Recommend staying. Was a great experience. Right from the quick check-in, to the friendly staff, to the cleanliness of the hotel room. Also was in town for work so having the use of the guest Landry was convenient and handy.

Great place to stay and affordable. $6 for a load of laundry is the most I’ve ever paid in a hotel for self service in North America though not including detergent and dryer sheets…that was extra. Besides that, would stay again.

The hotel staff we uncaring, and seemed disinterested in dealing with our issues. We arrived having asked for an upper room to early check-in. When we arrived we were not given the room early and when we were given our room, it was for a ground floor room. Further, once we entered, we discovered the room had not been cleaned from the nighr before. As such, we had to sit in the lobby with our belongings until 4pm, one hour after their posted check-in and much later than the early check in we had asked for. When suggesting this was unacceptable, the staff did not care and only gave excuses about being busy. Further, they suggested that we didn’t get our requests because we booked with expedia. The implication was that we erred by booking with Expedia and that by doing so put us at a disadvantage. We were fully disappointed with our stay and request a full refund. Please get back to us asap.

The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleaning of the room was the problem. Beds were not made, recyclables not disposed of. The glasses that were used were not taken away to be washed. Only thing received was clean towels. Very poor job of cleaning our room, however the hallways, the front lobby and the dining areas were all clean.

Looks like we saved the best for last! This was the last hotel we stayed at on a cross country trip and worth the wait. Spacious, comfy beds, kitchenette, very clean, well priced, and absolutely the best free breakfast we had in 15 stays. Real eggs, sausage, hash browns, fresh fruit, yogurt, juice that wasn’t watered down, muffins, granola bars, and a specialty coffee machine. The staff was great. When the smoke alarm in our room malfunctioned we were given a new room on the same floor within minutes. Highly recommended!

We were greeted by the desk clerk immediately when arriving. She answered questions about the area and pointed out the beverage area with fresh cookies as she check us into our rooms. We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our room as well as the small but complete kitchen. Had we planned to stay longer, that would have been a nice extra. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was very quiet considering how close the highways were. The breakfast area had juices and coffee plus a machine that dispensed lattes and other espresso type drinks. There were cereals, muffins and bread plus sausages, eggs and potato hash browns. There also was a pancake machine that dispensed two pancakes after pushing a button. All in all my group was very satisfied by our stay at this Quality Inn.

Good stay for one (weekday) night. Clean, quiet, comfy beds. Well maintained common areas. Breakfast decent… a bit above average I’d say for a ‘free’ hotel serve yourself breakfast. Would definitely return if overnighting in Moose Jaw again.

The room itself was clean and spacious although the room description indicated it was a queen size bed but clearly it was a double. I did talk to the representative at the front desk and asked why I didn't get a queen when I booked one? The representative replied saying that is the size of their queen beds. I said in the normal world that is a double. False advertising. The breakfast was very good, a wide selection of healthy options and the staff were excellent.

I liked the full kitchen. Did not like the continental breakfast. They ran out of juice and pancakes. Only 2 choices of cereal. It would be helpful to label the types of cereal and muffin choices. I don’t know what I picked but it was gross.

Bed extremely uncomfortable - hard and can feel springs. Breakfast at 8:30am, no ham left. Barely any of the other two hot options. Pancake maker out of order. Overall a poor experience.
