får trekk da de ikke har overmadrasser på sengene. De er ikke fryktelig gode og var ikke det jeg så for meg. Det er dessverre også sølvkre på badet, noe vi ga beskjed om videre.

Due to Renovation on the Building our stay was not as expected: Drilling during Breakfast / Penetrating Paint/Glue smell in the whole building and worse in our hotelroom, we couldn't sleep of this smell! Only the next evening we got another room/ Messy and Dirty because of the renovation activities. In my opinion they better close down the hotel during Renovation. Breakfast was okay but could be better. Housekeeping was okay but could be better. Beds were very comfortable. TV was great! Layout of the rooms could be better (inefficient square meters)

Ett av de bättre hotell jag bott på i förhållande till vad jag betalade. Fantastisk frukost - den hade allt vi kunde önska och lite till! (Bubbel te.x) Från menyn kunde man beställa hälsosamma & fantastiskt goda alternativ till den redan fräscha och väl tilltagna buffén. Det gick inte att justera värmen på vårt rum vilket gjorde att det låg på ständiga 24 grader och inte passade oss. Men inga problem att byta rum när vi bad om det. Sen utcheckning - inga problem! Jag återkommer gärna - och tar med mig frukosten som något att längta till.

This is a very high class, comfortable hotel. The restaurant is very good and the pool/sauna area is really nice. Staff are super friendly and efficient. Beds are huge and comfortable. The only issue we had was no wardrobe to speak of so we’re not really able to unpack.

Really nice hotel, the service, the cleaning, the breakfast and the location. One very strange thing ....our room had the sink&mirror in the bedroom, instead of in the bathroom. If you went to the bathroom during the night, you had to stand next to the bed and wash your hands. Very inconvenient and the one thing that make this rating go from 5/5 to 4/5.

Breakfast plentiful, hotel very clean and fresh, pool a little cold, sauna great, room (258) very nice but had an issue with loud music from 6.30am- midnight at least, so had a new room 2 floors up which was perfect, (music was coming from hotel speakers in breakfast room area, Room 258 was below glass roof level basically inside the area so inevitably the noise would penetrate.

Disappointing Stay My recent stay at the Pullman Riga hotel was far from enjoyable. The staff were consistently rude and inattentive—requests were ignored, and there was a noticeable lack of basic hospitality. The room was poorly designed and just odd. The layout felt impractical, with awkward furniture placement and insufficient storage. The overall atmosphere was uncomfortable and not at all relaxing. To make matters worse, the breakfast was cold and unappetizing. The selection was limited, and the food seemed to have been sitting out for far too long. Overall, I would not rece.

Nice quiet hotel, wonderful breakfast. The one thing that was not good was the barservice. Sat for 10 minutes; the bar was open but empty. Finally a young, redhaired man came. We asked for a drink meny; he just shrugged. Because of that, we asked for an Irish coffee and a Mojito. Mojito was not an option, and after telling us that, he asked if we wanted sugar in our Irish??? He dropped a lot of things in the floor, seemed stressed and totally unappropriate for his job.

Værelset var først klar en time efter det tidspunkt der var oplyst i bekræftelsen. Vi skulle være meget lidt på værelset men havde brug for at komme af med bagage og skifte tøj, det kunne ikke lade sig gøre. Da vi spurgte til det fik vi bare et uhøfligt svar om at det var hotellets politik. Dårlig service!

This was an interesting stay. The room was wonderful with luxury amenities like a robe and slippers. The staff at the front desk were always attentive. However, when I tried to take advantage of some of what the hotel offered, like a massage at the spa and dinner and drinks in the restaurant I was met with…. less than luxurious responses. I was told the spa would call me as soon as they were ready and I should wait in my room, so I waited all afternoon and never got a call. Decided to brush it off despite feeling sad I got no relaxing massage and go have drinks and dinner in the upscale restaurant downstairs. Front staff told us (I thought) to wait at the door to be seated and when no one came we walked through until finding someone who told us to go back to the door. So we did. Finally asked the bartender nearby if we were at the right door and he asked why we were just standing there instead of sitting down, told us to just find a seat and someone would come over. So we did. We waited for 15 minutes and no one came. In the end we walked outside and around the corner and ate locally. It was a disappointing stay since we had purposely looked for a hotel we could just crash at in a pampered way during a long layover.

Der Empfang ist modern und freundlich, Zimmer ebenso, Zustand sehr gut. Hervorhebenswert ist das sehr reichhaltige Frühstück mit kleinen a la carte Spezialitäten zusätzlich. Extra: Es gibt sogar Pappbecher für einen Coffee to Go für hinterher. Zentrale Lage, Parkplatz gleich hinter dem Haus, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Great hotel, located in the heart of old Riga. Walking distance to everything. Very recently remodeled. Breakfast offers a large selection of various food including vegan. Amenities include nice fitness room with pool and sauna. We had an amazing stay and definitely we’ll be back.

Loved this hotel. Ordinarily I’d stay at a Marriott hotel but with limited time I wanted to maximize the old town. Loved the room. Well appointed. Nice simple clean design. The breakfast was excellent. Staff were great. The dinner at Harper Woolf was next level. Really glad I dined there. Would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is very well located on the edge of the old town within short walking distance to attractions. There are lots of great quality restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. The hotel restaurant is expensive but excellent and worth the money. The hotel is currently towards the end of a refurbishment but that did not disrupt our stay. Unsure if our room had been done yet but was comfortable, quiet and extremely spacious. The air con was effective and not too noisy. Some minor areas of damage to door frames in the room and some tile damage and yellowing of shower seal but did not detract away from cleanliness.
