The overall stay is good, staff are friendly but 2 things to improve compared to the St. Regis in HK 1). The toilet kept stuck and need to be fixed for 3 times during my stay, its kinda annoying 2). 908 did not get any tidying up services after the first night but 907 did receive such service, that is not very friendly at all Services overall is good and it was a very pleasant stays at St. Regis. The services could be a bit more considerate but I enjoyed that, if there are improvements, think below are some ideas. 1). The hotel is new, clean, with luxurious and spacious rooms which were perfect for our traveling party (family of 4 including 2 young children). The service could have been better as we ran out of bathroom amenities which were not replenished timely. The complementary water bottles in the room where plastic (not eco friendly) and the bottle caps. where very hard to open, to the point that I developed a slight abrasion from trying to open them. The staff are friendly and helpful and will go beyond to make sure your stay is as perfect as possible. The only caveat is during breakfast once it get's a little bit busy, the staff seems to. not be able to cope that well and the service level drops a little. Parking at the hotel is convenient as it is within the property, however in the 3 days we stayed at the hotel we were sent the wrong way to park twice as it changed how to drive into the carpark which was a touch inconvenient. Another opportunity could be to make it easier for someone staying a few days to have the car registered to avoid having to validate a parking ticket every day (adds another step/logistic task to one's day).

Hôtel de luxe situé à 10/15min en grab du triangle d'or, et service de navette gratuite reliant la gare de KL central et son mall. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, d'un grand confort et bien équipées. Nous avons pu tester le brunch du dimanche qui était succulent et varié. Le seul petit bémol qu'on pourrait relevé est au niveau de la piscine qui n'est pas au niveau de tout le reste. Mais sinon c'est une expérience à vivre au moins une fois. Hôtel que je recommande!

Fantastic stay at the St Regis. All the staff are amazing along with the facilities. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Easy to get to from NU Sentral. Would definitely return. Thank you St Regis for such a wonderful stay.

I never expected the quality of the St. Regis hotel to be so poor. I booked a three-night stay, and while there were no issues during check-in, the next morning I discovered that there was water pooling on the carpet and in the closet. Hotel staff suspected a leak from the bathroom, and they promptly moved us to another room. However, on the second night, we found that the air conditioning in the new room was not working. Maintenance checked it and found that the air conditioning unit was too dirty and needed cleaning. After about 30 minutes of repairs, it was functioning again, but by then it was already 10:30 PM. Unfortunately, that night the air conditioning fluctuated between freezing cold and warm, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Since we had already changed rooms once, I didn't want to go through the hassle of switching again. On the third night, the air conditioning showed problems once more, but fortunately, turning it off and then back on resolved the issue. Aside from the problems with the room facilities, the hotel's other amenities and food quality were satisfactory. However, the service in the breakfast restaurant on the second floor was lacking; many of the waitstaff appeared unenthusiastic and served guests with little to no smile.

Wow! Large rooms. Awesome in room facilities. Breakfast a must at La Brasserie. Despite having lots of guests after a wedding, the staff really stepped up to accommodate all guests. From check in to the butler service to the doormen, service was impeccable. Will definitely visit again.

I never expected the quality of the St. Regis hotel to be so poor. I booked a three-night stay, and while there were no issues during check-in, the next morning I discovered that there was water pooling on the carpet and in the closet. On the third night, the air conditioning showed problems once more, but fortunately, turning it off and then back on resolved the issue. Aside from the problems with the room facilities, the hotel's other amenities and food quality were satisfactory. However, the service in the breakfast restaurant on the second floor was lacking; many of the waitstaff appeared unenthusiastic and served guests with little to no smile.

Wow! Large rooms. Awesome in room facilities. Breakfast a must at La Brasserie. Despite having lots of guests after a wedding, the staff really stepped up to accommodate all guests. From check in to the butler service to the doormen, service was impeccable. Will definitely visit again.

When we arrived at the property after check in time, we were told our room was not ready yet. They were unable to say when it would be ready. After asking a few times and expressing our unhappiness, they brought us to Cristal for a complimentary lunch. Our room was ready shortly after that. The staff were very apologetic. We later ordered room service which took 70 minutes to arrive and most of it was soggy and not nice. Breakfast was varied with lots of different options.

The hotel is new, clean, with luxurious and spacious rooms which were perfect for our traveling party (family of 4 including 2 young children). The service could have been better as we ran out of bathroom amenities which were not replenished timely. The complementary water bottles in the room where plastic (not eco friendly) and the bottle caps. where very hard to open, to the point that I developed a slight abrasion from trying to open them. The staff are friendly and helpful and will go beyond to make sure your stay is as perfect as possible. The only caveat is during breakfast once it get's a little bit busy, the staff seems to. not be able to cope that well and the service level drops a little. Parking at the hotel is convenient as it is within the property, however in the 3 days we stayed at the hotel we were sent the wrong way to park twice as it changed how to drive into the carpark which was a touch inconvenient. Another opportunity could be to make it easier for someone staying a few days to have the car registered to avoid having to validate a parking ticket every day (adds another step/logistic task to one's day).

I wrote this to warn ladies as their male housekeeping entered my room without permission! Thank goodness i was clothed But i must say their butlers, ladies are attentive Half day during my stay i have to change room because their pipe burst! Checked in was late too but they gave complimentary drinks along pool side which is long way from hotwl side. Expect more from st regis but disappointed with their services as there were no corrective action done - not even a complimentary meal or drinks or box of chocolates to show apologies after all the trouble they caused me!
